Aside from their first sowhat rough and hurried encounter, Ethan Blackwood was always very considerate towards her.

Seeing such a strong man being so gentle in these matters was surprising.

This was also why Claire Shaw beca increasingly dependent on him; if it weren’t for his identity, she wouldn’t want to easily give up this bed partner.

Claire Shaw leaned against the bathroom mirror, gasping heavily for air.

The sound of flowing water echoed in her ears as Ethan Blackwood calmly washed his hands, then took a towel and leisurely wiped his fingertips, appearing both elegant and dignified.

Afterwards, Ethan Blackwood carried her to the edge of the balcony.

The evening breeze blew towards them, at a perfect temperature to disperse the previous heat of their bodies.

Just as she was about to get up, the man pressed her shoulder down, making her sit back, and Claire Shaw looked at him questioningly, "What are you doing?"

Ethan Blackwood picked up his phone from the small table nearby and unlocked it with his fingerprint.

Claire Shaw instinctively turned her gaze away, respecting the privacy of others, which is a principle of adult relationships.

Ethan Blackwood signaled her to co closer, "Take a look."

Obediently, Claire Shaw lowered her head, her eyes falling on his phone’s screen, not knowing what he wanted to show her.

She watched as Ethan Blackwood’s long fingers navigated to WeChat, then to his own profile picture, and Claire Shaw suddenly understood his intention.

She wanted to escape.

With one hand supporting her waist and the other guiding her fingertips across the screen, the man leaned close to her cheek and whispered softly, "Look at whatever you want to see."

"I just slipped and clicked the wrong thing; I’m not really curious about your friend circle." Claire Shaw’s face flushed deeply.

The man’s soft laughter resounded in her ears, clearly not believing her.

Finding herself in a tough spot, Claire Shaw had no choice but to continue looking.

His friend circle was very clean, not filled with the promotional reposts of new products or projects she had imagined, nor with flaunting of luxury cars or mansions.

There were only photos, with no captions at all.

Sotis there was a vast blue sea, other tis a clear blue sky, and at tis, snow-covered landscapes below zero degrees.

"Are these from your travels?"

Ethan Blackwood responded in a deep voice, "Sort of."

His voice had a texture to it, making him sound especially sexy in the night air.

A faint scent of woody bath gel emanated from him, subtle but impossible to ignore.

Seeing Claire Shaw’s gaze rest on a glassy ocean photo, he spoke, "This place is perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets."

"Is it?" Claire Shaw gazed at the sparkling, clear azure water, a hint of longing in her eyes.

Strictly raised by her mother, beyond learning various etiquettes and cultivating interests, she had never left ridia her entire life.

"Next ti together?"

Ethan Blackwood extended an invitation. Looking into his penetrating eyes behind the glasses, Claire Shaw realized her own experiences were inadequate to truly understand this man.

He was enveloped in a layer of mystery, just like the non-prescription glasses on his nose, which seed more like a prop for concealnt.

Withdrawing her gaze, Claire Shaw coldly replied, "No need, after tonight, apart from necessary communication about the child, it’s best for Mr. Blackwood and I not to have any other exchanges."

The man’s arm encircled her waist, looking down at her, and the depth in his eyes felt dangerous to her.

His tone steady, "Don’t forget our agreent."

Claire Shaw didn’t quite understand what he ant, but her instincts told her to keep her distance from this man, as he was too dangerous.

To avoid overthinking it, she took the initiative.

Like an enchanting temptress, she clung to him. Across his chest was a long scar.

She gently traced it, feeling an odd familiarity, as if she had seen it sowhere before.

"There’s a breeze outside, let’s go inside, okay?"

No man could resist such a coquettish plea.

Her body was gently placed on the large bed, sitting there with her lower back tilted and one leg bent.

Ethan Blackwood stood by the bed, gazing down at her in a way that seed devoid of desire.

How could that be possible?

This man, who wanted nothing more than to devour her every ti they t, how could he possibly remain unmoved?

Claire Shaw gritted her teeth and whispered seductively in his ear, "Good brother, let treat you to sothing nice tonight."
