It involves the rging of wills with the Shade an individual had bond with.
When wills beco one, the will of the shade becos the will of the soulbound warrior and vice versa.

Furthermore, While this thod is very effective for power leveling, it erodes the soulbound warriors sense of self.
Considering the fact that most shades are rumored to be hundreds of years old.
It is considered a bad idea to rge wills with a being whose will, by nature is larger.
Note: This growth thod is not uncommon but is still very frowned upon.
