The Demon King’s castle, nestled within the demon continent’s sprawling cities, stands against the crimson-hued sky. The cities themselves, built with dark, imposing architecture, stretch across the landscape. Towers of obsidian rise from the ground, surrounded by labyrinthine streets teeming with demonic activity.
The castle’s entrance, a massive gate decorated with demonic symbols, serves as a gateway to the heart of the demon civilization. Within the cities, shadowy alleys lead to bustling marketplaces filled with exotic goods and weird artifacts. Bone chilling structures loom over the cityscape, housing the Demon King’s loyal subjects who engage in nefarious dealings.
Walking through the halls of the castle, heading towards the royal chambers of the Demon King, was Alzureth. The halls were dimly lit with orange runes embedded in the walls. He had co to inform his father, Demon King Delikan, on the state of the plan.

Arriving directly in front of the royal chambers, two demon guards were stationed by the door, Alzureth requested permission to enter from his father, "Father, may I co in?"
Delikan’s voice echoed from beyond the doors of his chambers as he replied, "Co in, Alzureth."
With that, the guards stationed at the door pushed both sides open, giving the demon prince access to the Demon King’s royal chambers. Alzureth’s steps echoed as he made his way in. The doors then slowly closed behind him.
The Demon King’s bedroom is centered around a large king-sized bed, surrounded by flowing red veils. The room has a dark and grand atmosphere, dimly lit by both red and purple runes, decorated with demonic art and statues. It’s a lavish and imposing space, fitting for the ruler of the demon realm.
"Father, I’m here to inform you about the state of the plan," Alzureth said, his voice echoing slightly through the royal chambers.
Instead of Delikan’s response, a woman’s voice echoed, "My sweet Alzze, won’t you greet mommy first?" The figure of a woman slowly erged from the red veil that surrounded the bed. She had silver hair, purple eyes, and was dressed in black lace undergarnts. It was Danlatica, the goddess of destruction, the first wife of the demon king, and Alzureth’s mother.
She swiftly ran over to his side and gave him a tight hug. Visibly shorter than him, she turned her head upwards as she asked, "How was your little outing? Did you have fun?" She spoke playfully, smiling at the end.
Alzureth smiled as he replied, "It was good, Mother. I got to see lots of terrified faces, set up an elf’s county, and even had a lord sell out his people for the sake of his family."
Danlatica chuckled as she replied, raising her right hand to her lips, "Seems like you had a lot of fun."
Blushing slightly, Alzureth added, "Yes, Mother, I had lots and lots of fun." He then paused and redirected his gaze at his father, who stood by the window of the room with only a towel around his waist. The gentle breeze seed to sway his black hair from side to side, and his black horns glinted softly in the dim lighting of the room.
Despite giving Alzureth permission to enter, he appeared lost in thought.
Alzureth then smiled as he proceeded to add, "Oh, that reminds , Father. Just like you said, I found soone rather peculiar in that icy territory in the Leonheart empire. It was a man, and he seed to be a half-dragon of so sorts."
Delikan simply smiled. Out of nowhere, darkness seed to cloak his body, and he was instantly dressed in his royal garnts. He then turned around, proceeding to ask, "Tell all about it."
Alzureth smiled as he said, "Yes, Father, I’ll tell you everything." He also smiled.
So monts later, after Alzureth had told Delikan about all that occurred in his ’outing’ and the state of his father’s plan, Delikan simply smiled and said, "Excellent work, Alzureth. You never fail to impress ." Delikan then slowly approached the doors of his chambers, intending to exit. Danlatica also got dressed and decided to follow him.
As the doors swung open and he was about to leave, he spoke to Alzureth, "Oh, before I forget." His tone slightly caught Alzureth off guard, causing him to be curious.
Delikan continued, "On your next mission, you’ll be taking your siblings along with you."
Alzureth then let out a sigh. He proceeded to ask, "Do I really have to, Father? I thought the whole reason you chose only for a mission in the first place was because, unlike them, I’m more ’logical’ in the way I approach things. Bringing them along with will simply be a hassle." He shrugged, emphasizing his words.
Delikan then replied with a slightly playful tone, "That is no way to talk about your brothers and sisters, Alzureth. Have you already forgotten all the responsibilities of a big brother that I taught you?"
Alzureth then replied with a slight nonchalant tone, "No, I haven’t," hinting at the fact that he understood what his father was saying but still felt like the task ahead would be exhausting.
Delikan then added, "Now, where is this half-dragon being kept?" Alzureth sighed, then said, "You said to treat them like a guest, so they are in one of the rooms in the castle. In the guest chambers."
Delikan replied, "Good." He continued on his way and exited his chambers. As he left, he paused montarily and added in a serious tone, "I don’t want to hear you didn’t take your siblings with you next ti. Are we clear, Alzureth?"
Alzureth felt a chill run down his spine. He shrugged and then managed a reply, "Yes, Father, I’ll do as you have instructed."
Delikan then continued on his way, while he did, Danlatica gazed at Alzureth montarily. She then mumbled, "Alright, my sweet Alzze, mommy will see you later, okay?" She chuckled at the end while she waved slightly as she tilted her head.
