The man’s lips dominated her so thoroughly that Lin Banxia had nowhere to hide. Her whole body felt dizzy!
She didn’t know how much ti had passed before Lin Banxia felt the man finally quiet down. And she, thoroughly satisfied, collapsed into his arms and fell asleep.
Yan Ting gazed at the delicate little woman in his arms. Her small face was still flushed, smooth and creamy like milk.
If it weren’t for how truly exhausted she looked, Yan Ting definitely wouldn’t have let her go so quickly.
For so reason, whenever he touched her, he felt as though he lost all self-control, always wanting to lavish her with endless affection.
"Banxia... you are mine, understand?" Yan Ting murmured in a husky voice close to her ear, declaring with domineering certainty.
"Mhm!" Lin Banxia let out a faint, dreamlike sound.
Yan Ting took it as her answer and his thin lips curled into a satisfied smile.
He felt tired too, but after checking the ti, he realized he only had a little over an hour to rest before work.
In this one hour, he didn’t want to think about anything else—he just wanted to hold the woman he cherished most and get so good sleep.
When Lin Banxia woke up, the large bed had only her left on it.
"Where’s Yan Ting?" Lin Banxia clearly rembered falling asleep in his arms—how had she woken up to find him gone?
The sensations within her body told her that everything earlier had been real, not a dream.
She ran to the bathroom, planning to take a shower. In the mirror, she found her skin covered in the marks he’d left.
"Oh no, this is so embarrassing!" Lin Banxia felt an urge to cry. Yan Ting was truly sothing—how could he leave so many marks on her neck?
How was she supposed to face Ms. Zhao later? Would she think Lin Banxia was just a careless, frivolous girl?
After showering, Lin Banxia quickly pulled on a high-neck sweater. Unfortunately, part of a kiss mark still peeked out.
Lin Banxia desperately wanted to put on makeup to completely erase the mark.
Just as she ca out of the bathroom, Ms. Zhao knocked on the door.
"Miss Lin, are you awake? It’s almost dinner ti. We’ve prepared your al on the eighth floor of the hotel—you may head down to eat!"
"Uh... Where’s Yan Ting?" Lin Banxia hoped she could eat with him.
"President Huo has a very important commitnt this evening, so he might be a little late. He specifically instructed to take you out shopping after dinner." Ms. Zhao smiled warmly.
"Oh, alright, thank you!" Lin Banxia felt a bit disappointed, but she knew Yan Ting was here for work, not to accompany her on a leisure trip.
After finishing dinner, Ms. Zhao had the driver take them out shopping.
Lin Banxia noticed Ms. Zhao was still wearing formal business attire and couldn’t help joking, "Ms. Zhao, you should switch to sothing casual! Dressed like this, I still feel like you’re working."
Ms. Zhao smiled and replied, "Miss Lin, accompanying you on this shopping trip is part of my work assignnt."
"Ms. Zhao, you must be soone who’s incredibly dedicated and serious about work. I’m sure Yan Ting relies on you a lot."
Ms. Zhao chuckled lightly. "Miss Lin, you’re the luckiest one here. I’ve never seen President Huo care about soone this deeply."
Lin Banxia’s face instantly turned red. She looked down and secretly smiled.
Did she really matter that much to Yan Ting?
