The rest of the day slid by like a breeze, with the couple making one last stop at the hospital, before heading ho together.

When they arrived ho, all Alia could think of was resting her tired back on the bed.

She was feeling fatigued all over as if she had climbed up a fleet of stairs even though she hadn't done anything strenuous.

When Blaze offered to give her a massage after helping her prepare for bed, Alia didn't object.

She found his strong muscular hand on her soft skin invigorating and at the sa ti relaxing.

Even with the growing tension and temptation between them, Blaze didn't let his pants down as he focused on the given task.

After the thorough massage, he helped Alia slide into a cozy cotton nightgown and kissed her on the forehead before exiting her bedroom for the other room.

The sweet scented flickering candle plus the soft background music were supposed to be the perfect spell to catapult Alia straight to Dreamland.

But for so weird reason, sleep refused to co to her tired eyes.

Alia tossed and turned on the bed, ruffling the sheet, and adjusting the pillows severally as she tried different comfortable sleeping positions. But none of it felt good enough.

She closed her eyes, counting numbers in her mind, while picturing a starry night. But all she saw were the Stevens all dressed in black standing by the graveside weeping.

"Shit!" Alia quickly opened her eyes, her heart hamring loudly in her chest. She reached out for the covered glass of water by her bedside and took a sip from it. She dropped the glass and lay back down.

"You don't have to think about them. They deserve what they got. This is karma and there is no stopping it." Alia repeatedly told herself.

Rolling to her side, she tried to push the Stevens out of her thoughts.

However, the more she tried to suffocate her annoying thoughts, the more they possessed her mind until she felt like she was about to implode from overthinking.

"F"ck!" She struck her pillow severally, gritting her teeth in anger.

Hissing, she climbed out of the bed and started pacing around in her bedroom thinking of what to do to bury her thoughts.

She thought of going out to look for Blaze and have him talk so senses into her like he did before.

"But what if he had gone to bed?" Alia thought out loud. "Wouldn't it be selfish of to bother him after everything he has done so far for ?"

Alia sighed, running her hands through her hair in frustration.

Looking out the window she was instantly hypnotized by the brilliance of the full moon, casting a silver glow across the black inky sky. It felt as though the moon was calling to her as she found herself floating towards the door in silent steps.

She slowly pulled aside the velvet curtain and pushed open the glass balcony door with both hands.

The gentle cold breeze of the night whooshed into the room, temporarily numbing her senses, and causing goosebumps to appear all over her body.

Greedily breathing in this cold but soothing air, Alia slowly made her way to the balcony stone railing, which overlooked the expansive mansion garden.

Standing by the balcony's artistic stone railing, dressed in a long see-through white nightgown, with flutter sleeves and with her hair cascading down her slender shoulders in alluring waves, Alia was looking like the goddess of the moon.

She gently placed her hands on the top of the railing, her bright and beautiful eyes scanning the peaceful world below her.

"Magnificent." Alia smiled, her troubled heart slowly regaining peace.

She shivered a little as the cold night wind brushed across her face and skin once more, causing so of her hair to blow across her face.

Giggling, Alia gently tucked so of her hair behind her ear. She exhaled, her shimring eyes reflecting the luminous pearl in the sky.

Closing her eyes, with both her hands resting on the railing, she inhaled and exhaled, focusing her mind on the beautiful mories she shared with Maria in the garden before the coma.

Alia didn't notice when her husband quietly entered the room to check on her.

However, her highly sensitive nostril picked up his unique blend of wood and musk masculine cologne when he silently approached the balcony.

Blaze was rendered completely breathless as he stood by the balcony door, staring longingly at his wife's alluring fra.

Beautiful was an understatent to describe those perfect, seductive curves that were illuminated by the light of the moon.

He felt his earlier needs which he tried to subdue co back to life with full force, making him gulp down his saliva, while his Adam's apple bobbed up and down.

Taking a deep breath, he slowly and silently approached her from behind. He was just a few feet away from her when her gentle voice pierced through the silence all around them.

"Are you trying to sneak up on , dear husband?" Alia opened her eyes, a gentle smile playing at the corner of her lips as she turned around to face Blaze.

Blaze was completely blown away and rendered temporarily speechless as his eyes fell on those bewitching hazel eyes of hers, masked with mischief.

He gulps down again, his hungry eyes, trailing from her eyes down to those full and inviting pink lips. He didn't realize when his eyes wandered down to those thick and hardened cherries on her full and pillowy breast, which made his already bulging third mber stiffen like a rod.

"I'm still up here." A wicked smile curled up Alia's lips, amused by the way her husband was lusting over her openly.

"I'm sorry." Blaze cleared his throat, closing up the distance between them.

"How how did you know I was here?" Blaze asked, stroking her hair, his eyes glimring with so much love and desire.

"I could sll you from a mile away."

"Really!" Blaze arched his brows playfully.

"Yes, or have you forgotten that I know have super aweso power," Alia whispered teasingly, beaming.

"How could I forget?" Blaze wrapped his arms around her and lifted her up, spinning her around like a kid.
