264 Little Crybaby

Shen Yuxuan, who was also seven years old, imdiately got out of the carriage and jumped down. He was wearing a light blue long robe and was dressed like a student. He was about the sa height as Xue Yan, and his body was quite thin.

As soon as Shen Yuxuan jumped out of the carriage, Xue Yan and Shen Yuxuan both subconsciously took a step back to maintain a proper distance. Then, they cupped their hands and saluted each other.

Then, he walked closer. Shen Yuxuan said warmly, “I ca to find you as soon as I had a break. This must be Jiang Yue, right?” His eyes fell on Jiang Yue, who was standing beside Xue Yan, “I heard from my father that she is really cute. Where did you find her? I want a cute sister like that too.”

Xue Yan imdiately glanced at Jiang Yue. Seeing that Jiang Yue’s expression was normal, he said to Shen Yuxuan, “Actually, she is from the neighboring village.”

“Oh, oh.” Shen Yuxuan responded and stared at Jiang Yue. The more he stared at her, the more he felt that the fair, tender, and small Jiang Yue was adorable. He couldn’t help but take a small dark red wooden dicine box from the carriage driver. As he carried the dicine box on his back, as usual, he opened it and said, “Jiang Yue, you’re too cute. No, I have to give you sothing to express my joy when I see you.”

Although he was a scholar, he was different from Xue Yan. Shen Yuxuan was still in the initiation class.

Shen Yuxuan was Xue Yan’s classmate and good friend in the initiation class. Shen Yuxuan had always been direct and expressed everything he felt.

Seeing Shen Yuxuan like this, Jiang Yue could tell that he was still a child. No matter how many tis she might et him, she felt that she shouldn’t take anything that belonged to a child, so she said, “No thank you.”

However, Shen Yuxuan’s eyes were imdiately filled with tears. He was like a little crybaby.

She just stared at him with tears in his eyes, his two small hands still pitifully clutching the dicine box.

Jiang Yue chid in, “I’m sorry?”

“Ahem.” Xue Yan coughed and whispered to Jiang Yue, “You’d better accept it. He’s quite stubborn and likes to cry a lot.”

Even now, he could still rember the first ti he t this good friend. This good friend also wanted to give him sothing, but he didn’t accept it. This good friend imdiately cried in front of him right after.

His cries were the kind that couldn’t be coaxed.

After that, he beca tactful. Fortunately, his friend only gave gifts to people he liked and not to everyone he t.

Jiang Yue was silent for a mont, then looked at the little crybaby and said, “What do you want to give ?”

This ant she wanted it.

Shen Yuxuan imdiately wiped his tears with his little hand and happily continued to fiddle with the first aid kit. “It’s my favorite thing. I’ve also given it to Sheng Qing before.”

Jiang Yue looked at Xue Yan.

“Silver needles,” Xue Yan mouthed silently.

Sure enough, Shen Yuxuan took out a small cloth bag from the first aid kit and opened it. Inside was a row of silver needles, the kind that doctors usually used to treat patients.

“Here, for you!” Shen Yuxuan happily opened a row of silver needles and a cloth bag in front of her.

Jiang Yue was not surprised at all when she took out the silver needles from the dicine box. She had no choice but to take them in her current situation.

Shen Yuxuan beca even happier. He turned around and took a small bag from the coachman.”You should go back now. You can co and pick up tomorrow.

“Wait…” Xue Yan said, “You’re staying here tonight?”

“Can’t I?” Shen Yuxuan’s eyes were imdiately filled with tears, and he looked pitiful.

Xue Yan and Jiang Yue were speechless.
