Every celebrity had its fans and haters, it was obvious, they all increased the overall fa of a person. Depending on the event, the celebrity's reputation changed, but sotis there were too many opinions and it was impossible to determine what was right and what was wrong.

Whether Zayne wanted it or not, he was now the most talked about person for everyone who followed Fallen Fate Online. In just two days, Zayne was in the news three tis, and the most shocking was the last one, as people finally got to see him in action.

"Damn... So that's what the real Zayne Fellen is..." The young man muttered as he lay on his bed and watched the video of his idol fighting over and over again, "Unbelievable... This scene looks like sothing out of a movie, but it really happened, didn't it?"

The video was only one minute long, but it was enough for thousands of people to discuss literally every second of Zayne's fight. Gradually, people who were subscribed to Andre and Tina joined the conversation, and pretty quickly it beca major news, again.

'Holy shit...! Did you see that punch? Zayne Fellen must be a martial arts master!'

'I heard that most of the current top players, especially those who cleared Chaos Hearth, have special combat skills in the real world... Do you think that's true?' Soone left a comnt.

'Yeah... I've heard that too. It's been about a week since Fallen Fate launched, I'm not sure the average person would have learned to fight so well in that ti.'

'Andre and Tina are such idiots! Hah, did they really think they could beat Zayne Fellen himself?! That was bloody stupid!' Soone's comnt imdiately drew a lot of attention.

'Hey, you don't have to be so rude. I watched their guides, and I think they had a chance. Zayne Fellen just got too many rewards. He'll stop being so strong in ti, I'm sure of it.'

'Pfffft, you idiot, you don't understand anything! Zayne will just keep getting stronger, and no one will stop him!'

The news was spreading all over the world, and various dia outlets were even more eager to et the most famous player in Fallen Fate Online.

Zayne was on his way to Redfall Family Manor at this ti, he was already running late, so he quickly ran ahead, and all his thoughts were on Andre's few words.

'Damn... Is this really happening... Well, I'll think about it after the auction, right now, I have to think about sothing else entirely!' Zayne said inwardly as he approached Redfall Family Manor with a carriage already in front.

Crackle.

The carriage opened as Kyla looked out of it, who waved with a slight smile on her face, "Mr. Zayne, I've been waiting for you."

Zayne looked around, then he nodded and entered the carriage where there was no one but Kyla.

"I'm sorry, I'm a little late." Zayne muttered, awkwardly scratching the back of his head. He didn't know how long Kyla was waiting for him, but he had to be here by sunset, and the moon was already rising.

Crackle.

The carriage moved.

"That's all right. There are always so introductions and announcents before the auction start, so I don't think we'll miss anything important." Kyla said calmly, keeping her hands on her knees.

"Fine, I wouldn't want to miss anything valuable." Zayne muttered, looking up at the moon, which seed bigger than usual today.

"Don't worry. It is customary to leave the most expensive and precious slots for the end. Mr. Zayne, do you have any preferences?" Kyla smiled slightly.

Zayne remained silent until he pulled out the hilt of his sword, "Yeah, my sword broke after the battle with Apostle... And today showed that fighting without a weapon is very difficult."

Kyla stared at him for a while, blinking as she didn't quite know what he was talking about, then she smiled slightly, "I don't understand much about fighting, but I think it's always good to have a partner who will be with you in dangerous monts."

"A partner... right?" Zayne muttered looking at the hilt, "Well, looks like I turned out to be a bad one..."

They spent the rest of the journey in complete silence until they reached a building that resembled a do, almost completely subrged in the ground, with only the top part visible.

They made their way to the passageway and downstairs, crossing into the main auction house in all of Red Feather City.

By the sounds from the main hall, they could hear that the auction had already begun, the announcer's voice was spreading throughout the building, so the hallway Zayne was walking down was completely empty.

"Kyla, how often do these auctions take place?" Zayne asked as he lightly waved his hand.

Kyla touched her lips and with a thoughtful look, muttered, "Usually once a month, but today is a special occasion. My brother said that many rchants, blacksmiths, and even alchemists ca to this auction, so today is a particularly diverse selection as well as strong competition."

"I see..." Zayne nodded.

Crackle.

The doors opened as a bright light burst out from the stage where a man in an expensive suit with a cane in his hand was presenting the next lot.

On the balcony peeking out of the room were three massive red chairs, and in the center, one sat a man with golden hair and a glass of wine in his hand.

"Well, well, you've finally arrived. I was beginning to worry that you had decided to turn down my offer. Kyla, you had to wait long enough." Alden said with a sly smile on his face, then he pointed to a chair, "Have a seat."

Zayne looked around. There were two maids standing against the wall, on either side of the door, with stern looks.

Step.

Kyla stepped forward, not paying any attention to them, for her, as a noblewoman, this was more than usual. However, Zayne felt uncomfortable.

'Damn... I can still understand when maids bring tea and desserts, but here what are they for?' Zayne inwardly muttered, taking a seat to Alden's right.

Click.

Alden signaled as the maids approached them. They silently filled their glasses with wine and returned to their place. Kyla, without delay, took a sip, enjoying the pleasant taste.

"Is sothing wrong?" Alden looked at Zayne, noticing that he hadn't touched his glass.

"No... Everything's fine, it's just weird to . I an, we can pour wine ourselves, don't we need maids for that?" Zayne shrugged, scratching the back of his head.

Alden stared at Zayne for a while, then a slight smile appeared on his face.

"Hah, I see what this is about. Obviously, in your world, you weren't from a rich family." Alden smirked, took a sip, and said, "You need to grow up and stop acting like a child."

Zayne's eyes went wide, "What...? I'm a child?"

"Yeah, excluding your fighting talent. Maids aren't just status and convenience to the Nobles, they're their jobs, and from their perspective, it's the most important thing. Do you think we're forcing soone to work for us?" Alden looked coldly at Zayne, "You have to look at each situation more broadly and consider the opinions of all sides before you take any position."

Alden slid Zayne's glass toward him, "Enjoy the show and the wine the nice girl poured for you. By refusing, you'll just show that her hard work ans nothing to you."

Zayne lowered his head and took the glass. He felt like a student being scolded by his teacher, but to him, it was an important lesson that only soone like Alden could give him.
