At around ten in the morning, the entertainnt headlines suddenly featured a deeply affectionate photo. The tall and handso Young Master Ji held a delicate, beautiful girl in his arms as they danced closely in the ballroom.
Their slightly imrsed expressions were enough to make anyone envious.
Beneath this huge photograph, another snapshot was displayed — Lin Banxia and Leng Weichen appearing arm in arm.
The content printed under this photo, however, was explosive and filled with venom, almost designed to completely destroy Lin Banxia.
They called her shaless, accused her of scheming to seduce the eldest master of the Leng Family — a textbook manipulative woman.
They called her brazen, clutching a new lover while trying to flaunt herself in front of an old fla.
They called her morally loose, unable to endure loneliness even briefly after her divorce, readily throwing herself under a man.
In short, every degrading and obscene accusation imaginable was hurled upon Lin Banxia.
It was like tossing a boulder into the center of a lake, sending massive ripples reverberating outward.
anwhile, in stark contrast to Lin Banxia’s miserable plight, Chu Tingting and Huo Yanting were being lauded as a heavenly match, their love and devotion exaggerated to no end.
The mont the news broke, Lin Banxia beca a trending topic on social dia yet again, bombarded with insults and abuse.
So even doxxed her imdiately, digging up childhood photos and spreading them online.
Others revealed that she was a stray child adopted by the Lin Family, claiming she lacked proper upbringing, which explained her indecent behavior and ruthless ambition to climb the social ladder.
The pear garden where she lived was also exposed within a matter of hours.
When Lin Banxia saw the notification pop up on her phone, she was so furious that she felt like she was going to explode.
What kind of grudge was this? Why did they have to blacken her na to such an extre degree?
Clearly, Chu Tingting had a backup plan. It was obvious that whoever spent so much money to hire trolls to defa her had to be none other than Chu Tingting.
First, there was a warning, but when that failed, a bombshell attack was launched, utterly catching her off guard.
Lin Banxia already knew from her past life how terrifying online bullying could be. Many celebrities caught in scandals had been suppressed in this manner, eventually disappearing from the public eye, living quietly, and never daring to make another appearance. Because the mont they showed up again, they would face another wave of universal condemnation.
If she had truly done those shaless acts, she would willingly accept this scorn as her burden to bear.
But it was obvious she had been wronged. She and Leng Weichen had only attended that banquet together as companions; her relationship with Leng Weichen was utterly pure.
Yet within these accusations, it was blatantly assud that she and Leng Weichen were tangled in so improper relationship. It was simply outrageous.
As she fud with sha and anger over this matter, her phone rang.
She glanced at the caller ID, and tears of grievance instantly pooled in her eyes.
"Hello..." Her voice was faint.
"Have you seen the reports?" The man’s deep voice carried concern and urgency for her.
"Yes, I’ve seen them. This must be Chu Tingting’s doing, right?" Lin Banxia let out a mocking, cold laugh.
Huo Yanting paused for a mont: "Why do you suspect her? Did she co to see you?"
"Yes, she ca to see early this morning. She warned to leave you. I didn’t agree to her terms. I’m sure this is her way of taking revenge." Lin Banxia was almost certain that it was Chu Tingting.
Huo Yanting’s tone imdiately dropped, growing colder: "If it really was her, I won’t let her get away with it."
"Huo Yanting, I’m not as terrible as they’re saying. Do you believe ?" In truth, she didn’t care if others didn’t trust her. But if Huo Yanting didn’t believe her, it would devastate her.
