Wendy & Carla finally finished their job a day after the Festival. They have worked hard to finish it fast but still couldn't finish it on the previous day. It makes them unable to attend the Festival in Magnolia and they are disappointed.
But it's also a risk for them as Mages from a Guild. They need to be professional and finish the job that they've accepted. It is sothing that Ben and Roubaul need to teach them and they have done it.
"You've done great. We can always attend the festival next year, but we can't get our clients' trust again if we cancel the job after taking it. This is how we work as professional Mages," says Ben.
"I understand. It is very disappointing that we can't go to the festival, but it will be very bad if we lose people's trust in our Guild," says Wendy.
Ben smiles hearing that and rubs Wendy's hair, "That's right, trust is not an easy thing to get. Let's pack our things and send these herbs to finish the job."
The girls nod and they leave the forest by car. They go to Oshibana where their client stay. The client is an old woman which is a dical researcher. She needs a lot of herbs for her research but most of the herbs can only be found in that forest that's too dangerous for her.
After sending the herbs and claiming the reward, they return to their village. This job is very tiring for the girls, so they need to rest imdiately. They are very tired that they sleep in the car on the way ho.
The next day, Ben calls Mira and learns about the Battle of Fairy Tail. It's quite surprising to hear that an internal scuffle has happened in Fairy Tail. But he is happy to know that Mira & Elfman have done great to solve it.
After that event, Laxus has been excommunicated from Fairy Tail. It hurt Makarov to take that decision because Laxus is his only grandson. But he must do it as a Guild Master because he needs to protect many people.
"Laxus, huh? He is very famous but I never t him in person. I never thought that he is also a Dragon Slayer. It makes want to et him and see his magic," says Ben.
"Do you want to fight him? He lost quite easily to , so you'll defeat him in no ti," says Mira.
"That's not it, I am curious about his Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic. Also, you are quite cheeky now after defeating him," says Ben while raising an eyebrow.
"Hehe, it's because he has beco an S-Class a few years before . I also know his strength and he was the 2nd strongest S-Class. But I've defeated him, so now I am the 2nd strongest S-Class," says Mira smugly.
"2nd? Who is the 1st?" asks Ben.
"Oh right, you might not know him. He is our Guild's strongest Mage, our Ace, Gildarts Clive," says Mira.
"Ah! I rember now, I've heard about him a few tis but not really put attention to it. But I think he has gone for so years now, right?" asks Ben.
"Yeah, he is doing the most difficult job now, the 100 Years Quest," says Mira.
Ben has heard about Gildarts and knows about his 100 Years Quest. That job is the most difficult and it's famous among the high-ranked Mages. So when soone takes it, other Mages will hear about it.
But Ben doesn't think about it too much, so he forgot. He has many things to think about and doesn't have ti to care about other people's business. He is busy enough to think of himself and his Guild to care about it.
Ben talks with Mira for a few minutes before planning a date in early November. Roubaul has told him to stay in the village until the end of this month because there will be an important event. So he can't go anywhere until November, even for a date.
After talking with Mira, Ben goes to et with Roubaul. He wants to discuss the important thing that Roubaul told him until he isn't allowed to leave the village. He ets the old man in the Guild building and they talk.
"What's this important thing that you told , Gramps?" asks Ben.
"Sorry Ben-boy, but I can't tell you the detail now. I can only tell it to you in a few days. There will be a eting among Magic Guild Masters to discuss this problem. We will talk again after that," says Roubaul.
"eting? You never go to any eting, so why did you suddenly decide to go?" asks Ben.
"Who said that I will go? I will let my friend handle it while I stay here in the village like usual. This eting will discuss an important thing and we might get involved. So I asked you to stay," says Roubaul while drinking his wine as he talks, causing the wine to flow out of his mouth.
"If we will get involved, then you need to go there, right?" asks Ben.
"Don't wanna, too troubleso," says Roubaul.
"Sigh, damn lazy fossil," says Ben tiredly.
"Anyway, I want you to prepare yourself. Sothing big will happen and I need you to be in your best condition. Wendy will also join this, so please help her," says Roubaul.
"Wendy too? Don't involve her in this if it's too dangerous," says Ben.

People will think that comparing himself with a high-ranked Saint Wizard is quite stupid. Jose is old and has trained for decades, so having a high MP capacity is normal. But Ben has reached his current level in a few years, so he knows he can reach Jose's MP capacity level faster.
Now, Ben's MP capacity has finally reached more than 420 thousand points. It's just been 2 months since his fight with Jose, but he has raised his MP by more than 50 thousand points. His MP raised faster since he finished his journey because he has learned the best way to raise it in Magic Library.
"I can raise it faster, but it will make my MP's quality bad. Quantity is important, but the quality is just as important or maybe even more important. It affects the power of my magic, after all," says Ben as he trains.
Ben keeps training and trains the girls following the schedule that he has made. Then finally after 9 days of training, Roubaul calls him & the girls to the guild building.
"So, what's the job?" asks Ben.
"Don't be impatient. First, I will explain the reason for all of this. Ben, I think you've known about Balam Alliance, right?" asks Roubaul.
"Yeah, I've destroyed so of their subordinate guilds on so jobs," says Ben.
Roubaul nods and says, "This job is about one of their main mbers, Oracion Seis."
