Chapter 589: Chapter 587 Deep Blue Castle Exchange Conference

Several days later, during the day.

Outside the Dark Forest Gathering Place.

Wizard Tifeng was patrolling as part of his duties, preventing any dangerous Demonized Creatures from appearing nearby. Otherwise, they might intrude into the Gathering Place and harm the students, who possessed little strength.

After a quick patrol, having found no issues, Tifeng was ready to return to the Gathering Place to rest. Suddenly, he turned his head, noticing sothing, and his expression beca solemn. His eyes fixed in one direction, one hand slowly reached inside his robe, drawing out a withered yellow Short Wand. He gripped it tightly in his hand as Mana in his Magic Origin began to surge, readying to attack at any mont.

Just then, in the direction Tifeng was staring, a figure floated from afar and stopped in front of him.

Looking over, he saw it was a witch with an ordinary appearance but emitting a transcendent aura, making her seem mysterious and awe-inspiring, suppressing any thoughts of violation or irreverence. It was Wizard Cessi, from the Jungle Hut Green Wind Gathering Place, also the teacher of the Cat Slave Girl Heidi and Justice Girl Naile.

Cessi halted and glanced at Tifeng, obviously recognizing him, and called out his na, “Wizard Tifeng, what’s wrong? You look very tense, have you encountered so danger nearby, do you need help?” she asked, looking around the area.

“Uh, well… ahem…” Tifeng, slightly embarrassed, tucked the Short Wand back inside his robe, naturally not admitting that he had mistaken Cessi for a Demonized Creature. Vaguely, he said, “Actually, Master Cessi, recently a cunning Demonized Grey Fox appeared near our Gathering Place. I just saw it and then let it escape. I was just being annoyed. Oh, never mind about that, may I know why Master Cessi has co to our Gathering Place?”

As Tifeng finished speaking, he looked at Cessi and asked seriously.

After listening to Tifeng’s words, Cessi replied openly without much concealnt, “That’s right, Wizard Tifeng, people from the White Stone Tower visited our Green Forest Gathering Place yesterday.”

“People from the White Stone Tower, to your Gathering Place?” Tifeng’s eyes flashed. “The White Stone Tower… wasn’t their station destroyed by a falling teor suddenly?”

“Indeed, and that’s also the reason they visited our Gathering Place,” Cessi said. “According to them, they believe after investigations that the destruction of their station was an act of sabotage, likely by a deeply hidden underground organization, possibly a mad Wizard trying to revive the Black Spirit Empire.

“If it is indeed a mad Wizard attempting to revive the Black Spirit Empire, then the destruction of their station is minor compared to the danger of letting the perpetrator regroup. It’s a threat that we must take seriously. Otherwise, later on, our Jungle Hut and other Wizard Organizations along the East Coast might co under attack.

To prevent this, with the full support of Deep Blue Castle, they are planning an unprecedented exchange convention, inviting Wizards from every Gathering Place in our Jungle Hut. However, since they need to notify many Wizard Organizations and are unfamiliar with the exact locations of all the Gathering Places in the forests, they’ve sent all the invitations to our Green Forest Gathering Place, hoping we can pass them on.

After sending off the people from the White Stone Tower, our Green Forest Gathering Place’s Wizards set out, taking the invitations to the other Gathering Places. I happened to be relatively free, so I brought the invitation for your Dark Forest Gathering Place. Now, I’ll hand this invitation to you. How your Gathering Place decides whether and how many people to send is entirely up to you.”

As she spoke, Cessi raised her hand, and a gilded hard invitation appeared in her hand, handed to Tifeng.

Tifeng quickly took it, expressing his thanks, “It’s really kind of Master Cessi to do this.”

“You’re welco, it was my duty,” Wizard Cessi said. “Alright, the invitation has been handed over; my task is done, and I need to return. Otherwise, staying out too long, I wouldn’t know what trouble those two students of mine might cause again; they really keep you on your toes. I hope this trip to Deep Blue Castle might get them to collect their thoughts and stabilize a bit.” After speaking, Cessi waved her hand and her body gently floated back the way she ca.

“Goodbye, Master Cessi,” Tifeng waved, watching Cessi disappear into the forest. Then he lowered his head to look at the items in his hand, “An invitation? White Stone Tower? Deep Blue Castle?”

“An invitation? An East Coast convention proposed by the White Stone Tower and fully supported by Deep Blue Castle?” Richard said as he looked at Wizard Tifeng.

Initially, he was preparing to leave the Gathering Place to gather so materials for experints in the forest, but he ran into Tifeng just as he was coming out of the wooden tower.

Tifeng had just co from Administrator Eva’s wooden tower. He had just handed over the invitation to Eva and had recited everything Cessi had told him, then was sent out. At this mont, Tifeng was quite eager to express himself. Since the news was not confidential and would soon be public, upon seeing Richard, he imdiately started discussing it with him.

Originally, Richard thought Tifeng was talking about so trivial matters, feeling a headache on how to escape, but after listening to Tifeng’s words, his eyes inadvertently flashed, and he looked at Tifeng and asked, “So, does that an that people from the White Stone Tower are now together with those from Deep Blue Castle?”

“Apparently,” Tifeng replied.

“I… heard that many from the White Stone Tower died during the calamity; do you know who is left from the White Stone Tower now?”

“Honestly, I’m also curious, but Master Cessi didn’t disclose that. According to what Master Cessi said, those from the White Stone Tower who went to their Gathering Place weren’t alone, but not many either. Considering that those from the White Stone Tower sending invitations weren’t just one group, it can be assud that the number of people remaining in the White Stone Tower shouldn’t be many, but also not too few.”

Richard: “…” A befuddled silence followed, thinking: This analysis is pretty much no analysis at all.

At this mont, Tifeng looked over, curiously asking, “By the way, Wizard Richard, are you planning to attend this convention?”

“What does Master Eva think? Does she want everyone to attend?”

“Not exactly,” Tifeng shook his head. “Such matters can’t be mandatory. However, I think quite a number of Wizards will voluntarily participate.”

“Hm?” Richard asked, slightly puzzled, “Why? Because of the White Stone Tower?”

“No, not because of the White Stone Tower. Although our relationship with the White Stone Tower is not bad, it’s not particularly good either; it’s just average,” Tifeng replied. “The main reason many Wizards will willingly participate is because of Deep Blue Castle. You must know, our Jungle Hut has so connections with Deep Blue Castle. Since this convention is fully supported by Deep Blue Castle, we have to show so respect.”

“Our Jungle Hut has connections with Deep Blue Castle? Where did that co from; why haven’t I ever heard of this?” Richard asked.
