Chapter 57: The return
In the morning, Ed continued his hunt once more. He searched for monster nests since they provide the best amount of exp. He found another nest of ants similar to the one from yesterday and decimated it in no ti at all. His experience was getting better and his strategy skill helps him co up with creative ways to kill the monsters.
Ed also searched for so strong monsters and hunted them. Although killing monster nest was better, he couldn't afford to keep fighting weak monsters. If soday he fought a monster that was a lot stronger than him, he would stand no chance.
He chose an Earth Establishnt level 2 monster. This monster was like a leopard and had an unbelievable speed. Ed struggled just to keep up with it.
Feeling that he was in danger, Ed activated his Sharingan as well as his defensive skills. This allowed him to react better to the leopard. However, he still needed Raikou's help to kill it. Cross ranking kills were still quite difficult for him at this instant.

Obtained 5000 exp.
Acquired Gacha ticket.
This exp was what Ed had needed to level up. He was now at King Establishnt level 2. He also had five Gacha tickets and was thinking how to get the other five. It beca a habit for him to use the Gacha every ti with ten tickets.
Since Ed leveled up and it was already in the afternoon, he decided to stop for the day and prepare to get back. But first, he cooked sothing for him and his companions and then headed back to the capital. He was quite the distance away from it but only needed one hour to get back thanks to Raikou.
When he was close enough, he got Raikou to go in his shadow and he continued on foot. In the capital, Ed went to buy so stuff from the market. He got so at and vegetables to cook with and also asked when the auction would happen. He did not forget about the cockatrice at that he ate before. The auction was going to happen in two weeks which Ed considered lucky since he wasn't going to have to wait for so year or sothing.
Ed also bought so dicinal herbs and blacksmithing materials. He was thinking about making so high leveled weapons for the three monsters since their performance would improve a lot if that happened.
It was getting late and Ed needed to head back to the academy, but before doing so he dropped by Eri and the children. They were happy to see him but quickly had a sad face since he needed to leave. He promised to spend more ti with them next ti and finally made his way to the castle.
"Master Ed, welco back" The guard in the gates greeted Ed which shocked him. He didn't expect that guard would know his na let alone greet him like they were his personal retinues.
"Thank you. May I ask how you know my na?" Ed couldn't help but ask him with a wry smile on his face.
"We've been asked to morize the faces of all students to make it easier to identify if an outsider wanted to sneak in" The guard gave Ed so explanation which he found logical. But he then continued "You are also famous among guards" Ed was surprised and asked him again.
"Famous? How?"
"Everyone knows how you were not a cultivator and now you defeated the famous Leon from Avalez kingdom. You may not know it but he is considered a genius. Plus you showed that Norris his place. No one likes him because of his attitude" The guard seed very excited while speaking with Ed.
"I see. Well, thanks for continuing the good work" Ed didn't know what to tell the guard so he just left. He was becoming famous which was sothing he wanted to avoid. But it seems like fa follows the powerful no matter what they do.
Ed got on the magic circle and teleported back to the academy. He went straight to his room and took a bath. He had hunted a lot of monsters and the sll of blood was stuck on him. His monsters also took a bath and all of them ate once more.
Ed went outside and t up with Hayato and then Emilia. Both of them told him that they went to the capital but only for a brief ti. They spend most of their ti cultivating. He didn't see Ellie or Stephanie anywhere so he just decided to get back to his room and train.
He checked his Inventory and noticed he had quite a bit of useless items laying there. Suddenly he rembered that the Inventory had another function that he forgot about.
"System exchange all the items in the Inventory except the Function cards!" Ed had long since forgotten about the Exchange function since it was only ntioned to him once.
[Exchanging please wait]

Acquired Gacha ticketx5.
Ed didn't know whether he was lucky or unlucky. He had gotten exactly 5 Gacha tickets which he wanted to complete ten. However, he had more items in his Inventory. 'Next ti I'll ask for twenty cards' He thought.
"Use 5 gacha tickets on Skills and 5 on Function" Ed distributed his draws.

Obtained Fire magic, Driving, Shunpo, Nen, Haggling, Upgrade cardx3, Transformation card, Healing card.
Looking at the skills he had gotten, Ed was more than surprised. Nen was a very known power which was useful in so many ways. Ed was also thinking about practicing another movent skill, but now he didn't need it. Shunpo would be more than enough.
Ed crushed the two cards and checked his status this ti.

Ed was getting stronger, and now he would keep getting stronger.

Hello everyone! Ed is getting so more aweso skills. Everyone knows about Nen i assu, but Shunpo is a movent skill that shinigami use in Bleach in case you didn't know. There also so variations of it but i went with Shunpo.
