The gay-ish voice of a man ca from the radio, and the person on the receiving end was clearly annoyed, but he just took a deep breath and ignored him as tonight would be a busy night for them as they have a dangerous operation involving the life a kid.

The dark skinned police captain was annoyed as he felt that the gay officer is not taking things seriously, but at the sa ti, he also feels helpless as he really can't reprimand him as he or she is also one best officers in their station despite his or her flaws.
On that sa day, the negotiation between the kidnappers and Olivia took place, and Central Park was the place where the exchange between parties will be taking place.

Everyone cleared any distracting thoughts in their minds while waiting for their targets to appear. They didn't want any variables to happen when it involved a kid of an authoritative person, so almost all available officers were mobilized for this operation, from road blockage to helicopter on stand by, everyone was ready.
There were also police officers in disguise who had already mingled among the civilians hanging out at the park. Around this ti, the park tends to be really crowded, allowing them to blend well, but this situation would also be disadvantageous to them as the criminals would easily escape if chaos ensues.
That's the reason why everyone heightened their awareness of their surroundings, locking on anyone acting suspiciously.
While the authorities are on the move, Olivia's ex-husband and his accomplices were also not idling around as they were preparing their own plans as their people had appeared from various parts of the city, watching the movents of the police that were out in the open.
Surprisingly though, the operation seems to be so confidential that there aren't even news reports about it.
Back at the cabin in the mountains near Central City.
"Alright, then stay put in your positions and don't do anything"
A man with a ponytail and in a suit was replying to the multiple reports that's coming from their n, then he turned his attention to the mastermind behind this kidnapping and said sothing.
"Sir, our n had reported that the authorities had put checkpoints on every road leading outside the city, and our contacts in that place seed to be helpless too as the police chief of the city is closely paying attention to this matter. It seems we can only go by air or through the sewers if we want to escape after entering the city"
The man in the white suit was clearly not bothered by the bad news as he just calmly sat there drinking his wine.
"It's fine, as I didn't order the kid to be kidnapped because of money, but because of that person. That man will surely appear to save the kid, so tell our n to pay attention to that man in the photo that we gave them, but tell them not to do anything rash by trying to engage him. Instead, they should quickly relay their location if they spotted him, so we can imdiately begin the next phase of the plan"

His boss didn't even let him finish what he wanted to say when he imdiately interrupted him with resolute words that didn't allow for any contradiction.
Nash wanted to advise him more, but he stopped and just sighed, thinking to himself, 'You say filial piety, but what about your filial piety towards the words of the late madam?'
"Tell that bastard to ready himself, we're moving out soon"

Ten minutes later, a convoy of multiple different cars left the cabin and made their way down the mountain.
During this ti, another third party was also moving stealthily and making his own preparations.
