As the lightning hit his body, it made a sizzling sound, like at being grilled, slightly dulling the thunderous roar and reducing the force of the splashing seawater.
But Rett himself was in no condition to appreciate this. Every cell in his body felt the destructive force, breaking apart inch by inch. His skin quickly turned black like charred coal, and even his hair stood on end, with not a single part of his body left unscathed. His life force was gravely diminished!
"Ugh...!" Rett groaned softly in pain. Fortunately, the effects of the Fire Baptism Potion were rapidly manifesting within his body, constantly repairing his quickly deteriorating life force, soon alleviating much of the pain. However, the imnse power of the lightning seed endless, overwhelming his mind, and soon, he fell unconscious.
Hovering in the sky, Fire Feather anxiously circled around, letting out distressed cries!
Despite seeing Rett's dire state, it did not descend—not out of fear, but because Rett had specifically ordered it to stay high above, no matter what, and to avoid approaching at all costs!
This was to prevent any interference with the sprite bonding process.
Even making noise was forbidden, so Fire Feather could only express its sorrow by flapping its wings rapidly, looking down at Rett lying unconscious on the sea surface with a pitiful gaze.
At this mont, a fierce battle was taking place inside Rett's body. The lightning's energy, like a proud and unyielding demon, invaded his body, seeking to obliterate every cell it touched. anwhile, the Fire Baptism Potion brought powerful restorative energy, radiating a gentle and miraculous force that nourished every inch of his body, from top to bottom, inside and out, bringing it back to life.
These two forces clashed and counteracted each other, with the destructive power of the lightning gradually retreating as the Fire Baptism Potion's energy began to prevail.
Before long, Rett's condition began to improve. As a faint consciousness returned, though he couldn't muster many thoughts, he instinctively channeled his ntal energy to draw in earth elents from the environnt, speeding up the healing process. However, considering the sprite bonding process, where any mistake could lead to a significant setback, he abandoned the idea and let his consciousness drift back into darkness...

In Fire Feather's view, Rett's life force was gradually strengthening. Through their contract, it could feel his vitality slowly recovering.
Excitent filled Fire Feather's simple mind, causing it to dance in the air with joy.
At that mont, the space over the sea suddenly beca blurred, as if a high-definition TV screen had turned into a translucent, semi-transparent blur, twisting and rotating randomly in three dinsions—an eerie sight.
Simultaneously, the space below began to tremble, its scope small but the amplitude reaching a peak! Fire Feather, unsure of what was happening, instinctively felt a sense of fear due to the intense vibrations...
Suddenly, as if erging from an interdinsional portal, a unique life form appeared. Its arrival caused the spatial tremors to reach their peak, but only for a brief mont before everything cald down.
The distortion in space flickered, and this twisted, transparent life form quickly rged into Rett's body, unnoticed by the outside world.
Fire Feather blinked, sensing sothing amiss, but lacking the ability to detect what had happened. After a brief mont of confusion, it noticed Rett was regaining consciousness and chirped happily.
Half a minute later.
Rett was becoming increasingly lucid, even faintly aware of changes in his body—a distinctive feeling indicating the sprite bonding was successful.
He then focused his ntal energy, drawing the earth elents from the air around him. His body now acted like a black hole, devouring the surrounding earth elents. His injuries rapidly healed, and his ntal state improved significantly.
A mont later, Rett stretched his body, feeling back to normal.
Soaking in the seawater, he felt the coolness envelop him, gently soothing his entire body. Beneath the water, so low-level sea monsters, having circled for a while, seed to have made up their minds and began to swim towards him with increasing speed!
Their target was clear—they were aiming for sothing significant on Rett's body.
Just as Rett ca to his senses, his expression changed. Good heavens, were they trying to rob him of his manhood?!
Unforgivable! He quickly gathered his ntal energy and cast a weakened version of the Earth Spire Rain.
In an instant, the water lit up with a broad yellow glow as earth spikes ford, slicing through the water and skewering the approaching fish.
After dealing with these would-be attackers, Rett signaled Fire Feather to descend. The creature happily swooped down, stopping half a ter above the water's surface.
Rett first condensed the water elents to form a thick block of ice on the surface. He then stepped onto it, bare and naked—his clothes had been completely incinerated by the lightning.
Fortunately, he had prepared for this and retrieved a black leather bundle from Fire Feather's back, from which he pulled out a fresh coat.
Standing barefoot on the cold ice, Fire Feather thoughtfully placed its wing on the ice, looking at Rett with its bright eyes, chirping happily.
The gesture was ant to keep Rett's feet from getting cold.
"You're a good little guy," Rett said with a warm smile as he patted Fire Feather's head, shaking his own.
Surveying the surroundings, everything had quieted down significantly, with only distant thunder and the sound of flowing water remaining.
Rett closed his eyes, entering a state of deep ditation, and quickly began to comprehend the earth elent's mysteries.
Soon, the world around him was once again filled with yellow sands, spinning, jumping, and overlapping in random patterns.
He focused on capturing anything unusual, seeking out any exceptional insight.
After a mont, Rett's brow furrowed tightly. Opening his eyes, he sighed.
"As expected, it's not enough. It seems, just as the simulation indicated, the comprehension of the 'Vibration' mystery is still very faint, and the affinity brought by the Shock Sprite is sowhat lacking compared to the Sand Sprite..."
He could vaguely feel that sothing was different about the space around him, but he couldn't pinpoint exactly what it was.

As the second simulation began, Rett prepared himself, directing Fire Feather to return to the previous location.

While Rett didn't fully understand how this mysterious power affected space, he felt as though he had instinctively grasped how to use it. It was akin to how humans, though not fully understanding every detail of their organs, muscles, and bones, could still live well and unleash imnse power. Rett now had a basic mastery of the earth elent's "vibration" force!
"So that's how it is. The power of vibration is truly remarkable!" Rett muttered to himself, a smile forming on his lips. He opened his eyes, which shone brightly.
He then extended his finger and casually pointed forward!
A dense, intense buzzing filled the air, accompanied by a rapidly accelerating earth spike. The vibrating force, under Rett's control, was attached to the yellowish earth spike.
The spike's tip distorted the space around it, emitting an incredibly destructive force as it shot towards a distant rock formation.
Boom! A massive shockwave echoed through the air.
What followed was an explosion, sending fragnts of rock scattering like a heavenly flower.
Seeing this, Rett's eyes widened in amazent, gleaming with excitent!
The spike he had just summoned was ford with only a small amount of earth elents and minimal ntal energy, making it effectively a first-level spell.
However, with the addition of the vibration mystery, the spike, originally known for its piercing power, had gained an overwhelming explosive force. Of course, this explosion was still fundantally caused by vibration, though its effect resembled a detonation.
In any case, the vibration force had effectively increased the power of his earth spells by an entire level.
With this power boost, Rett judged that the Earth Spire technique he had just used could definitely reach the destructive power of a second-level spell, compensating for his previous lack of impactful offensive capabilities.
Previously, the Dispersion mystery had enhanced his survival ability and allowed for unexpected attacks, diversifying his combat style. Rett's face contorted in pain as his body trembled, letting out a muffled groan. He staggered backward on the ice block, struggling to stay upright.
