Shentu Chu flew back to Shengjing all by himself. Originally, Qiao Nian wanted to go with him but Qiao Minde didn’t let her.
Qiao Minde had beco more wary of him ever since they ca out of the hospital.
"Brother, why are you acting weird?" Qiao Nian asked innocently, tugging his arm.
"You are the one who had been acting weird," Qiao Minde said to her. Qiao Nian didn’t say anything and hide her face away. How could she tell her brother that she kissed soone? Will he murder that person?
Qiao Minde ca face to face with Shentu Chu, growling as he said, "I won’t let Ah Nian be taken advantage of,"
"Don’t worry. I won’t fail your trust," Shentu smiled cheerfully.
These scene, they looked like they were about to get into a fight.
"Qiao Minde, I want to talk to you in private," Shentu Chu said.
"So it is then," Qiao Minde agreed.
Qiao Nian sat in the car with a worried expression while The two n talked outside the car. The car was soundproof and the windows were tinted, Qiao Nian couldn’t hear their conversation or see their figures properly.
Outside the car, Shentu Chu dropped his fake smile.
"Qiao Minde, that drug that you injected into that day was effective, more effective than my pills. What is that?"
"It’s a special kind of drug developed by my scientists. I only took a guess and injected you with it. Why are you poisoned?"

Shentu Chu beca attentive, his eyes focused on Qiao Minde eagerly.

Qiao Nai was Qiao Minde’s biological father but the two were estranged so Qiao Minde never called him father.

"I do like n!" Shentu Chu appeared surprised.
"Really?" Qiao Minde ca even closer to Shentu Chu. They could hear each other’s breath at this point, even feel one another’s body heat, and were staring intensely at each other.
In the car, Qiao Nian was getting anxious. The two of them were standing so close to each other. They look like they were going to fight. But at so point, she thought that they looked more like they were going to kiss!
"If you had liked n, you wouldn’t have kissed my sister," Qiao Minde’s voice was dark and dangerous like an ocean.
Shentu Chu gasped. "You peeped on us?! You big anie!" He sounded surprised and aggrieved at the sa ti.

On the way to the airport, Shentu Chu thought about his poison. It was only recently that he found out it was a dangerous mysterious poison. The attacks beca more and more frequent. With each attack it brought more and more pain. Shentu Chu had seen one of the best doctors in Shengjing but the doctor couldn’t cure him..
The doctor could only give him those white pills to slow down the poison, reduce the pain and buy him ti.
Ti wasn’t on his side. His entire existence had been a mystery. If he chose them, then it’ll be it to the end.
This way, it was better to make everyone hate him. They won’t rember him when he’s gone. Shentu Chu clutched a stone pendant hidden underneath his shirt.
After what seed like hours, they got into the car. The whole ride was quiet. Shentu Chu played so music.
His choice of music was very different from Qiao Minde who preferred classical music.
He changed the music to a popular cpop by TNT.
However, Qiao Minde switched it off. Shentu Chu, annoyed, turned it back on. Finally Qiao Minde pressed a button and the whole radio moved back and disappeared sowhere into the car’s body.
Shentu Chu shot him an angry look but Qiao Minde was the least bothered.
Currently, The plane touched the runway. Shentu Chu didn’t bother to wear a mask or hide himself. He openly walked everywhere as if with the intention of inviting trouble and gossips.
But then, his head started hurting again. He clenched the side of his head and groaned. Shit, is it his poison acting up again or internal bleeding?
Could it be that he put too much stress on himself?
Shentu Chu quickly walked into the shadows, ducking away from public’s eye.
