Grand Magic Gas, Day 3 – Duel Stage
The first match featured rmaid Heel's Millianna vs. Quatro Puppy's Sems.
It was an extre showdown between agility and resilience.
In the end, Millianna's superior technique prevailed as she used steel pipes to completely bind Sems, rendering him immobile and securing her victory.
"You've gotten stronger, Millianna," Erza said with a smile from the stands.
Lucy comnted, "That steel pipe restraint move doesn't seem related at all to the magic power value asured earlier."
anwhile, Natsu, recalling their past fight during the Tower of Heaven incident, wore a slightly awkward expression.
"I had a tough ti when I fought her back then too..."
The second match was Sabertooth's Rufus vs. Blue Pegasus' Hibiki.
Though Hibiki's ice magic had improved significantly over the past seven years and he put up a strong performance, he still struggled against Rufus' mory-Make magic.
Rufus replicated powerful fire magic and overwheld Hibiki, securing an easy victory.
However, instead of acknowledging his defeated opponent, Rufus turned his gaze toward Fairy Tail A's Gray, his eyes filled with subtle provocation.
"This guy's magic... definitely troubleso," Gray muttered as he watched Rufus, deep in thought.
"But it's not completely without weaknesses..."
Once Rufus and Hibiki left the stage, the pumpkin-headed announcer took center stage once more and declared:
"Next, we begin the third duel! Fairy Tail B's Laxus Dreyar vs. Raven Tail's Alexei!"
"Laxus?" Juvia murmured in slight surprise.
"There's nothing to worry about," Gajeel said confidently.
Though he wouldn't say it outright, deep down, he had imnse respect for Laxus' strength.
Mirajane, noticing Noel furrowing his brows slightly, asked curiously, "What's wrong, Noel? Are you worried about Laxus?"
Noel shook his head lightly and replied, "No... Laxus' magic power level is far beyond that of Alexei. So I have no doubt he'll win. What concerns is sothing else..."
"Sothing else?" Mirajane blinked in confusion.
Noel stroked his chin, his expression slightly puzzled.
"The magic power of this guy Alexei... for so reason, it feels familiar."

On the comntary platform, Chapati listened to the Pumpkin Man announce the two contestants and then spoke with interest to Yajima, "This is the second father-and-son guild showdown in the tournant, following the one on the second day, isn't it, Mr. Yajima?"
"Hmm." Yajima nodded slightly, then turned to Lahar, speaking in a low voice, "Lahar-kun, you brought your unit with you, correct?"

Yajima slightly opened his usually squinted eyes, his expression turning stern.
"Keep a close watch on Raven Tail's actions. If there's any improper conduct, the match must be stopped imdiately."
anwhile, over at Fairy Tail's viewing area, Makarov wore a serious expression as he called out in a low voice, "Warren."
"Understood." Fairy Tail's Warren, who specialized in communication magic, nodded and activated his spell.
"This is HQ. Bisca, do you read ?"
"What's with this 'HQ' nonsense, Warren?" Bisca, lying low in a hidden spot in Crocus, responded quietly while keeping her sniper scope trained on Ivan.
"Target Ivan is showing no signs of movent. Awaiting further instructions."
"Copy that. Thunder God Tribe, Lisanna, what's your status?"
"This is Thunder God Tribe and Lisanna. Currently, Raven Tail has made no unusual movents."
Hearing this response, Makarov relaxed slightly.
Just thinking about Flare from Raven Tail using Asuka to threaten Lucy in their last match made him feel irritated.
If it hadn't been for Noel's sharp instincts, Lucy could have been in serious danger.
Determined not to let history repeat itself, Makarov resolved to keep a close watch on Raven Tail and ensure they wouldn't pull any dirty tricks this ti.
"Ivan, I won't let you get away with such despicable tactics again." Makarov gritted his teeth as he spoke.
Suddenly, Mavis let out a quiet chuckle.
"What's the matter, First Master?"
"Oh, it's nothing." Mavis gently shook her head, a warm smile on her face.
"The willingness to do anything to protect your friends... and this atmosphere, I just love it. It's amazing! This is the ultimate guild I've always envisioned, and now... it's right before my eyes."
"You must rember this feeling, Third Master... No, wait, Sixth Master..."
"Ugh... Thanks for the support... but isn't it Seventh Master?"
"It's the Sixth, no doubt!! Get it together!"

At that mont, the match had begun.
Laxus looked at Alexei across from him with an indifferent expression and said, "So, you're from my old man's guild? And... who the hell are you—"

Before Laxus could finish speaking, Alexei suddenly appeared right in front of him and sent him flying with a sharp elbow strike.
"This guy...!" Laxus' expression changed as he was knocked back, but before he could counterattack, Alexei continued his relentless assault.
Under the shocked gazes of the Fairy Tail mbers, Laxus was completely overwheld, unable to fight back as he was continuously struck.
"How is this possible?!"
"This has to be a joke!"
"Laxus is—"
"What the hell is going on?"
"Who is that masked guy?!"
"This is truly..." The comntator Chapati was equally surprised as he announced, "Against Alexei's relentless barrage, Laxus is completely unable to fight back!"
On the Fairy Tail B team's stand, Noel watched the ongoing beatdown with a slight frown.
"Sothing's off," he murmured.

"Ivan!!!!"
