In the Council Hall, gathered were all the Wanfa Grandmasters whose academic statuses were sufficient and who were not out on journeys or in closed-door cultivation. Among them, taking the chief seat were three Carefree individuals, Bai Ze God Monarch and the Bao Clan Siblings.
Bai Ze God Monarch was the undeniable moderator. In these internal etings, which most arithticians found troubleso and often avoided, Bai Ze God Monarch always eagerly participated. He cleared his throat softly and asked, "Has everyone arrived?"
Seeing no one expressing opposition or using a Magic Artifact to call others, the Divine Monarch nodded satisfactorily and said, "I presu everyone knows why we have gathered here?"
Bao Yuehan cut to the chase, "Bai Ze, drop the formalities. Let's get straight to the point."
