(Third Person POV)
Inside the cursed Domain, Maliketh and Jason fell down from the air as soon as they were transported inside.
Jason landed on his feet as he braced himself, watching Maliketh as the black knight did the sa.
"This...." Maliketh said to himself, "A Spatial Domain that requires Curse Power."
He lifted his longsword and pointed it at Jason who patted his arms.
"I have to pop one of these once in a while." He said, "Or that idiot is going to be mad at , that Battle God."
"Asura, God of Battle." Maliketh said, "Are you aware of what kind of power you hold?"
Jason tilted his head, "Not really." He said, "But he sabotaged one of my domains a while ago because I neglected Martial Arts Magic. Not like it matters too much to , I just don't want his inconveniences."
Maliketh lunged at Jason, thrusting his sword at him with trendous speed. Jason jumped over him to avoid the thrust and flipped over the Knight, watching as the ground was ripped apart due to the force of the thrust.
Jason landed on the ground and turned around, shooting for a kick which was blocked by Maliketh's arm, causing a shockwave as the Knight's entire armor rattled slightly.
"Hm." Maliketh said as he pushed Jason off, "Not bad."
Jason straightened up, Maliketh swung his blade at him, sending a dark energy slice which Jason avoided with ease.
"Damn." Jason said, "What the hell...."
He was then hit by Maliketh who had charged into him with his shoulder, hitting him in the face with speeds that caught him off guard.
Jason hit the ground hard as the knight lunged at him, thrusting his sword at him.
"Take this!" Maliketh shouted
He struck nothing but the ground, and Jason had imdiately jumped out of the way. The force of the thrust was powerful enough to cause a shockwave and a crater, which impressed Jason.
Jason patted his shirt, "Not bad." He said, "You're not a joke. You were able to casually take down Gray and Natsu. And they're no pushovers. Although, it'll take more than what you gave them to keep them down."
"It's just you and I here." Maliketh said as he straightened up, "And by now...."
As he said that, the ground began to shake violently beneath their feet; the Domain's sure-hit effect was starting.
Jason narrowed his eyes, "He's aware of the effect? No...it can't be...." He thought to himself, "I didn't say anything yet. I wasn't surprised he knew this was a Cursed Domain, anyone with a good sense can feel the Curse Power."
Jason then watched as a massive spectral spear appeared out of thin air and shot straight at Maliketh with blinding speed.
However, he widened his eyes as the knight parried the spear with even faster speed, shattering completely.
"Perfect Parry"
"W-What?!" Jason exclaid, "That's impossible!! Nobody can parry the Domain's sure-hit effect! Not even !!!"
"Seems you are incorrect." Maliketh said as he was engulfed in a dark aura
Jason then widened his eyes even more as he noticed that the dark aura was identical to his black light, emanating brightly from Maliketh's black armor.
"W-What the fuck...." He said as he began to sweat, "T-That's my black light...."
"No." Maliketh said as he raised his longsword and pointed it down, "Tis mine."
In a swift motion, he plunged the sword down into the ground, shattering the ground beneath them as it erupted with an imnse amount of black light.
Jason was baffled by this, being bathed in a black light that wasn't his. Only one individual in the entire world was capable of wielding his Black God Slayer's Light...
Erion.
Jason watched as the eye slit's of Maliketh's helm began to grow bright white.
"Destined Death of The Spatial Lord"
In an instant, Jason felt the entirety of his domain being ripped apart by the rampant Black Light.
"N-No....What?!" Jason said as he felt the domain collapsing
In the coming seconds, both Jason and Maliketh were shot out of the destroyed domain and spat out back into the material world where both Natsu and Gray were slowly getting back up.
Gray looked up to see the two of them slowly falling from the air, "W-What?" He said, "Jason's domain is over? I don't see either of them truly injured....."
Natsu winced, "Y-Yea..." He said as he clutched his wound, "What the hell is that guy?"
Jason looked at them, "Back the fuck off!!" He said with a scowl, "He's mine!!!"
They both watched as they fell back down on the ground, Jason feeling a bit frustrated at the pointless activation of his Cursed Domain.
To say that nobody has forced their way out of the Domain would be a lie, since it has happened before. But for them to casually negate the sure-hit effect was ridiculous. Even Mard Geer, when they fought, managed to temporarily avoid the hit by summoning Jiemma. But the Domain spat the intruder out right after.
Not only that, but as far as Jason was aware, he was the only user of Black God Slayer Magic. His brief communion with the Black God allowed him to learn a bit of the truth of his existence here; he was given power by 3 Gods via the System Screen. And the reason he grew so powerful was due to them.
Other than that, Jason isn't aware of much.
Jason scowled at Maliketh, "Who the hell are you?" He said, "Why do you wield God-Steel armor and weapons?"
"God-Steel?" Maliketh said
Gray looked at Jason, "You've spent an awful lot of ti selling God-Steel, Jason." he said, "Don't be surprised soone's using it against you."
"Can't you just eat it?" Natsu asked as they both looked at the stand-off
Jason waved them off, "Shut up!" He growled, "Answer , Maliketh was it? Why do you wield my light? Who sent you?"
"Hard of hearing, are you?" Maliketh said, "I just told you that Alatreon, the Blazing Black God sent . And why I wield your light? Don't flatter yourself, Darkborne. I was born with this power!"
Maliketh lunged at Jason, swinging his sword at Jason who imdiately parried with a black blade Katana.
Natsu widened his eyes, "Fast!" He said, "He summoned it really fucking fast!"
Maliketh took a step back to process what had just happened, "A black steel katana...." He said, "Wait.... that's...."
Jason narrowed his eyes as he readied a stance, "Hm?" He said, "What?"
"That Katana does not belong to you." Maliketh said as he rushed him
In an instant, he swung his longsword at Jason, clashing with him as the force caused a massive shockwave.
"What do you an it doesn't belong to ?" Jason asked with a frown, "I forged this sword, spent countless hours in perfecting it! It belongs to nobody but !"
Jason pushed him away as he readied an Iai stance and released a black aura.
"Sword God's Iai: Judgent Cut"
Maliketh then raised his sword and in a swift motion, he parried several black slashes that caused massive sparks of black light and magic power.
"Perfect Parry"
Jason widened his eyes, "H-He parried those too?!"
As Maliketh relaxed the grip on his sword, he was engulfed in the sa black light.
"I was told you were a fearso warrior." He said, "But it seems you are but a fool. I would tell you what my ability is, but only imbeciles spout their explanations."
Maliketh raised his blade and gathered black light on his blade, shaking the ground and air violently. Both Natsu and Gray were baffled at the amount of magic power that was emanating from the Black Knight.
"Dammit, Jason!" Gray said as he readied an Ice Make stance, "I'll step in!"
"No!" Jason exclaid as he raised his blade in a stance, "I'll take him head on."
Maliketh swung his sword down, releasing a massive beam of black light.
"Darkmoon Sovereignty"
In an instant, Jason was engulfed in the massive beam of black light. He had tried to parry it with his Sword God Slayer magic, but for so reason, it didn't work. Instead, the full force of the parry attempt and the attack caused most of his arm to shatter and his blade was disard from him.
The explosion caused by the attack instantly dissipated, leaving only a massive shockwave that instantly cleared out any tree in the vicinity.
Natsu and Gray had their faces covered as they were in complete shocked.
They saw as Jason stumbled into the ground, his katana spinning down towards Maliketh who casually caught it with his hand.
"As I said." Maliketh said, "This blade does not belong to you...but to her..."
Jason clutched his arm, bones sticking out of his skin. He was covered in burns and gashes, but other than that, he was fine. Well, that is, apart from his ssed up arm.
"Tch...." Jason said as he slowly got on his knees
"Dammit, Jason!" Gray exclaid, "This guy is a fucking monster, he's got you on the ropes, we're stepping in!"
"He fucked you up first, dammit!" Jason snapped, "You wanna fucking die too or sothing?!"
"Fuck!!!" Natsu growled, "I'm gonna use it, Jason!!"
"No, fucking fool!" Jason exclaid, "It's too fucking risky for you to use those flas!"
Maliketh looked up into the sky, ignoring their arguing, "It has...." He said softly, "Been a long ti since I've seen the sky like this.....Mother....I can finally avenge you..."
Jason stopped his arguing and looked at Maliketh, feeling sothing from within.
"W-What..." He muttered, "Wait....you....."
Jason recognized sothing about him, it had taken him a while to notice it, but he finally did.
"It can't be....God-Steel.....Black Light...." He said, "No.....I....it can't be....."
Maliketh then looked down at Jason, "Enough." He said as he took a step, "It's ti to end this."
He lunged at Jason, thrusting his longsword at him.
Jason scowled, "Tch!" He said as he casually parried the sword with his healthy arm, "Who the fuck do you think you are?"
Malekith was thrown off-balance, surprised at the sudden resistance.
"What?" He said as he attempted to follow up another sword strike
Jason, however, dodged the sword slice and countered with a vicious kick at the Knight's chest, sending him flying.
Maliketh hit the ground but imdiately got up, holding both his longsword and Jason's katana still.
"You think a shattered arm is gonna keep down?" Jason said with an angry scowl, "I don't know what your deal is, man. But I fought both the Black Wizard and Acnologia himself. It'll take more than this to keep down."
"High Enchantnt: Immortal Regeneration"
He was engulfed in a gray and purple mist as his wounds imdiately closed up.
"Enchantnt...." Maliketh said, "This is your God Slayer version of Irene Belserion's Sage Dragon Slayer Magic. Quite impressive."
"What's impressive is that you even know this." Jason said as he raised his arm, "But anyways."
Suddenly, Jason's katana appeared in his arm, which surprised Maliketh.
"Huh?" The Knight said with surprise
"What?" Jason said as he readied a stance again, "You think I'm letting you keep this? No, this one is mine, despite what you say."
Maliketh readied a stance with his longsword, "I shall make you regret that." He said, "Jason Darkborne, I shall avenge her! My Mother!!"
"I don't know her." Jason said, "But whatever."
As the two faced off and released an imnse amount of magic power, Jason heard a loud ring coming from his pocket.
"What?" He said with a frown
He then pulled out his phone and saw that Mavis was calling him.
Without giving it much thought, he answered.
"What's wrong, Mavis?" He said as he completely ignored Maliketh
"Jason!! I tried stopping him but he didn't listen!!!" Mavis exclaid through the speaker, "Erion! He transford and beelined it to you!! Erza tried to stop him but he ended up kidnapping her!!"
Jason scowled, "Shit!!" He said, "Just what I need!!"
Almost on cue, a loud roar was heard through the air.
Natsu and Gray looked up to see the skies darkening a bit as they felt Erion's magic power inbound.
"Ah fuck." Gray said, "The skies are a bit dark, Jason, he's not happy!"
"Oh yea, He's pissed alright." Natsu said with a bit of sweat
Jason looked up to see a massive figure fly through the clouds, "Erion!!!!" He shouted in annoyance as the massive dragon ca into view, "What the hell are you doing here?!"
Maliketh looked up to see the sight of Erion letting out a massive roar that scattered the clouds. The Black Knight could feel the force of said roar, which caused him to take a step back. He then noticed a certain red-haired woman on the back of the dragon.
"Erion...." Maliketh said
Jason also noticed Erza on Erion's back, "Erza!" He exclaid, "What are you doing on him?!"
Erza looked down as she clutched on one of Erion's spikes, "I had no choice!!!" She exclaid with a shocked expression, "I didn't think he would be this fast!! Sothing angered him!!"
Erion sniffed the air as he looked down at the ground, his dark blue eyes right on Maliketh who rely stood there.
He then let out a deep growl, releasing a black aura, "Dragon." He slowly mumbled, "Dragon...."
Jason raised his eyebrow, "Dragon?" He said as he looked at Maliketh
Erion reared his head back as he let out another roar,
"DRAGONNNN!!!!!"
