After several tens of minutes of traveling, the pickup truck driven by Reizel finally arrived at a village that seed to be inhabited by many people.
The people who passed by just stood still, staring cynically, and so were even holding gardening tools to be used as weapons. Shovels, hoes, machetes, scythes, and so even carried mini bows.
The tension could be felt by Reizel and the people carried by him.
Suddenly soone appeared and stood on the road, blocking the car Reizel was driving.
That person was none other than Rama.
Long jeans pants with a plain t-shirt. An open black jacket with his right hand inside the pants pocket while the left sleeve of his jacket was only fluttering due to the absence of the left hand filling the sleeve of the jacket. His short black hair was swaying slightly in the wind. And of course the faint grin on his confident face.
The car had no choice but to stop and the residents began to approach the car.
Reizel turned off the engine and told Putri to not to get out of the car.
The wavy-haired man got out of the pickup truck and walked straight towards Rama.
So residents who saw it looked surprised, and so whispered while looking at Reizel.
Reizel continued to walk while occasionally glancing around and remaining vigilant.
"Look who’s here, the traitor," said Rama who looked down on Reizel even though the young man was shorter than Reizel himself.
"I want to answer the village chief’s call," Reizel replied swiftly.
"It’s true we want Johan, but what’s with this ritual? You betrayed your own master? Perhaps it’s a natural thing for a coward like you," said Rama so casually.
Reizel’s eyes twitched slightly, he tried to contain his anger. He couldn’t go berserk now, not yet...
Rama glanced at Putri who was in the car then grinned faintly. "Hmn... I think I understand. It turns out that you easily change your beliefs just for sothing as shallow as a girl."
The veins in both of Reizel’s hands began to show as he tried to hold back his emotions.
But of course, Rama was not done yet. He was enjoying the session where he could make Reizel emotional and wanted to kill Reizel right then and there.
Rama grinned. "Are you looking for warmth from another woman because you miss -"
Reizel’s eyes opened wide and imdiately prepared to hit Rama.
Unfortunately, his hand was stopped by a tall and muscular figure. His long jeans pants looked torn in several parts and his plain white t-shirt looked dusty and had many dirt stains on it.
Rama chuckled. "Why did you save him, Randa?"
The person was a woman who was slightly taller than Reizel, her long black hair was left loose and her brown eyes stared intently at the two male who seed to want to fight right then and there.
Reizel and Rama instantly shut up and lowered their fighting intentions in front of the large, muscular woman.
Despite her muscular appearance, the woman nad Randa still had the female figure of a typical woman; such as a wide pelvis and large buttocks and breasts.
At first glance, the woman nad Randa reminded Putri of her mother. The difference was that she was taller and had more muscle mass and also a darker skin color as if she was used to being under the sun a lot.
"Why do you want to fight now? It’s not the right ti, is it?" asked the woman nad Randa.
Reizel caught his breath in order to think more calmly. "I’m here to offer an exchange, all the system users I transported on a pickup truck for the girl you kidnapped yesterday."
Rama felt offended and imdiately approached Reizel. "Woi... Woi... What does that an? An exchange? You think you can co here and make a request like that? You should be grateful I didn’t kill you just now."
Randa looked at Reizel so seriously. "Reizel, you know what Rama said is true. You have no right to speak like that."
Reizel took a deep breath and let it out, preparing to declare sothing that felt very heavy.
"I also ca to take sothing that will be mine. I’m going to be the next village chief," Reizel said which made the people around surprised and whispered.
Rama imdiately laughed while Randa looked worried.
"Reizel, are you serious about what you said?" asked Randa who looked so concerned.
"I’m serious, I’m going to be the next village chief and -"
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Rama laughed so hard that Reizel couldn’t even finish his sentence.
Rama patted Reizel’s shoulder several tis. "It’s okay Randa, this is just the spirit. Let him be, maybe sothing exciting will happen later."
The young man patted Reizel’s back then walked towards a slightly shady area with a line of large trees. "Co with , I’ll take you faster."
Reizel glanced at Randa who already understood the situation and the large woman walked straight to the pickup truck.
Reizel finally walked after Rama while Randa got into the car.
It seed that no more conflicts would occur and it made the local residents relieved and returned to their respective activities.
Randa sat in the driver’s seat casually although his tall and large body made her a little pinched when she held the steering wheel, but of course it was not a problem.
The car’s engine was started and the pickup car began to move in a different direction from the direction that Rama and Reizel were heading.
Putri’s eyes followed Reizel for a few monts before she could no longer see him at all.
Now there was only a sense of great awkwardness as the driver had changed, especially for Putri.
Putri could only sit still and her body beca so stiff because she was so tense with the situation.
Plus, the woman nad Randa didn’t want to say anything while driving the car. There was only the sound of the engine in silence which made Putri even more wary.
The situation seed fine and seed to be under control, but Putri still rembered Reizel’s words.
’Do nothing, say nothing, and pray...’ Putri conducted a monologue in her mind.
