After a short break, Han Qiwu checked the ti and figured it was about right to head over to Master Shuzi’s place. He wanted to see if he could make sothing interesting out of the Giant Ice-Cold Spider Carcass (Silver Star Quality) he had acquired earlier.
Before setting off, he felt a bit hungry and wanted sothing to eat.
But he had eaten quite a lot of supplies to replenish his energy in the Mist Forest earlier, so he wasn’t exactly starving.
After glancing at the storage cabinet, he suddenly craved a roasted potato covered in chili powder.
Roasted potato is simply a roasted spud.
It’s a common way of eating in the Southwest Region - robust flavor and solid content that will definitely satisfy you with one bite.
After lighting a piece of charcoal, Han Qiwu threw two large potatoes he had selected directly onto it.
All set.
Just wait about ten minutes, and it should be good.
He didn’t waste this ti and went to the duck pen to check on the Call Ducks.
Last ti Mr. Tang visited, he wanted to bring out the Call Ducks to play with him, but then he thought they hadn’t fully grown yet. If he let them play now, later might not be good for outings.
Better to wait until their size stabilizes before bringing them out.
In the duck pen, the plump white Call Ducks were bobbing in the water, their chubby chests looked quite satisfying to the touch.
"Eat more, grow faster, your missions ahead are heavy." Han Qiwu patted the little chest of the Call Duck.
"Quack Quack."
The Call Duck nodded and dove into the water, continuing its play.
After playing around for about ten minutes, Han Qiwu guessed the roasted potato should be about ready. He washed his hands and used chopsticks to pick up the charred, blackened spuds from the charcoal.
"Phew phew."
Han Qiwu, boasting of his high fla resistance, directly peeled off the charred skin of the roasted potato by hand.
The yellow potato emitted a captivating aroma, its enticing nature engraved in genetics brought by such a high-starch vegetable.
"This slls amazing." Han Qiwu quickly dipped the roasted potato in so chili powder, blew on it, and took a bite.
"Ah."
The aroma was toothso.
The spicy aroma of the chili powder perfectly lded with the soft texture and fragrance of the roasted potato, satisfying the stomach imnsely, making you want another bite after every one.
The two potatoes, together weighing almost a pound and a half, quickly settled in Han Qiwu’s stomach.
Satisfying.
After a hearty al, Han Qiwu felt rejuvenated and slowly made his way to Master Shuzi’s blacksmith shop.
"What do you plan on crafting today?" Master Shuzi curiously glanced at Han Qiwu.
Han Qiwu placed the Giant Ice-Cold Spider Carcass (Silver Star Quality) on the counter and earnestly said, "Master Shuzi, I’ve had this thing for a while and kept forgetting to co over to make a spider puppet. What kind of puppet do you think it can make?"
Upon hearing Han Qiwu’s words, Master Shuzi beca intrigued and began examining it.
It was evident he found the giant spider carcass fascinating, taking out a bunch of small tools to tap here and listen there.
After examining it for about ten minutes, Master Shuzi, interested, remarked, "It’s a good piece; this spider had impressive penetration power while alive, and its large size ans it can be turned into a giant battle puppet, and a strong one at that."
"Really?" Han Qiwu exclaid in amazent.
He had thought before that the explosive snowballs couldn’t exert power in the lava layers because of insufficient penetration power.
The force was too dispersed.
If there were a giant ice-cold spider puppet, there might be an improvent.
Let’s give it a try.
"Do you need any other materials from ?" Han Qiwu inquired.
Master Shuzi chuckled, "Since this is a giant puppet, it requires more wood, 600 pieces, 3000 gold coins, nothing else really."
"Alright then." Han Qiwu nodded.
Luckily, he gathered plenty of wood from the Mist Forest today.
After handing over the materials and funds, Master Shuzi picked up the giant ice-cold spider carcass and headed to the forge room.
Han Qiwu hastily waved his hand and called out, "Wait, Master, there’s one more thing. Can you make sunglasses here? The kind that blocks light."
Master Shuzi stopped in his tracks and replied with a smile, "I can make them, but you need to provide suitable materials. Well, I’ll go forge this first, co back tomorrow to pick it up."
With that, the eager Master Shuzi excitedly lifted the curtain and rushed inside.
Maybe worried Han Qiwu would keep interrupting him, he even closed the door firmly after entering.
Han Qiwu: "....."
Judging from the master’s attitude, perhaps that price could have been negotiated down a bit more.
As for the suitable materials Master Shuzi ntioned, Han Qiwu pondered what to use for sunglasses while making his way toward the Red Mangrove Secret Realm.
Thinking about making sunglasses only crossed his mind during the leisurely walk; if the golden light is so blinding, why not wear sunglasses.
Sooner or later, he would conquer that last region.
Besides, he had a premonition that the earlier he conquered it, the better.
After searching on his mobile phone, he found that many sunglasses materials are resin.
After reading, a sudden inspiration struck Han Qiwu!
"Resin? Isn’t amber comprised of resin too?"
Amber very likely contains natural resin!
Thinking about the abundance of resin at ho, Han Qiwu felt a surge of excitent.
He was eager to set up spotlights to shine on them!
"Preserve so when I pick up amber tomorrow to see the situation." Han Qiwu made a ntal note that if amber doesn’t work, he would have to explore caves for other polarizing and high-transparency minerals.
That would be much more challenging.
Reaching the entrance of the secret realm, Han Qiwu gently pushed aside the stone and went inside.
He hadn’t been fishing for several days now and quite missed the feeling.
[Today’s permissible stay: 1 hour]
"Can’t you give the ti to watch a movie?" Han Qiwu lanted.
As usual, upon entering, Han Qiwu rushed to pull up the crab traps one by one.
By now, he wasn’t inclined to make a large number of crab traps, picking from these few occasionally was enough for diversion.
Isn’t it better to use those materials to nurture so small animals?
Today’s crab trap haul was good, aside from two pieces of driftwood, he caught six large mantis shrimps in a row.
The mantis shrimps were exceptionally large, two were about enough for a small young lady like Mr. Tang.
Dinner was sorted.
After resetting the crab traps, Han Qiwu took out a seat and plopped himself down, then set up Golden Sun, attaching the universal bait.
But instead of rushing to cast the hook, he leisurely took out two portions of Dun’s fish bait and tossed them into the sea with force.
"Old Deng, Little Deng, are you there?"
"Old Deng, co out, I can make another son for you!"
"A daughter too!"
"Totally free! Don’t miss it, it won’t co again!"
