Kada Masao thought Zuckerberg would agree to Wind and Rain Holdings investing in Facebook, as he made a lucrative offer. The initial investnt is more than 100 million, and Zuckerberg will get 5% of Facebook’s shares. The shares are worth 5 million USD, and it should be enough.
Zuckerberg is only 20 years old, and not everyone is a genius like Feng Yu at this age. But he insisted on eting Feng Yu before he decided. Many investnt institutions had approached him, and it gave him more negotiation power.
Feng Yu had instructed he must be notified imdiately if anyone creates a website similar to the Chinese Web. They must try to acquire it at all costs.

But not everybody likes to have their pictures used for comparison, and it attracted so flacks. Zuckerberg refused to apologize, and his school’s server cannot support the huge traffic to his website. It was forced to shut down.
As Zuckerberg was about to give up this idea, soone unexpected approached him. It’s Wind and Rain Holdings’ President, Kada Masao. This is the World’s Richest Man’s company!
Zuckerberg had wanted to continue with this website, but he lacks funds. He had wanted to contact his seniors who had graduated to get them to invest. Alumni start many businesses.
For example, Bill Gates had approached a top Yahoo executive, his schoolmate, for investnt when he just started.
Kada Masao’s offer is very attractive, but Zuckerberg’s shares are too little. He is the founder of this website, and how can he own only 5%? Although this 5% share is worth a lot.
