Why?
Trust between people cannot be determined just by one or two encounters. Even if soone performs excellently in the written test and interview, it cannot be guaranteed that this is not just a montary display, nor can it be determined that their character and work abilities et the requirents of the unit they’re applying to. It’s safe to say that while academic performance is one aspect, the hiring unit more importantly wants to select people who conduct themselves well, and these qualities cannot be completely evaluated through one or two exams.
If one understands the mindset of the recruiters, it becos clear why parents like Sun Rongfang are so anxious and worried about their children’s employnt situations.

Sotis the talent is excellent, but the problem is that the unit has no need for it. There’s a severe mismatch between units and talents in the job market. That ans when talent looks for job postings in the market, they may not find all available positions. Similarly, the job postings by units do not necessarily reach every potential candidate. If conditions permit, it’s necessary to help the job seeker inquire around.
