After several rounds of discussions, Iron-fist Zhu concluded and announced Longjiang Provincial Governnt will lead in this Beidacang Group project. The Central Governnt will also help this company by offering special subsidies and 1 billion RMB.
The amount given by the Central Governnt was far from the 10 billion startup capital stated in the proposal. Longjiang Provincial Governnt will raise 5 billion themselves and then get a 1.5 billion loan from the bank. It should be enough to set up the company. If the company lacks funds in the future, they could continue to get loans from the banks or from the Central Governnt.
