The crimson light belonged to the female Demigod, and the emerald belonged to the Undead High Drake, a reflection of Lucky's flame.

Knowing that Spartan's Abyssal Flames, while undoubtedly strong, were too destructive, he had opted for Lucky's flame instead.

While not as strong when its poison property wasn't factored in, it was still considerably more potent than ordinary flames. To think that one decision alone had led to such a massive transformation.

Even with the battle already far beyond Brightgate City, the destruction left in its wake remained visible for dozens of kilometers.

Every few seconds, another thunderous collision echoed through the region and caused the world beneath Michael's feet to tremble.

With a pale face from the enormous energy consumption needed to sustain his law skill, Michael's eyes remained locked on the figure above.

The female Demigod had finally recovered from the earlier dragon breath.

Although her crimson armor was covered in cracks and one of her six wings had been almost destroyed from the Undead High Drake's relentless assault, the power radiating from her had not diminished by much.

If anything, it had bee even more violent.

Blood surged around her in endless waves. The liquid did not fall toward the ground. Instead, it spread across the sky, forming a vast crimson sea that stretched for several kilometers in every direction.

Countless figures emerged from within it. Some resembled enormous beasts. Others took the form of armored warriors wielding spears, axes, and curved blades.

Each one carried an aura parable to a powerful Rank Four existence. There were about two hundred. The instant they appeared, they rushed toward the Undead High Drake from every direction.

The sky became filled with blood-red attacks. Beams of condensed crimson energy struck the dragon's body one after another. The bined assault was enough to erase mountains.

Yet the Undead High Drake did not retreat. It simply charged forward. Its enormous body smashed directly through the blood-formed creatures.

Those struck by its chest exploded before they could even slow it down. Its wings tore apart dozens more with a single flap and Its tail swept across the crimson sea, creating a path of destruction thousands of meters wide.

The female Demigod raised a hand. The entire sea of blood responded.

A colossal palm formed above the dragon and descended with enough force to crush everything beneath it.

The Undead High Drake lifted its head. Then it rammed upward.

BOOM!

The enormous blood palm shattered. The impact scattered crimson rain across the heavens.

Before the fragments could reform, the dragon's claw tore through them and continued toward the female Demigod, who immediately forced her way through the locked void and teleported to dodge.

The claw passed through the space where she had stood and split the crimson sea apart.

A fraction of a second later, the female Demigod reappeared above the dragon's back. Six blood-red swords materialized behind her.

Every blade carried a different power.

One radiated unbearable heat.

Another caused the surrounding air to decay. Michael didn't know how that worked, but it did.

A third was covered in countless screaming faces.

The remaining three contained enormous violent energies without any distinct separate property.

All six descended at once and struck the Undead High Drake's back, creating a storm of crimson and emerald.

The explosion engulfed the dragon's entire upper body.

Michael's expression changed as worry filled his heart.

Yet when the light faded, the dragon was still there. The dark scales covering its body remained intact. There were several shallow marks across its back, but none had pierced through its defenses.

Michael, who was far below, could not see the exact situation clearly, but from his position alone he could tell the Demigod hadn't been able to truly wound his Undead High Drake.

Above, the female Demigod's expression grew increasingly ugly. She attacked again.

The crimson sea beneath her transformed into thousands of chains. They wrapped around the dragon's limbs, wings, neck, and tail.

Bright crimson symbols appeared across every link. The pressure released by them became so intense that the ground thousands of meters below began sinking.

The Undead High Drake was dragged downward. For the first time since the physical battle began, its momentum stopped.

Seeing this, the female Demigod clasped both hands together.

The chains tightened. A crimson formation appeared around the dragon's body, sealing every direction. Then the entire formation collapsed inward.

BOOM!

Everything disappeared into a sphere of pure light, forcing Michael, who was far away, to close his eyes from the stinging pain.

If it had been any ordinary person, they would surely have gone blind, if not suffered lethal brain damage.

ROAR!!!!!!

After the light faded, Michael could see his Undead High Drake forcing its way out.

Several chains still clung to its body, but they began scattering as its muscles expanded beneath its scales. Its emerald eyes remained cold as it lunged at the female Demigod.

The female Demigod barely managed to move aside before the dragon's head tore through her position.

Even then, one of its horns grazed the edge of her body. Half of the crimson armor covering her side exploded.

Blood sprayed outward.

The female demigod immediately transformed into a crimson shadow and retreated several kilometers.

The Undead High Drake followed without hesitation.

Michael watched the exchange with growing disbelief.

The Demigod was not weak. Far from it. Every attack she released possessed enough strength to kill almost any Rank Four existence instantly.

Her control over that mysterious blood was terrifying. Her speed was monstrous. Her defensive methods were numerous.

She could reshape the terrain, summon armies from blood, form weapons from blood, seal space to prevent teleportation, and recover from injuries at a frightening rate.

She was demonstrating exactly why Demigods stood above ordinary supernaturals.

Yet she still could not truly injure the Undead High Drake.

At most, her strongest attacks left shallow marks across its scales. The situation had bee almost absurd.

The female Demigod was using techniques, formations, weapons, magic arts, and everything else at her disposal. Meanwhile, the Undead High Drake was fighting with nothing but its body.

It had not released another breath attack, per Michael's mand, and simply relied on its claws, wings, horns, tail, jaws, and overwhelming physical strength.

Even so, the female Demigod could only maintain a standstill.

Seeing this, another thought came to Michael.

"Hey, isn't this just a ready-made Rank Five undead material for me?"
