Chapter 350 - And I'm Jealous!
The next day.
After getting back to their room for breakfast, the news of a shocking event that shocked the whole country is currently being broadcasted in all news outlets all over the country.
Five people were murdered yesterday night with only an hour of difference between their deaths.
Of course, it wouldn’t have shocked the masses because of that, but it was because the victims are all related to each other!
All of them are pri suspects in the r.a.p.e slaying of a certain flight attendant which made this news incredibly shocking!
It was a piece of news that sent shockwaves to the country!
After all, the masses aren’t idiots to not know that soone is out there that’s out for revenge on this bastardy group of people!
But that wasn’t the only thing that made the news big, it was because there were suddenly a lot of photos of these eleven people that were posted everywhere on social dia, good enough evidence that they are not gay n!
In one certain social dia platform, a raging storm of comnts is currently flooding those said photos, and all of them are flaming every single one of the people in those photos.
"I told you these bastards aren’t gay at all! Justice to *bleep*!"
"But it still isn’t right to put the law into hands! That’s why we have the authorities to arrest criminals!"
"Shut up comnter above! You wouldn’t be saying that if you were their victim! You piece of sh*t!"
"These bastards deserve to die! Just because their families are influential doesn’t an they can play around with the law!"
"Finally soone is ting out justice!"
"I was there when Jhin was killed! I think it was an assassin or sothing because I heard the words "The Grim Reaper" before the sound of the bullet bood! It was horrifying, but I actually didn’t expect that Jhin was actually at the booth just beside us!"
At the hotel.
Michael was watching the news from the bed with a huge grin on his face.
"The hunt has just begun, you lil bastards"
"Michael! Are you done changing!?"
Suddenly, Michael heard Amanda yelling at him from the bathroom that his dark expression quickly disappeared and was replaced by a gentle look.
"Yes babe~ I’m almost done, what about you?"
Michael quickly jumped down from the bed and quickly started changing, afraid that he might anger Amanda so early in the morning.
"Right, I forgot to ask you this earlier, what ti did you co back last night!?" yelled Amanda while applying so make-up on her face in front of the large mirror inside the bathroom.
Michael paused in putting on his pants and replied to her after so thought, "Uhmm, probably around two or three in the morning, why?"
While putting on mascara, Amanda said, "You shouldn’t be coming back late especially when we’re not that familiar with the city, you don’t know what might happen to you at night!"
Michael moved his eyes at the upper left corner of his eyes while wearing a slight smile and said, "Uhh, but...shouldn’t they be the one who should be scared of ...instead?"
Then Amanda also paused in putting in her mascara and thought for a bit, "Well, yeah, I..guess, but don’t go causing trouble though while we’re here, yeah?"
"Sure babe, no problem at all!" Michael rolled his eyes, knowing that he had already caused a huge trouble since last night.

Then Amanda ca out a few minutes later, and while she was putting on her clothes, she was looking at that particular news still being broadcasted with a thoughtful look on her face.
So she turned around and looked at Michael who is sitting on the sofa playing sothing on his phone and said, "Do you know anything about that?"
Michael looked up and looked at her and tried to play it cool as he already got the gist of what she’s asking, "About what?"
Amanda’s eyes turned sharp and pointed her finger at the TV, and said, "That..."
Then Michael acted like he finally got what she was trying to say and said, "Ohh...that..nope. I’m not involved in that at all"
"You’re not lying, are you? Because I can clearly rember you ntioning that you also have so work here" said Amanda, the look on her face clearly not believing what Michael said at all.
Then Michael stood up and slowly walked over towards her and said, "Yeah, about that...I left last night because I had to deliver about sothing, you know, the job that you were talking about just now. We were already coming here so I thought why not do it cause it’s not that hard to deliver sothing, right?"
"But most of all, we’re here for a vacation, right? So of course, I’ll prioritize our vacation, this is our chance to have fun by ourselves, and you know...maybe under the blankets too..." said Michael with his eyebrows jumping up and down while hugging her.
"Ohh...get your hands off of my butt, it’s so early in the day and you’re already starting to get horny, go away!" said Amanda as she pushed Michael away, her voice sounded angry but Michael can see the huge grin on her face which made him sigh in relief inside.
"..."
"But you’re really not involved in that, right?" Amanda once again opened her mouth after a few seconds of silence.
Michael had just grabbed the doorknob of the bathroom when he heard her, so he turned towards her and rolled his eyes, and said, "Girl~ have so little trust, will you?"
"Fine, but hurry up then, I want to go out and look around while we’re here" Amanda just shrugged her shoulders as she once again busied herself on making herself beautiful...with the power of makeup.
Michael coolly entered the bathroom, but his cool expression quickly disappeared and was replaced by a relieved expression like he had just shat a lot, and it’s that expression when soone was having a stomachache and managed to successfully relieve themselves.
"She already knows my job is to literally kill people, but I can’t just admit it that I’m a murderous bastard in front of her, right?" mumbled Michael to himself before walking to the sink and started brushing his teeth.
On the other hand.
When Michael entered the bathroom, Amanda threw a glance towards the bathroom’s direction before letting out a breath.
She looked at the news that’s still broadcasting the event and mumbled to herself, "I’m sure it was him, but he’s probably still thinking I won’t be able to accept who he is, that’s why he’s still trying to deny it, and well... it’s not like I haven’t killed soone before"
Amanda looked at her hand which was trembling when she rembered a mory from the past.
It was an event that happened five years ago when both she and Jenny got kidnapped by the enemies of Jenny’s father.
They were making their escape after they managed to wriggle their way out from the ropes that bound them and knocked out the guard that was watching over them.
But during that ti, Amanda was forced to kill the person who had managed to catch up to the two of them and held Jenny hostage before their rescuers even arrive, and so Amanda was forced to open fire out of nervousness when Jenny managed to worm her way out of her taker’s hold.
Fortunately or not, Amanda had actually managed to kill the man through a shot in the man’s head.
And that was the ti that Amanda had shed her last innocence and started learning how to shoot a handgun and so martial arts for self-defense, so a repeat of that event wouldn’t happen again.
’How complicated our lives are’
Amanda just smiled rembering that and quickly finished dressing up.
A couple of minutes later, Michael and Amanda can be seen leaving the hotel and boarding a rcedes-Benz C-Class, as their driver drove them towards the largest mall in the city.
Inside the car.
"So what are we going to do first?" Amanda turned towards Michael and asked.
"Well, let’s start by watching so movies first, then...let’s leave it up to fate," said Michael with a laugh.
Slap!
Amanda lightly slapped Michael on his shoulder and chuckled, "Oh my god, you didn’t have any plan for today’s date, didn’t you!?"
Michael laughed and said, "Isn’t it better if it’s spontaneous? It’s going to be fun!"
Amanda also laughed with him.
"God, you’re so silly!"
"And handso too!"
And their driver can only slightly shake his head hearing their conversation at the back.
’And I’m jealous!’
