On a dry and rocky land far from cities and towns, there is a massive building shaped like a crescent moon.
It is the building of the Bureau of Magical Developnt, located in the Land of Isvan, on the Continent of Ishgar.
This is the place where a lot of things regarding magic are being researched. Their magic research seems to be for the Continent's good, but they will do even unacceptable things for that, including sacrificing people for their research.
They even experint on children. One of those children is this silver-haired boy with dark skin. He was sent by an orphanage that they managed to find children with magic power that they can use for experints.
Of course, these human experints are secrets that only a few know. The public doesn't know about this or they will condemn the organization and ask for it to be closed.
There are quite a lot of children and adults being experinted here. Most of them are used to test magical developnts they have been researching.
However, this dark-skinned silver-haired boy is different. He was brought here because he has sothing special that piqued their interests.
This boy has an overflowing magic power that often gets out of control. He will transform into a strange beast when he loses control of his magic power.
That's why now he is being confined in an isolated room. He has chains holding his limbs, neck and body to prevent him from rampaging when he loses control.
It's been around 2 years since he was brought to this facility. Every day is like living in hell for him, but he keeps enduring even though he thinks of dying every day too.

There is a magic type nad Take Over, a type of Transformation Magic. As its na suggests, this magic is used to essentially "take over" other entities' power.
Normally, the user needs to use this magic on another being to take its power. For example, one needs to find an ape and use this magic on that ape to take over its power.
There are 5 known Take Over types. They are Animal Soul, Beast Soul, Machina Soul, Satan Soul, and God Soul.
The boy's Take Over is deed as Beast Soul type. However, no one knows what kind of Beast that the boy transforms into. There's no record of that beast in any of their literatures.
Furthermore, that boy has been in the orphanage they managed since he was but a newborn. No one ever taught him magic and no one knows when or how he got that Beast Soul.
What piques their interest even more is how the boy's personality changes every ti he transforms. No, it's more like the beast takes over the mind whenever he transforms.
His beast form is like a humanoid brown dog with so dark blue markings all over its body. The beast's belly is big and its legs are very short, making it looks quite funny.
But the beast has big and long hands. Its tail is also big and long. It actually can manipulate the size of its arms and tail, so the researchers don't know if it's the beast's actual size.
Then, it also has the ability to control sand, which almost caused a big problem in the facility back then. That's why now his room is fully made out of tal.
After he transforms, the scum researchers will use different attacks from magical to physical attacks to see how he reacts.
They only stop after he runs out of magic power and stops his transformation which takes a few hours because he has a lot of magic power and they even inject more into his body.
Today is just like any other day, or so he thought. After they are done tornting him, the scumbags actually bring another child.
It's a little girl with black hair and they put her in the cell room across his room. The distance between their rooms is quite far, but he can see the little girl clearly.
His eyes widen when he sees that little girl and then a very strong pain assaults his head. He even screams very loudly from that pain even though he almost never screams when he's being tortured.
It startles the researchers, but they only observe him, trying to see if today's experints are showing a different result.
The little girl is cowering in fear when she sees the boy in pain. She obviously knows that she will end up like that too soon.
A while later, the boy stops screaming as he loses consciousness. The researchers are disappointed because there's nothing else happening other than the boy being in pain.
3 hours later, the boy wakes up. He still feels so pain in his head, so he gets up slowly and sits while leaning on the wall.
The boy looks at his body and his surroundings before sighing. The look in his eyes has changed so much from before, like he is a different person now.
"Sigh, what a ssy situation. To think that I am now in the world of Fairy Tail. I would be very happy to be here if not for my current situation and condition."
The boy actually recovered the mory of his past life just now. He died in a traffic accident on his way back ho from work. A drunk driver hit him from the front while he rode his scooter.
