(Third Person POV)
As Hyberion and Wolfheim stood over Jason, they saw a black light quickly flash from his body.
"What?" Hyberion said
He felt his magic be dispelled once again.
Suddenly, Jason lunged straight at them, hitting Wolfheim with a massive hamr right in the face, sending the Wizard Saint flying.
As this happened, Hyberion attempted to use his Strangle on Jason again but noticed that it wasn't working.
He widened his eyes, "How..." He said
Jason then spun around, and swung his hamr at Hyberion. As the hamr swung, The Rank 2 Wizard Saint noticed sothing peculiar. With the effect of his magic, he was able to quickly analyze the weapon. The hamr was a long tallic one with a massive head, but the one that was significant, the hamr was spewing flas from the side.
Jason brought down the hamr straight down at Hyberion as the mage jumped away. As the hamr made impact on the ground, it released an explosion of flas.
Hyberion looked at this, "What kind of weapon is that?" He said
"Burning Beast Crusher: Boom Hamr."
Jason raised the hamr again and lunged at him, swinging it again, this ti releasing a stream of flas that nearly hit Hyberion, grazing him.
"Flas on a war-hamr..." He said, "Quite peculiar..."
Jason then kicked him in the chest, sending him reeling.
"Shut your trap, fuckface!" Jason said as he reared the hamr back, "Eat this!"
He brought the hamr down again, this ti, it hit a stone wall that was summoned by Jura, causing a massive explosion that shattered the sa wall.
"Thank you, Jura." Hyberion said
Wolfheim then stood up, rubbing his head, "That shit..." He said, "His hamr packs quite the punch..."
Jason then flung his hamr into the air as it spun. The Wizard Saints saw this with a look of surprise and confusion.
Then, in an instant, Jason had drawn The Last Word as he took aim from a hip-firing stance and imdiately opened fire, sending a volley of rounds at them.
Each of the Wizard Saints got hit by the hand cannon's bullets, Jura got hit in the cheek, Wolfheim in the chest and shoulder, and Hyberion in his stomach. As the bullets drew blood, spewing out everywhere, they staggered due to the high caliber impact.
Jason then caught his hamr as he holstered his hand cannon and lunged at them, rearing the hamr back. He then swung the hamr straight at them, targeting Hyberion who was in the middle, intending for a massive explosion.
Hyberion was able to jump out of the way again and Jason struck the ground, causing a massive explosion that shattered the earth.
"Shit..." Jason said as he jumped away, "Slimy bastard..."
Hyberion and the others jumped away as well. Jura was clutching his face when he looked over at Jason.
"These wounds..." He said, "They're non-lethal....but the damage they cause is still enough..."
Hyberion nodded, "Even if they're lethal, they wouldn't do much to ." He said as he grabbed the blood out of his wounds, "Pointless."
"Vampire Magic: Crimson Daggers."
He waved his hand, forming several crimson daggers made out of his solidified blood.
"Does your Strangle not work on him?" Wolfheim asked, "That's the one spell we're counting on."
Hyberion shook his head, "I've been trying, but it's not working." He said, "He's using so sort of enchantnt to prevent being affected."
Hyberion was about to attack when all of the sudden, they all felt an imnse magic power co from above.
Jura froze as he began to sweat, "What's this feeling?" He said, "Overwhelming power..."
They all looked up to see a single man descending from the heavens. They all recognized this magic power and the mage's appearance.
Wolfheim widened his eyes, "He's here too?!" He said
Hyberion sweated slightly, "God Serena...." He said
"Yooooo~!!!" God Serena said with a bright tone
He landed in front of the other Wizard Saints and Jason, putting himself in the middle. He straightened up and struck a pose.
"God Serena has now arrived!!!" He said vibrantly, "But mann~!!"
He looked around the landscape, noticing the massive giant ballistae still firing at the lake below where the other Magic Council mages were being attacked and hit with exploding bolts.
He then gave Jason a slight smile, "You're causing quite the ruckus, eh?"
Jason was giving him a serious unamused stare, "What do you want?"
Jason was well aware of God Serena, he knew that he was the Rank 1 Wizard Saint, the Strongest Mage in Ishgar. He also knew that God Serena was supposed to be the 12th Shield of Spriggan in the original canon story but due to so sort of different events, he was still loyal to Ishgar. He also knew that as strong as God Serena was, there was nothing he had in common with, he didn't like his personality one bit.
But if there was one thing that Jason and God Serena had in common.....
It was that they possessed several Slayer Type elents.
God Serena smirked as he reared his fist back, engulfing it in water, "Stand back my fellow peers!!" He said as his magic power rose, "Ti to cool this whole place down!"
"Sea King Dragon's Encircling Deluge!!!"
He swung his fist forward, sending a massive torrent of water that hit Jason and engulfed him completely.
God Serena chuckled, "How's that?" He said
There was a massive do of torrent water that Jason was caught up in. The other Wizard Saints watched in awe as this was unfolding. They had tried their best to even attempt to put Jason in a position like this but to no avail. God Serena had montarily immobilized Jason far longer than they could.
Suddenly, the water dispersed and completely disappeared.
God Serena raised his eyebrow, "Hm?" He said, "What was that?"
Jason landed on the ground his eyes glowed with flashes of black and scarlet.
Before he could straighten up, God Serena appeared before him in an instant.
"Diamon Dragon's Fortress Crusher!!!"
He had swung his fist at Jason, being covered in a diamond mineral, enhancing it's power significantly. He had intended to hit Jason in the chest, crushing it.
Jason, however, blocked the blow with his forearms, sending him reeling back a bit. But, due to him rely using his body, without any enhancents, the blow left his arms severely bruises.
"Oh?" God Serena mused, "You didn't use any defense? Co on, that's not fun!!"
Jason then gave him a serious glare, "Fuck off." He said as he summoned two desert eagles and aid it at him
"Not using your God Slayer magic?" God Serena said, "How boring!"
He then gestured his hands in front of him, emitting a bright flash of white light.
"Spark Dragon's Augite Heavens!!"
The light hit Jason as it blinded him, causing him to stagger a bit.
"That was my light...." God Serena said as he readied another attack, "Here cos my dark!!"
"Darkness Dragon's Corrupting Miasma!!!"
He swung his arms at Jason, sending a massive stream of black darkness as it hit Jason.
"With this, the darkness inside you will be brought forth!" God Serena said, "And your flesh will be destroyed in response to your sins!!"
Suddenly, the entirety of the darkness was siphoned towards Jason's mouth as he devoured it.
"Great Devour."
Jason then wiped his mouth as God Serena's darkness was completely devoured by him. He had entered Black God Slayer in order to devour the black darkness.
"Tastes like shit." Jason said with a serious expression
Jason was beginning to get annoyed. He wanted to use his War Magic on them but God Serena had arrived and changed everything. He could use it but it'll be tough since he was using magic power to keep the Smoldering Lake active. Not only that, he can't enter another God Slayer mode for much longer when he's using Sage God's Battlefield Shift. So he had to think of sothing; either dispel the Battlefield Shift and fight God Serena using God Slayer magic or keep fighting them using War Magic but with much more difficulty.
God Serena smirked, "Oh, now this is getting fun!!!" He said, "Co now!! Forget them! Dispel this magic now! Fight one on one! You and , let's have a battle that'll be etched in the history books! Eight-Dragons God Serena vs God of Darkness Jason!!!"
Before Jason could respond, a thought projection appeared.
Hyberion saw this and widened his eyes, "C-Chairman!" He said
The Magic Council Chairman looked at God Serena, "That's enough, Serena." He said,
"Pull back."
