At the dinner table, Chu Tingting saw Huo Qinglin as she had hoped.

Chu Tingting quietly observed Huo Qinglin’s expression, noticing that he seed a bit morose. Throughout the al, he barely spoke.
All she could hear was Mrs. Huo repeatedly asking if his head hurt, followed by instructing the servants to prepare so nourishing food for him.

Although Chu Tingting had only been working at the company for a few days, she was very skilled at managing relationships. I just wanted to talk to you about your past with Lin Banxia," Chu Tingting finally held back from further testing him; it seed she had heard loud and clear that Huo Qinglin still harbored deep feelings for Lin Banxia.
