Five Elents Dao Body!

Capable of cultivating all martial arts in the world!

With this, am I now invincible among those of the sa realm?

Could I even challenge enemies beyond my realm?

Jiang Shouzhong’s eyes burned with passion, but he quickly cooled down and frowned, asking, "Everything has its pros and cons. Since this ’Tianyuan River Map Book’ is so powerful, there must be limitations to it, right?"

Yan Changqing looked at him with approval and said, "That’s correct, there are indeed limitations. This goes back to the essence of martial training, back to its beginning.

I have told you before that ordinary martial artists need to open up the governor and conception vessels and expand twenty acupoints to circulate True Qi. Once they reach the Grandmaster Realm, they have to open six more vessels to practice the inhalation and exhalation of Xuan Qi.

When they reach the Desolate Heavenly Realm, they need to gradually open the fourteen main ridians and three hundred sixty-five regular acupoints in their bodies to sense the Yuan Qi of heaven and earth and formally embark on the path of cultivating the Dao.

Of course, there are also anomalies like myself who take a different path.

However, no matter what, the path of martial training must be taken step by step without delay and without recklessness."

Jiang Shouzhong nodded.

He wasn’t knowledgeable about cultivation, but as an official of the Liushan Division, he dealt with many people from the Jianghu and understood that opening ridians and acupoints was extrely difficult.

They highly valued root bone talent.

So martial artists might spend twenty or thirty years just to open the governor and conception vessels.

Soone like Zhang Yunwu was considered a genius.

At such a young age, he had already opened the governor and conception vessels and entered the realm of Second Grade Martial Artist.

Yan Changqing said, "However, the Five Elents Dao Body is different. Because you have five persons inside you, naturally your acupoints are five tis that of others. Therefore, to cultivate all five bodies, you cannot only open the acupoints of one body."

Jiang Shouzhong was stunned, his face turning pale.

So to cultivate all five Dao Bodies to the highest realm, would I ultimately need to open one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five acupoints!?

Are you kidding ?

Yan Changqing was quite pleased with the resentnt the other party showed and took delight in having successfully played his trick, adding fuel to the fire,

"To open ridians and expand acupoints, you need to gather a stream of Qi within the Dantian first, and use this Qi to surge through them. Where does this Qi co from? Naturally, it requires you to ditate or practice standing stakes.

And Qi cultivation is highly dependent on root bone talent. So, I have roughly calculated that with your root bone talent, ditating for four hours a day, it would take half a year to open one acupoint."

Half a year?

To open one acupoint?

Then wouldn’t one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five acupoints require over nine hundred years?

That’s surely ant for a thousand-year-old turtle to practice.

Jiang Shouzhong almost flipped the table right there and then but suddenly cald down, looking disgruntledly at the person in front of him who was clearly taking pleasure in his misfortune, "Tell , there must be so kind of trick."

Yan Changqing laughed heartily and then said solemnly, "Close your eyes!"

Jiang Shouzhong closed his eyes.

The next mont, a rough yet warm hand was placed upon his forehead.

"Inner Viewing!"

Yan Changqing uttered the two words.

In an instant, Jiang Shouzhong felt the world spin around. He felt as if he were being tumbled in a rolling drum, sotis his head heavy and his feet light as if he were about to tumble forward, sotis floating as though he were a piece of cotton.

When Jiang Shouzhong heard the command "Open your eyes," he was greeted with a sight that left him utterly shocked.

Before him lay a vast space, imnse and boundless, with layers of fog swirling within, sotis shining with colorful lights as if a dreamscape of colors spread out, both real and surreal.

Yan Changqing’s voice bood in his ears like a great bell.

"Humans have three Dantians, the upper one is the Mud Pill Palace, the center one is where the ancestral Qi gathers, and the lower one is the storage for essence.

What you are seeing now is your Lower Dantian, also known as the Yellow Court. It is the root of humanity, the lifeline, as all strength ’cos from here,’ and it is the foundation of cultivation!

The number of acupoints you open corresponds to the amount of Qi you can store here.

A person relies on one breath, which may be as broad as a river or as short as a stream, as vast as the universe or as confined as an ancient well.

Short of breath, thus life is thin.

Endless breath, thus one seeks longevity.

Jiang Mo, now that you have the Five Elents Dao Body, you have five Dantians and a total of one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five acupoints. If you can cultivate all Five Elents Dao Bodies to the realm of Heaven and Man, you shall be invincible under the heavens."

Inner viewing of the Dantian!?

Jiang Shouzhong was so astonished that he could not speak.

The magnificent, mysterious, and enchanting vista before him inevitably aroused in him a grand sense of being one with the universe, the universe with him.

In the mists, Jiang Shouzhong vaguely saw five figures standing among the swirling clouds, beneath their feet a Taiji Bagua formation, entwined with the black and white energies, likely the Five Elents Dao Bodies.

Although it was hazy and unclear, he could still perceive the distinct and mysterious aura emanating from different Taoist Bodies.

At this mont, Jiang Shouzhong witnessed an odd scene.

He saw two glittering little figures frolicking inside his Dantian, like long-lost friends reunited, their joyous emotions clearly perceivable to each other.

Perhaps sensing Jiang Shouzhong peeking at them, one of the little golden figures quickly sat up straight, like an obedient child fearful of being scolded by an adult.

The other little golden figure, however, crossed its arms over its chest in a laid-back manner, seemingly indifferent toward its master.

"They are the key to helping you open up your energy points. One is the Sword Spirit of Yin, and the other is the Sword Spirit of Yang," Yan Changqing said with a smile, "You don’t need to ditate, nor stand in qigong postures. Just feed them well, and they will obey your commands to help you unlock these energy points.

You don’t have to do anything, whether you are sleeping, busy with work, or even rolling in the sheets with your wife. As long as you are alive, they are always expanding your acupoints."

Jiang Shouzhong was dumbstruck.

As expected of one of the four strange books in the world, the Taoist River Map, unfathomably profound.

Even cultivation was assisted by laborers.

Though the two little golden figures looked identical, Jiang Shouzhong could sense which was which.

The more well-behaved little golden figure must be the Yin Charm.

It was the book given to him by Zhang Lang.

It was this little fellow’s recognition of the master that brought Yan Changqing and its good companion to him.

The other little golden figure with the temper must be the Yang Charm, looking like a sowhat wild child. It seed to have reservations about its companion finding such a decorative-pillow-like master.

----

At the sa ti.

Outside the Capital, a sword-bearing young Taoist from Zhenxuan Mountain with flowing sleeves was striding along a dimly-lit postal road.

Suddenly, the young Taoist stopped in his tracks.

He frowned and looked up at the stars in the night sky, his hands gesturing incantations inside his sleeves, and soon his expression turned ugly as he cursed, "Both have acknowledged a master! Do they really think Zhenxuan Mountain is just for show?"

"Heavenfall!"

The Taoist uttered a light chant, and the long sword on his back flew forth.

Stepping on the sword, he turned into a fiery streak of white light, speeding towards the direction where Jiang Shouzhong was in the Capital.

"Dare to let the River Map recognize a master, no matter who it is, I will beat you so badly your mother won’t recognize you!"

----

Just one street away from Jiang Shouzhong’s ho, Li Guanshi was leisurely sitting on the roof of an ancient residence, holding the wine gourd he had earlier demanded from Li Nanshuang and gazing at the chilly bright moon.

In the cold night, the slender figure of a woman under the moonlight appeared as if a wisp of smoke, ethereal and elegant, yet with a touch of untad wildness and pride akin to that found amidst the perilous clouds and cliffs.

At that mont, a streak of blue light whizzed out from her garnt.

Li Guanshi casually pinched it, securing the familiar jade hairpin firmly between her fingers.

Gazing at the hairpin that buzzed and struggled to break free, Li Guanshi narrowed her eyes and smiled, "What’s this, you sense your new master is in danger and want to go save him?"

The tremors of the jade hairpin grew more intense.

Thin cracks began to appear on the shaft of the hairpin.

"Enough, let you be willful just this once. Your Yuan Qi can only hold up for three instances; once it completely turns into a dead object, don’t expect to be sympathetic."

Li Guanshi gently released her fingers.

The jade hairpin, freed from control, shot away rapidly, disappearing into the night.

The jade hairpin in flight unleashed a robust Sword Qi, and the sword’s light seed to solidify, getting larger and larger.

Very soon, what was once a small jade hairpin had transford into a gigantic green sword a zhang wide!

The giant sword bore the montum of a charging dragon!

----

Above in the high skies, the young Taoist who had been swearing under his breath while sensing the position of the River Map was busy plotting how to deal with the person who had been acknowledged by it.

Suddenly, his expression changed, and he turned his head to look.

He saw a giant sword hurtle towards him, quickly magnifying in his field of vision.

"Screw you!"

The young Taoist was shocked and imdiately turned to run.

However, the overwhelming pressure swiftly descended from above; the young Taoist, unable to wield his sword in ti, was forced to protect his head with a turtle shell.

Boom!

Spewing blood, the Taoist plumted like a kite with broken strings, crashing heavily into the ground and forming a deep crater.
