(Jason's POV)
I watched as a massive light beam fired from the airship and hit both of us.
"What the?!" I heard redy exclaim
I didn't feel the light beam to be so sort of attack. It felt odd and warm for whatever reason. It froze us in place. Was this a tractor beam?
"What kinda spell is this?" I asked
Suddenly, I felt as if the light sucked us into the airship. The space around us distorted as we appeared inside a massive room.
I see, it was one of those transportation spells.
I looked around, preparing for the worst. The room was a massive one, covered in nothing but dark banners and torches. One of those rooms that the main villain in a story would usually have.
I then felt an ominous magic power.
"Hm?" I said as I looked towards the front of the room
I saw him. Sitting in a throne, Hades looked at with his cold and beady eye. He was wearing his dark clothes with the cloak as that helm sat on his head.
"M-Master Hades...." I heard redy say softly
I could tell there was a hint of fear and respect in her voice. I am not surprised, this was the man who took her in all those years ago.
He leaned on his seat casually, "It's been a while, redy." Hades spoke up, "It pains my heart that we et each other as enemies. After all, I thought of you as my daughter."
Before redy said anything, I spoke up.
"What's your deal?" I asked
Hades looked at , "So you're the one known as Jason." He said
His voice was so calm and cold at the sa ti. There was an air of intensity surrounding him. I am not surprised by this; he's one of the founding mbers of Fairy Tail.
He looked at with a serious look on his eye, as if trying to read .
"Yea, that's ." I said, "What of it?"
"Zancrow's injuries still haven't healed." Hades said
I raised an eyebrow, "So?"
"Do you know what that ans?" He asked
I shook my head, "No." I said, "And I don't care."
"It ans that you've made an enemy out of my guild." He said, "You've attacked one of our own, left him in a horrid state."
I scoffed, "Give a break." I said, "After all the shit you lot have pulled over the years, you really think you're in a position to play victim?"
Hades didn't say anything. He rely sat in his seat as I took a step forward.
"If you want, I can finish the job." I said seriously, "That bastard deserves it."
Hades narrowed his eye, "You would dare attack a wounded man?" He said seriously, "Here I expected soone like you to have morals.."
"I don't give a shit about morals." I spat
"Jason..." I heard redy say
I looked at Hades and gave him a slight smirk, "Besides, what is this?" I said, "Why do you have us in your hall? I just beat 4 of your top fighters, you're gonna throw the rest at ?"
Hades sighed, "No." He said, "It is useless to fight you. You've proven to be quite stronger than anticipated. With the way my forces are currently, it will be a futile attempt to defeat you."
I nodded, "I see." I said, "Then why're we here?"
"To propose a ceasefire." He said, "As long as we don't attack you, you don't attack us. I'd rather not fight you in my current state.."
I raised an eyebrow, "You think you can defeat at your best?" I asked
He shrugged, "Not sure." He said, "You possess a strange but incredible power. In my current state, It is nearly impossible to tell if I can compare to you."
I nodded, "Okay then." I said, "If you don't want to fight, then I won't.."
Hades nodded, "Alright." I said, "I am aware that Jellal, the Master of Cri Sorciere is currently investigating my guild. Make sure he stops that."
I shook my head, "What he does is none of my concern." I told him
"I suggest you speak to him, regardless." Hades told , "I am currently trying to bring together a plan to defeat Zeref and him interfering will ruin everything."
I raised an eyebrow, "What?"
Hades cleared his throat, "Do not worry." He said, "All you have to now is that you're no longer on my sights. So do yourself a favor and don't bother us anymore."
I scowled,
"You're the ones that bothered ."
