Chapter 474: [ The winner of the Duel ]

“Broaden your mind, the future isn’t sothing that is irreversible… it’s not set in stone…”

“Just do what you wanted to do. As for the ending, whether it turns out good or bad, no one can tell… even us the ladies of Fates. However, you can think of it when that ti cos… so no need to be flustered. Even if the world ended up destroyed, no one will bla you…” Clotho gently assured her.

“… …”

“Because it was already destined to do so… it’s not caused by one person’s actions… this is already dictated by the Fate—I don’t want to say this, but she was also one of your enemies now—Be careful…”

Clotho’s words imdiately calm Athena’s, flustered heart.

“… …”

“Every God has their own path to take. You can’t forget, we have different aspects that embodied our [ Divinities ], our true nature. Only us knows what kind of path we need to take. Teaching others our path or giving so vision to the other Gods would not be useful. We need to find it ourselves, or else there’s no way forward…” Clotho solemnly reminded.

“Find your path, Athena… I hope you can be victorious in this endeavor…May Good Fate lies with you…my dear Athena,”

Everything around him was quiet, except for the sound of the wind.

Allen surveyed the entire area. The original beautiful volcanic forest seed to have been struck by a sword and was sliced apart as a massive fissure, extending to who knows how many kiloters could be seen.

However, Allen wasn’t in the condition to happily savor his victory or destruction. He couldn’t endure it anymore, he was too exhausted. His breathing was ragged and heavy, and his shoulders shook badly. His body slt of burnt at.

Amidst this, Allen felt an intense drowsiness, and he started falling into the ground. Rebellion fell on the ground, and the white flas around him turned into light particles before vanishing into the air.

He was falling into the ground—dropping in this kind of height might be extrely painful—tentatively he still has his consciousness but, *Hyuu**Hyuu* he was only releasing air out from his throat and probably can no longer any kind of actions anymore. It would seem------Allen’s body has long crossed its limits.

Bang!!

A deafening sound rang out.

Allen’s body hurtled down from the sky and crashed into the empty ground within the devastated forest.

“Grrr—!! Damn it!!” A few ters away from his landing position, was a gravely injured yet still alive Demonic Tiger. One of its front legs was already missing and on its face was a huge cut wound, from its right eye to its left chin. Even its right ear had already disappeared to who knows where.

However, it was still alive. Killing intent flashed across his eyes as well as anger—Kill!!

“You bastard ant, I will certainly kill you!!” Hanjin struggled to stand up as he eyes found Allen motionless on the ground. However, although he was conscious, his internal injuries had beco very grave by this point. The result of that sword strike was rather obvious.

Even the magma and flas covering his body had now completely disappeared, leaving only red colored fur that was covered with blood.

His mouth spurted blood in a crazy manner. In fact, it was almost as if a fountain had started to spray blood-colored water…

Hanjin had used his magic power to keep his bones in place. However, he still unable to completely suppress his wounds and so broke open and ruptured at this mont. In fact, they had been thoroughly ruptured. And, blood spurted-out from his entire body like spikes from a hedgehog. In fact, one could say that thin arrows of blood had been shot out from every pore of his body.

A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.

He was in a very dangerous condition.

In fact, he wasn’t even able to move if not for him forcing the remaining magic power with him. Still, his life wasn’t in danger. His breath was weak but he will live.

In this fight, he had already lost his honor. Against a Lesser Deity, even if he was just a peak stage, he was still ended in this kind of appearance even though he was already a Peak Mid God. So, the preservation of his life and the restoration of his strength was his top priority at this mont.

The place he was standing now was gouged out deeply and turned into a giant crevasse. He then struggled to stand up and walked towards Allen’s location.

He was already spent—even if he wasn’t dead, he should be unable to move. With that amount of power, he would already be a true god if he still managed to stand up like it was nothing. However, he didn’t have a choice but to admit it—if Allen’s level was even a bit higher—Hanjin feared that he would have already lost, killed in that massive attack.

During the battle their power was equal—every single attack they did had the power capable of changing the local landscape.

This battle for life and death…it was similar to the sight descended from the pages of legends.

Even still… he won…!!

He was the one who had survived this ordeal!

“You’re still…too weak…” Hanjin coldly muttered as he dragged his wounded body towards Allen.

However, at this very mont… Hanjin’s face drastically changed. He wanted to dodge to the side but it was already too late…

The ground below churned as vicious vines exploded upward.

Seeing this, Hanjin’s eyes imdiately went cold. An endless quantity of vines appeared in the air and moved towards him at full speed.

“Damn it……!!!” Hanjin cursed loudly. The vines were becoming longer and longer and started twining around his body. A bloodthirsty magic power erged from the vines.

ROOOOAAAARRR!!! Hanjin roared with anger and raised his claws to cut the vines but the vines seed to be endless, regenerating when cut and then coiled around him even tighter.

Swoosh.

Even the flas surging within his body wasn’t able to do anything against the thick vines. The mysterious vines were like a cage and it bounded the flas ford by Hanjin.

This unforeseeable developnt surprised Hanjin as he struggled angrily, but he could not escape the vines coiling around him. Not because he couldn’t but because his power was already depleted just now.

And it seems like this vines didn’t fear fire the least bit and instead, slowly absorbed it, causing to beco even beco even bigger and stronger.

Hanjin let out a deafening roar of anguish and hatred.

His na could shake the world. He was one of the Great Monster Kings. His skin was almost indestructible, and his bones were like steel. No one in the world could stand up to him. However, he couldn't even struggle free from this vine with the strength that remained in his body at this mont.

"Who?" Hanjin looked up and roared sharply, "Who wants to kill ? Co out if you have the guts?"

At this mont, the vines blood flowers from the branches but the mouth; however, at the end of the vines were filled with razor sharp teeth that dripped with viscous fluid. Their reddish color, their bizarre undulation, their fearsoness, as well as the rotten sll that emanated out from them would cause anyone who saw them feel shocked.

Hanjin turned towards Allen but Hanjin was certain that he wasn’t the one who did this! Allen was motionless and lying on the ground without moving. There was no even an undulation of magic power.

As Hanjin struggled, the vines grew thicker and longer as they surrounded the area, looking almost likes snakes. The magic power from the surrounding area surged in toward vines as if strengthening it.

“Who is it!!! Show yourself!!” Hanjin roared.

“Haaaaaahh, this reckless idiot…”

Then, at this mont, a sighing voice rang out grabbing Hanjin’s attention.

When he turned around, an illusory image of a woman appeared just right beside the unconscious Allen. This person had seemingly appeared without any prior indication.

The beautiful woman had black hair which shone like the sea at night as well as a perfect and flawless figure, slim and graceful, charming and feminine. It was as if every movent of hers would influence the surrounding environnt.

This woman was dressed in a white dress. She was as pretty as a flower, bewitchingly charming, matchlessly beautiful, and unrivaled in elegance and deanor. She had the gentle deanor of tepid autumn water and the flawless figures of lustrous jade.

This was not a situation of her being “one of the most” beautiful won. Any other woman placed next to her would pale in comparison and could do no more than playing a supporting role.

This mont, Hanjin’s pupils suddenly widened as he saw the exceptionally beautiful goddess before his eyes. honestly speaking, the woman that could make him think she was exceptionally beautiful was already rare in this world but this woman before him made him think she was extrely, exceptionally beautiful.

An enchanting smile could be seen on her beautiful face.

If this world truly had fairies, then her smile was so beautiful that it would make fairies sigh.
