Han Yan initially thought Gu Qianxi must have been utterly shaless, doing sothing unconscionable to her young daughter.
But when she heard Tong Keke say that Gu Qianxi didn’t know she loved him, Han Yan realized that all the bla lay on her own shoulders.

"Whose feelings are distorted?" Tong Keke, upon hearing those words, felt as if she were burning up inside and imdiately shouted back: "Let tell you—I know exactly what I’m doing. Han Yan looked at her daughter’s resolute expression, feeling like her mind was on the verge of collapse. For Han Yan, the pain in her heart was unbearable.
Han Keke watched as Han Yan suddenly began crying, looking utterly tornted.

Han Yan stood frozen, staring at Tong Keke’s retreating figure as she hurried away, suddenly realizing the gravity of the situation was far worse than she’d imagined.
