The Tailed Beasts have been freed from the chains. But they are still very wary of Alex because they don't know whether it's Alex or the Ten Tails that is in control now.
"Can you guys not look at like I'm a pest or sothing?" Alex knows what they are worrying about now, so he tries to calm them down even though he is very exhausted now.
"Is that really you, kid?" Shukaku asks while squinting his eyes.
"You don't want it to be ?" Alex asks while dropping his body and lies on the dark floor.
"Phew, it's really you, what a relief." Shukaku wipes the cold sweats on his forehead. The others also sigh in relief because Alex won and the Ten Tails failed to take control of Alex's body.
"We really thought you would lose because the Ten Tails' influence here was getting stronger and yours almost disappeared." Kokuo tells Alex what they felt a while ago.
"Yeah, we really thought it was our end. But then the chains suddenly disappeared. Even so, we were still not sure that you won because your opponent was that Ten Tails and you fought it without us." Saiken was very worried.
"What exactly happened, Alex? How did you defeat that monster in that situation?" Gyuki is very curious and so are the others.
"Well, I will tell you later. I want to rest now, it was very tiring." Alex says it rather weakly and then he imdiately falls asleep because he is very exhausted.
anwhile, on Tenrou Island, the transford and uncontrolled Alex who is in Jinchuriki Mode Version 2 has destroyed a rather wide area of the coast and forest. The uncontrolled him was rampaging when Alex and Ten Tails fought over the control of his body.
Because of the Ten Tails' dominance during that battle, the uncontrolled Alex was affected by the Ten Tails' instincts more than him. Its instinct is to destroy everything around it, so the transford Alex just destroys everything around him.
Just so influence has already shown what the Ten Tails will do once it gains full control of Alex's body. So it really is a good thing that Alex doesn't lose or the Ten Tails will really destroy everything to get all the magic power in this world using his body.
Now that Alex has regained the control over his body, he stops rampaging. He suddenly stops breaking things like an insane person. Then his transformation disappears and he returns to his normal human form.
However, his clothes are all gone, so he is naked now, which shows sothing that changes on his body. 9 white Magatama marks suddenly appear on his back, similar to the Magatama marks on Obito's back when he beca the Ten Tails' Jinchuriki.
The difference is Alex's Magatama marks are white, maybe because his skin is dark, so white marks are more visible. The marks are also located higher than Obito's marks. They are rather close to Alex's shoulders.
After returning to his human form, Alex falls forward and sleeps, just like what he says to the Tailed Beasts. He finally can control his body again, so his body will do what he wants as it normally does.
Alex doesn't know what happens to Ten Tails' consciousness, but it doesn't matter. He's sure Goddess Yuda will take care of it because she said it was the Gods' mistake that Ten Tails' consciousness was even here, after all.
On the ship, Makarov and co are very worried about Alex. They can see Alex's rampage even from a very far location and they can feel his turbulent magic power. Then everything suddenly stops and it becos very calm.
"Is it over?" Laxus uses the binocular to look at the island and he can't see signs of destruction anymore.
"Probably. Let's go there cautiously." Makarov tells the ship crew to go ashore.
After getting on the island, Makarov tells the ship crew to get away from the island again. He doesn't want them to get caught up in Alex's rampage if he's still uncontrolled. Only he, Laxus, and Mystogan are going to check Alex.
They move carefully while looking at the traces of Alex's rampage. The ground is destroyed badly and trees are broken into pieces. It looks like the aftermath of a high level battle, but it's just because of Alex.
After walking for a while, they finally find Alex who sleeps face down on a deep dent he made on the ground. His clothes are destroyed by his rampaging magic power, so he is completely naked.
"..... I'm glad there's no woman among us."
They still aren't sure if Alex has returned to normal, so they just wait until he wakes up. It takes hours for him to wake up though, so they are forced to stay on the island for another day because Alex finally wakes up the next morning.
"Ugh! Damn, my body hurts." Alex feels all his muscles are really sore. They're so sore he can't even move his finger because it feels painful.
"Are you alright now?" Makarov sits beside him while drinking hot coffee.
"Oh, Master, you're here. Well, my muscles are very sore, so I can't say I'm alright. I can't even lift my fingers now. But if it's about my magic, then yeah, it's fine now."
"That's good to hear. But that was a very serious side effect. Was it because you broke the last seal?"
"Yeah, that seems to be the cause. It's like the backlash of having all those 9 powerful creatures' souls in my body. Unlike that God Serena guy, what I have are souls that have consciousness, minds and feelings of their own, not just so crystals filled with magic that don't have feelings."
"Will this happen again with those 9 creatures' souls still residing in your body?"
"It won't, I'll make sure of it. I already have full control of this matter. So you don't need to worry."
Alex can't really say that his rampage before was because of another creature's soul, not the 9 Tailed Beasts. It's not that he can't trust Makarov with this information, but no one really needs to know this.
After making sure that Alex is fine, they finally can return to Magnolia. But they need to carry Alex because ha can't move. They carry him using Mystogan's floating magic staffs after putting so clothes on him.
Alex finally can move a little when they arrive at Hargeon Port Town. He imdiately asks to go to a restaurant to eat because he's so hungry. So they go to Yajima's restaurant and Alex gulps down a few days' worth of food, mainly at.
"Phew! I'm alive again. The at is really good, my muscles' soreness disappears instantly. They say good food can heal anything and it seems to be true." Alex leans back on the chair while patting his stuffed belly.
"No, there's no way that's true. No one can heal their muscles' soreness just by eating like you." Laxus can't decide whether he should be impressed or weirded out by Alex's inhumane tabolism.
Well, his incredible self-healing and regenerative power is thanks to the Tailed Beasts, especially Kokuo. The reason he wasn't healed yet on the way back to the mainland was because he didn't have enough energy.
Now he gets a lot of energy from the food, that's why his self-healing ability works very quickly to heal his damaged body. He actually has so internal injuries, not just muscles' soreness, and now all those damages have been healed.
All Tailed Beasts have strong self-healing power and it affects Alex too, but Kokuo has the best self-healing ability among them. Kokuo can actually heal others too, but Alex never shows it because they have Wendy already.
He lets her use her Healing Magic all the ti to help her increase her mastery over her magic. The more she uses her magic, the better she will be at it. That's why Alex often lets her fight difficult opponents until she can't continue and then he'll take over the fight, all to help her grow stronger.
Anyway, now Mystogan has beco an S-Class and Kurama is finally unsealed. Year X783 will co in a few days, so the main story plot at X784 will co soon too. Things will change because of his interventions, so he needs to be ready for them.
Now he finally has Kurama in his team too, so he needs to start learning Kurama's abilities before the main story ti cos. No ti to waste. There's only 1 year left for the main story ti, so Alex needs to prepare as best as he can.
