It seed like they already knew what he could do., which only ant that the mother could connect directly to them from sowhere else. But Reeva didn’t care to find out, he just needed to beat this group of enemies up making room for his group to escape to the north.
The people ca at him full force and he was able to handle so of it. His training with Hilda’s hadn’t been done yet. and he only had the basics because. But with every parry and redirection, Reeva was finally able to understand so of it.
However each failure was not fatal for him, the attack he received clashed directly with the mystic power doing nothing to his body, and he still had an abundance of it left because he barely used it in a fight. Reeva quickly dispatched the nearby enemy, then before long there were only two of them again.
