Feng Yu returned to Bing City the next day. The night before he returns, Elena was still in his room. She did not even step out of Feng Yu’s room.
When she knew that Feng Yu was going to transfer her mother from Petersburg to Moscow, she was full of gratitude. She kept thanking Feng Yu, and she was smart enough to not make any requests.
Feng Yu thought for a while and left a sum of money for her before he returns.

The plane touched down at Bing City’s Airport. Feng Yu carried his luggage to the carpark.
“Manager Feng, here! I had driven your car here.” A driver from Wind and Rain Logistics waved to Feng Yu.
Li Shiqiang had asked his staff to drive the Rolls Royce over for Feng Yu. This car had been sitting in the garage and was seldom used. Li Shiqiang felt that it was too flashy.
Feng Yu did not think so. Not to ntion the Machinery Company, just Tai Hua Trading alone was successful enough. What’s wrong with being flashy?
The driver drove Feng Yu to the city and passed Feng Yu the keys. Then, he took the public bus back to the company. Feng Yu did not return ho and drove straight to the City Governnt.
At the entrance of the City Governnt building, Feng Yu was stopped by the guards. Who is this? I had never seen this car before. How can he just enter the City Governnt just like that?
Feng Yu wind down the window: “Brother Qu, it’s .”
“Oh, it’s Manager Feng. You have change car? This car looks better than your old boxy car. Please enter. There are no parking spaces outside.”
Even without any permits, Feng Yu could drive into the City Governnt just by showing his face. Of course, it could be that he had given the guards many gifts before.

“Manager Feng, how co you are here?” Secretary Zhao greeted Feng Yu and ran out of the room to see if Feng Yu had brought any gifts with him. There were no boxes outside the office, and it seems that Feng Yu had indeed co empty-handed. Secretary Zhao turned and look at Feng Yu suspiciously. How co Feng Yu ca here empty-handed? This was not his style.
Feng Yu: “……” What’s with that look? You are not used to coming here without any gifts?
“Brother Zhao, I have been away for a few months. I have just returned and want to pay our leaders a visit. Brother Zhao, you are looking great today. Huh? This docunt you are reading…… Brother Zhao, are you going to be transferred to the grounds?”
For a leader’s secretary, being transferred to the grounds was a good thing. Especially when the leader was still in charge of the area, it would be easy for him to earn credits and promote.
Secretary Zhao smiled: “I shall go in and inform the leader that you are here.”
“Co in. He is not busy.”
“Hello leader, you are looking great.”
“Stop your nonsense. Why are you here for?” Zhang Ruiqiang was sitting on the sofa and not behind his desk waiting for Feng Yu to co in. This was the treatnt for soone close to him.
“I am here because I have so good news for you. Brother Zhao, can I have a glass of water?”
“If you are thirsty, pour yourself! Xiao Zhao, go back to work. You still need to prepare the planning proposal for .”
Feng Yu did not mind and walked outside. He goes through the cabinets and drawers to search for the best tea leaves without the secretary noticing. He then started to brew his tea with a hot water flask. When Secretary Zhao saw him, Feng Yu had already poured the hot water. He stared at Feng Yu. There were so many tea leaves here. Can you even tell the difference between the good ones and the bad ones? Why must you choose the most expensive tea?
Feng Yu entered Zhang Ruiqiang’s office again. Zhang Ruiqiang could sll the aroma of the tea, and he shouted at Feng Yu: “You stole my top grade tea leaves again?”
“Ah? I took the wrong one again? I will take note of it next ti.” Feng Yu replied with a “surprised” look.
Zhang Ruiqiang started at Feng Yu. You said this every ti, and yet you are still doing it again and again. I think I should let the secretary prepare the tea for him next ti.
“You said that you have so good news for . What’s the good news? Which school are you going to donate to this ti?”
Zhang Ruiqiang had a love-hate relationship with Feng Yu. Feng Yu had donated new school buildings, stadiums, and libraries to Bing City Schools. Zhang Ruiqiang welcod these donations.
But every ti Feng Yu just do what he wants and ignore the city’s master plan. That school in the district had not many students, and yet Feng Yu built a new spacious building for that school. There was even a new spacious library. There was no need for that small school in the district to have such facilities.
That Third High School too. Feng Yu had donated a new stadium to that school. How many students are there in Third High School? Do they even need that new stadium? The City had already planned for a new stadium to be built for a school in the outskirt of the city. The stadium in that location can also serve the districts nearby. But Feng Yu refused. Everybody could tell that Feng Yu’s donations were for those that were close to him, and not to see if that area needs it or not.
You do not agree with ? Fine, then I will not donate!
Having donations was better than none. It could help the City Governnt save so money. The money saved can be used on other schools. Last year, Feng Yu had made a bet with Zhang Ruiqiang. They bet on 10 new school buildings, and the governnt gets to choose where they want the new building to be built.
In the end, Zhang Ruiqiang lost!
Last year, everybody thought that China would win the Olympics bid. But Feng Yu thinks otherwise. He even told Zhang Ruqiang not to plan for any celebrations and to let the local TV station to stop planning for the Olympics programs. Feng Yu was sure that China would not win the bid!
Zhang Ruiqiang was furious. What are you talking about? China was competing with Australia and how can we lose to them? Are you even Chinese? Why are you such a wet blanket?
Although China still a developing nation, but there should not be a problem if they were to host the Olympics gas. Furthermore, even the International Olympic Committee had said that China has a high chance of winning the bid.
Feng Yu shrugged his shoulders and asked Zhang Ruiqiang to bet with him. Let have a bet. If China wins, I will donate 10 new school buildings to Bing City’s secondary and primary schools. You get to choose the locations. If China loses the bid, then Zhang Ruiqiang have to bring a group of reporters from the TV station to his father’s Tai Hua Food processing factory for a visit.
With Zhang Ruiqiang’s backing, those local authorities would not dare to create problems with his father.
Zhang Ruiqiang agreed to this bet. He thought that this was a sure-win bet and had even started to plan where he should build the new school buildings.
But Zhang Ruiqiang was still wary of what Feng Yu said. He did not agree to the celebrations proposal given to him by his n. This made the Chief of Communications unhappy. He felt Zhang Ruiqiang was creating problems for his departnt.
But when the Olympics bidding result was announced, Zhang Ruiqiang was shocked. China had lost to Australia by 1 vote. When the Olympics Committee announced the number of votes for China, he had thought China would surely win. It was until the votes for Australia was announced, he realized that China had lost!
This was an unexpected result. No one in China had expected this. Even CCTV was sure that China would win. Everybody was disappointed!
However, Feng Yu had a proud look on his face. He grabbed Zhang Ruiqiang’s office phone and called his father to prepare for the Deputy Mayor Zhang’s visit!
Zhang Ruiqiang could not understand why Feng Yu was so confident that Australia would win. Could it be that Feng Yu could forecast future events?
At that mont, Feng Yu was smiling proudly. I am soone from the future and not so fortune teller. China had lost this bid was because of economic, political reasons. Those European countries and the US does not want China to reverse its image of a poor, backward, uneducated country!
“Mayor Zhang, I am not here to donate school buildings. I am here to solve Bing City’s farr’s issues!”
“Help our Bing City settle the farr's issue?” Zhang Ruiqiang was perplexed. Feng Yu was so noble?
