Deep within the Worth Woodsea, inside a cave—

"Oh? You're back?"

Just waking up, Dylan rubbed his eyes and yawned as he looked at the Oracion Seis mbers who had just entered. "Brian, who's this little girl and that cat?"

Hearing Dylan's question, even the other mbers of the Oracion Seis turned their attention to Brian.

They, too, were puzzled as to why he had brought Wendy here.

With a wave of his hand, Brian tossed Wendy and Happy onto the ground, completely ignoring Happy's protests.

Instead, he turned to Dylan and said, "Lord Dylan, this is Wendy—Wendy Marvell, the Sky Maiden. This girl can use Sky Magic... healing magic."

"Wendy?"

Dylan frowned, then as if suddenly rembering sothing, he jumped in front of Wendy.

Ignoring the wary look on her face, he stared at her closely before breaking into a cheerful smile.

"Ah, so it really is Wendy! I've heard about you before—Grandine's child, a Sky Dragon Slayer Mage."

"Dragon Slayer Mage?"

Everyone present was visibly shocked.

"That reminds ," Dylan frowned as he turned to Brian, "you brought Wendy here... Are you planning to save that guy?"

Brian nodded. "That's right. Is there a problem?"

"That guy was added to Demon God's Soul kill-on-sight list not long ago... But whatever. Since it's for finding Nirvana, I'll tolerate it for now. We can deal with him after the job is done." Dylan shook his head.

"I see. So that's how it is. Understood."

"By the way, is there anyone interesting on the Allied Forces' side?" Dylan changed the topic.

"Hmm, there are a few troubleso opponents—Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, and Fairy Tail..."

Suddenly, Dylan interrupted Brian.

"Wait... Fairy Tail??"

"Yes. Is there a problem?"

"Who did they send?!" Dylan's tone grew urgent.

"Let's see... The Fairy Queen Titania, Erza. The Ice Mage, Gray. The Salamander, Natsu. A blonde girl I don't recognize... and one of the Ten Wizard Saints, the Radiant Noel."

Although Brian didn't understand why Dylan was so concerned, he still listed the Fairy Tail mbers present in the Allied Forces.

"Ahhh, I'm such an idiot."

After hearing Brian's words, Dylan frustratedly ran his fingers through his teal short hair, muttering to himself, "I should've followed them back then! Natsu and Lord Nord... I actually missed this chance... Wait, it's not too late! I'm heading out! Brian, let know once you find Nirvana!"

With that, Dylan dashed out like an arrow, leaving the Oracion Seis mbers behind in stunned silence.

"...What the hell did he just run off for?" Cobra twitched his lips.

"Maybe it's so kind of big money-making opportunity?" Racer guessed.

"Forget it, just let him go." Brian rubbed his temples.

"Good thing I was already planning to bring that guy back to Dylan, so I brought him along. Otherwise, we'd have to go and fetch him separately."

Racer shrugged. "Yeah, if that were the case, even I would need at least an hour."

"But didn't Dylan set up a seal up there?" Angel reminded them.

"Dylan already ran out, and he's not the type to listen to anyway. We'll have to take our ti to break through it. Cobra, Racer, Angel, and Hoteye—keep searching for Nirvana. Just in case, Midnight and I will stay here." Brian sighed.

"Understood."

With that, the four of them gave a quick reply and left the cave.

At this mont, deep within the sea of trees—

Noel had just stepped into the forest when he was imdiately surrounded by a large group of people—an affiliated dark guild under Oracion Seis.

"Hey there, kid, where do you think you're going all alone?" The leader of the group sneered at Noel, his voice full of mockery.

The others burst into laughter as well.

They never imagined that the man standing before them was one of the Ten Wizard Saints.

To them, he was just another ordinary light guild mage.

With the advantage of numbers on their side, these dark guild mbers were looking forward to humiliating him—it was sothing they found great amusent in.

"Annoying."

A cold voice echoed in everyone's ears.

Then—

With a flash of dazzling white light, a thunderous explosion erupted.

Boom!

A massive blast rang through the forest, accompanied by thick clouds of smoke and dust.

All laughter ceased instantly.

Within a radius of dozens of ters, the area had been reduced to ruins—as if a calamity had swept through.

The dark guild mbers lay sprawled on the ground, groaning in agony.

Noel ignored the group of dark guild mbers and continued deeper into the sea of trees.

At that mont, he seed to sense sothing—before even confirming the presence, a beam of light shot from his hand, streaking toward the distant dense forest.

"Boom!"

A figure dodged Noel's light beam and rushed toward him at high speed, finally stopping right in front of him.

"Noel Rutherford of Fairy Tail, huh? Lucky —I ran into such a big catch."

The figure revealed himself—a man wearing a red-and-white tracksuit, with spiky golden hair styled like a rooster's comb, a long nose held up a pair of glasses.

One of the Oracion Seis—Racer.

"Oracion Seis?" Noel asked indifferently.

"I am Racer, one of the Oracion Seis. I've heard that 'Radiant' Noel possesses the fastest speed among known magic users. But my magic specializes in speed as well, so I can't quite accept that claim. Let's see just how fast you really are."

"Where is Wendy?"

"Wendy? That little girl? If you can beat in a race, I might consider telling you."

In an instant—

Racer's figure vanished from Noel's sight.

Noel's pupils contracted slightly, and in the next mont, his body disappeared as well.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

From an outsider's perspective, the space before them appeared completely empty.

Yet, in the void, the sound of rapid collisions between bodies echoed through the air.

Two figures were moving through the sky at such extre speeds that neither their forms nor their afterimages could be seen—only the deafening sonic booms confird their existence.

"So fast... Speed is a good thing, don't you think?" Racer smirked as he moved rapidly.

"Indeed... If you were truly that fast."

In the next instant, Noel, who had been locked in combat with Racer, suddenly vanished—only to reappear dozens of ters away.

A bow, ford from radiant white light, had already taken shape in his hands.

Racer's expression changed as if he had realized sothing. "No way..."

"[Holy Light Arrow]!!"

Noel let out a cold snort as a white light-infused arrow, carrying a piercing sonic boom, shot forth.

Boom!

As the dust settled, Racer lay sprawled on the ground.

"W-When... did you figure it out...?" Racer's face was a mix of disbelief and pain.

"The sensation of wind resistance while running—it felt different from before." Noel stated calmly.

"That's when I knew... there was sothing off about your magic."

"...I see. But it's not over yet! As one of the Oracion Seis, I refuse to accept this kind of defeat!"

Lying on the ground, Racer suddenly smirked in realization.

Then, with a sudden leap, he tore off his jacket, revealing multiple explosive magic crystals strapped to his body.

He lunged toward Noel, intent on taking him down in a suicidal attack.

Noel simply stood there, watching the scene unfold.

Then, in the blink of an eye, he vanished from Racer's sight.

An instant later, he reappeared at Racer's side, delivering a swift knife-hand strike that knocked him unconscious.

"The battle is over. There's no need for aningless sacrifices over sothing like this."

That was the last thing Racer heard before losing consciousness.
