Chapter 201: Chapter 175 Fu Yisi, You’re Quite the Hypocrite

Getting a positive response from Nurse Xiao Li, Ji Sang’s frown deepened. It was nearly three in the afternoon, which ant that Fu Yisi had not eaten anything since he left ho in the morning.

Ji Sang’s complexion didn’t look too good, and this was the first ti Nurse Xiao Li had seen Ji Sang angry. She unconsciously lightened her movents as she opened the door to the office.

“This surgery probably needs about one more hour…”

Nurse Xiao Li’s voice grew fainter as she spoke.

Actually, this kind of situation is very common in their hospital, especially for a doctor of Fu Yisi’s level. The surgeries he handles are never minor, and most of them last more than two to three hours.

Maybe Dr. Fu has been spoiling Mrs. Fu too much and hadn’t explained his work situation to her.

After Ji Sang went in, Nurse Xiao Li slipped away.

Fu Yisi’s office was as tidy as the study at ho, with many docunts and dical cases arranged in neat order.

Ji Sang sat in the chair, her heart aching uncontrollably as she thought about Fu Yisi’s recent busyness and the tiredness in his eyes.

Before, Fu Yisi always used to call her when he had a mont, and he tried to co ho on ti every night as well, with few instances of working late. He was always by her side when she needed him.

Maybe it was because of this that she had the wrong impression that Fu Yisi wasn’t as busy as other doctors.

But how could that be? He is the deputy director of surgery, he only has more things to deal with. Which ans, when she doesn’t see it, Fu Yisi is very busy and tired, with no ti to really take care of himself.

At that mont, a sense of guilt welled up from the bottom of her heart.

As his wife, she seed to have always been incompetent. In this marriage, it had always been Fu Yisi caring for and looking after her.

When she didn’t understand love, Fu Yisi taught her step by step.

When she felt insecure, Fu Yisi always proved with his actions that he could give her a sense of security.

When her mother was sick, Fu Yisi called every day, never missing one, fearing that she wouldn’t make it through.

When she was in a gloomy mood, Fu Yisi would organize activities for her to lift her spirits.

Scene by scene was replayed before her eyes.

Looking at it this way, she had done really little for Fu Yisi.

Ji Sang pursed her lips, looking at Fu Yisi’s desk.

The first ti she ca here, she was nervous and uneasy, wondering how to appease the man.

But now, she could sit here comfortably, waiting for Fu Yisi to finish his surgery, thinking about how to ‘teach’ this man who doesn’t take care of his own body later.

It turned out that in a blink of an eye, she had been back for half a year, and had been spending day and night with Fu Yisi for half a year.

However, Fu Yisi’s surgery took even longer than what Nurse Xiao Li had said. By the ti it was finished, it was already six in the afternoon. Even Fu Yisi, who insisted on exercising every day, was sowhat worn out.

The man walked towards his office, massaging his swollen temples.

He was thinking of calling Ji Sang to tell her not to cook personally, but when he opened the door of the office, he slled a familiar fragrance.

Fu Yisi’s furrowed brows relaxed a lot, his gaze shifted downward to the right, and he saw Ji Sang sitting in his chair, leaning on the desk and asleep.

The man’s eyes softened instantly when they touched upon Ji Sang’s face.

He shook his head and smiled silently, hung his white coat on the clothes rack, bent down, and simply watched Ji Sang as she slept.

It seed that the morning visit to the film set had tired her out.

Fu Yisi gently pinched Ji Sang’s nose.

“Wake up, lazy pig.”

Ji Sang, who wasn’t sleeping deeply, was already slightly aware when Fu Yisi ca in and was on the edge of waking up. Now, as Fu Yisi leaned down, she actually woke up.

It’s just that her brain and body hadn’t reacted yet, but she didn’t expect Fu Yisi to still make such a childish move.

Ji Sang wrinkled her nose and slowly opened her eyes.

“Are you done with your work?”

Because Fu Yisi was still pinching her nose, Ji Sang’s words were muffled.

The man was chard by her cuteness and instantly laughed, unable to resist rubbing her face.

“Why did you co here, huh?”

Ji Sang blinked a few tis, sat up straight, and pointed to the lunch box placed aside.

“I ca to bring you lunch.”

She didn’t expect that the belated lunch would ultimately turn into dinner.

“However…”

Ji Sang frowned as she took the lunch box, opened it to look inside

“Already cold.”

Ji Sang spoke with a tinge of regret, Fu Yisi began pouring her water as he said,

“It’s alright, I can leave work now, we can make sothing ourselves when we get ho.”

“This restaurant tastes quite good, we can heat it up when we get back, but surely it won’t taste as good as it was initially.”

Fu Yisi didn’t care much about that but asked,

“Did you have fun today?”

Ji Sang, however, didn’t want to be diverted by him, stood up, hands on her hips, face slightly stony, and asked,

“Did you skip lunch?”

Fu Yisi paused in his actions,

“You set an alarm for , you call , prompting to eat regularly, what about you?”

Fu Yisi: …

“You’re a doctor yourself! How can you not take care of your own body!”

Fu Yisi: …

Rarely, Fu Yisi was stunned for a mont because of Ji Sang’s barrage of chiding.

And still found it a bit amusing.

Mainly because Ji Sang’s stern face, in the eyes of the man, also looked very cute.

So, Fu Yisi couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

Ji Sang: ??????

“What are you laughing at? I’m discussing a very serious issue.”

Fu Yisi cleared his throat,

“Mm, Mrs. Fu, please continue.”

But interrupted by Fu Yisi like this, the long lecture Ji Sang had planned abruptly short-circuited.

“You…you….”

After a long pause, she ca up with nothing.

Ji Sang, frustrated, gently slapped the man’s shoulder,

“You’re infuriating .”

Fu Yisi smiled and grasped Ji Sang’s hand, gently massaging it,

“It’s alright, today I just didn’t manage to find the ti, okay?”

Following the morning operation, another surgery ca imdiately after.

Ji Sang huffed coldly,

“Then how did you find ti to call ?”

Fu Yisi raised an eyebrow,

“Between eating and Mrs. Fu, I naturally choose Mrs. Fu.”

Ji Sang: …

“Fu Yisi, don’t sweet-talk , would you not be angry if I did the sa?”

The man frowned,

“That won’t do, your stomach isn’t very strong, you need to eat properly.”

Ji Sang: …

“Fu Yisi you… you’re quite the hypocrite, aren’t you?”

Ji Sang was utterly exasperated by Fu Yisi. After speaking, she turned away, not even looking at him. The more she thought about it, the angrier she beca.

This man, having spent so much effort taking care of her, even his negligence and perfunctory attitude towards himself was because of her…

Ji Sang felt a sting at the tip of her nose.

This man, Fu Yisi, he really did spoil her far too much.
