They had arrived ho.
Lin Yue went to the bedroom to draw a bath for Gu Feng.
Yu Ling scolded her son Gu Feng a few tis.
Accusing him of not being around these past few days.
She incidentally brought up the topic of buying a house, "Did you find a good house?"
Gu Feng nodded.
Yu Ling asked, "Haven’t you contacted your aunt?"
Gu Feng shook his head, "I didn’t plan to take money from her, I have my own."
"Where did you get the money?" Yu Ling was puzzled, "Don’t tell you’re taking your wife’s, I’d feel embarrassed for you if you did."
"Mom." Gu Feng gave a wry smile, "Do you think I’m the type to live off soone else? I can make my own money, don’t worry."
Yu Ling couldn’t control him anymore, she waved her hand, "Go shower quickly."
Gu Feng went into the bedroom to shower, and Lin Yue lay on the bed pretending to sleep.
But listening to the sound of the water, her heart raced faster than usual, making it impossible to sleep.
She turned over to find a comfortable position to fall asleep but ended up facing the direction of the bathroom, where the glass had been frosted by the landlord in a teasingly semi-transparent design.
Seeing those strong outlines, Lin Yue’s face turned red.
Before this, she hadn’t noticed the glass issue in Gu Feng’s room, now embarrassed, Lin Yue turned her back again.

Tonight, the two of them were definitely going to be sleeping in the sa room.

Just as Lin Yue reached this point, she heard Gu Feng drying off with a towel as he ca out of the bathroom behind her, her body trembled, and her heart raced as if it had hit the freeway!
She heard Gu Feng’s footsteps approaching, circling around the foot of the bed, but Lin Yue, with her eyes closed, still had not seen Gu Feng lie down.
Lin Yue slightly squinted her eyes open and saw Gu Feng with a blanket and towel preparing to make a bed on the floor.
She feigned ignorance, "What are you doing?"
Gu Feng replied, "Sleeping."
Lin Yue asked, "If Mom cos in and sees, how will you explain?"
Gu Feng replied, "I locked the door, don’t worry. If she cos in, you’ll have enough ti to open the door for to tidy up quickly."
"..." Lin Yue was exasperated, "And you’re just using such a thin towel as a mattress on the floor, it’s so hard, how can you sleep?"
Gu Feng shook out a blanket nonchalantly, "What’s the big deal? Back when I was in the army on missions, I mostly trained in the jungle and essentially slept by leaning on tree stumps with my eyes closed for days and nights."
After saying this, he casually covered himself with the bedding and closed his eyes.
Lin Yue felt like she was playing the lute to a cow just now!
She turned over.
Couldn’t sleep!
She rembered the post she had just searched.
No way?
Was her current condition due to dopamine, because she liked Gu Feng and therefore was anticipating sothing to happen?
And... him?
Driven by a sudden impulse, Lin Yue wondered if Gu Feng was also unable to sleep like her?
Should she talk to him?
After struggling for a while, Lin Yue decided since she couldn’t sleep, why not have a little chat?

The faint sound of Gu Feng’s snoring drifted through the silent room.
Lin Yue incredulously sat up and looked toward the floor at the foot of the bed.
Good grief, Gu Feng was really asleep!
Lin Yue covered her head in frustration and turned her back angrily.
"Liar!"
"What they say online is just not right!"
How could this jerk possibly be asleep?
