??Chapter 626: Chapter 624: Eruption of the Volcano Beyond the Heavens

Chapter 626: Chapter 624: Eruption of the Volcano Beyond the Heavens

The unusual volcanic eruption this ti occurred within Russell’s dream, where he gazed upon the Amber Great Tree standing at the mouth of the volcano, his spirit flickering.

He also felt sowhat at a loss.

In the past Gloomy Dreamland, the Little Dream Dragon had been a purely dragon-like figure—though with an oversized head and sowhat cartoonish appearance.

But now, instead of a dragon erupting from the volcano, a great tree had erged.

Staring at the resplendent and beautiful Amber Great Tree, Russell murmured to himself, “You are the seed of the cosmic tree… So, Ice Cream, have you actually grown into a cosmic tree? But how am I supposed to ride you?”

He thought back to the conversation he had with the Shadowfla Dragon during the day.

The Shadowfla Dragon had asked him whether he wanted to ride a tree or a dragon…

Boom!

A soul-shaking, silent eruption continued, and the Amber Great Tree was still in the process of being ford. The scattering specks of Amber Starlight were growing countless little amber trees throughout the atmosphere of Dragon Star.

Lights dotted the sky, dimming the stars.

Russell turned around to look, and the deep expanse of space had disappeared, with the shattered Frost Star no longer visible, as if the entire world’s backdrop had been changed.

He turned back to look down at Dragon Sleep Continent.

There was no Dragon Sleep Continent, only an amber-colored volcano, erupting with an amber-colored great tree. The Volcanic Oasis extended outwards with amber-colored magma flowing from the volcano into streams, spreading throughout the Volcanic Oasis.

Wherever the amber-colored rivers flowed, the Volcanic Oasis expanded, and then real trees and clusters of real flowers grew on both banks.

Butterflies and birds erged from nowhere, dancing around the flowers.

Rabbits and mice cautiously poked their heads out, curiously looking around the forest.

There was no sun, no moon, no stars; this newborn Volcanic Oasis had only the Amber Great Tree on the volcano, radiating a warm glow.

The Amber Great Tree was already tens of thousands of ters high, its canopy shrouding the sky and engulfing the whole volcano, yet it brought dazzling light to the Volcanic Oasis.

Russell shielded his eyes with his hand, looking up at the Amber Great Tree.

He didn’t know what to think. The volcano, which should have erupted from the utmost heavens, had unexpectedly transford into a real Volcanic Oasis, and what should have been born along with the magma—a mighty dragon—had beco an indescribable Amber Great Tree.

“Ice Cream, where are you?” Russell softly inquired.

Suddenly, within the crown of the Amber Great Tree, there was a rustling, and a relatively tiny dragon compared to the size of the tree, poked out its head.

It was a familiar figure, indeed the Little Dream Dragon that Russell had seen in the Gloomy Dreamland.

“Ka!” With a crystal-clear cry, the Little Dream Dragon flew out from the crown of the Amber Great Tree, swiftly flying towards Russell, “Russell, I’ve grown up!”

As it moved away from the Amber Great Tree, its true size beca apparent by contrast, getting bigger the further it was compared. What appeared was a two hundred ter long, two hundred and fifty ter wingspan, slender yet robust, amber-colored dragon.

“That’s great!” Russell wept with joy. His Little Dream Dragon hadn’t beco a great tree; it was still rideable.

With his heart full of luck, he laughed heartily as he leaped into the air.

It wasn’t clear whether he was in a dream or the real world, but he distinctly felt his body jump, and then landed on the head of the Little Dream Dragon as it flew past. The Little Dream Dragon, in the form of the Primordial Spirit, hadn’t seed very big.

Now standing on its head, it felt like he was on a small plaza.

A Dragon Scale erged, shaping into the form of a throne, and Russell took a deep breath, slowly walking towards the throne-scale.

Then he sat down.

Boom!

The world beca even more wondrous!

In the Scorching Torrent Kingdom, within the Golden Palace.

A man from the Ares Kingdom lay alone on a gorgeous bed. Ever since the queen had passed away, he hadn’t remarried and always slept alone.

At this mont.

He had a strange dream.

In the dream, he saw a peculiar volcano, an amber-colored volcano that erupted, but what it spewed was an amber great tree.

The Amber Great Tree scattered countless specks of amber starlight.

One of those specks of starlight fell directly into his hands, and he couldn’t help but reach out to catch it, imdiately feeling a jolt throughout his body.

“Sigh!”

He awoke from the dream with a start.

“It’s been a long ti since I had such a strange dream.” King Ares shook his head, about to have a drink of water and go back to sleep, but suddenly his eyebrows shot up, “Scorching, you’re awake too… What, you had a strange dream as well?”

In his mind, the Fiery Dragon was describing its own dream to King Ares.

In the dream, it too saw the amber-colored volcano and the eruption that brought forth the Amber Great Tree, then a speck of amber starlight fell onto its forehead, waking it from the dream.

“What is this situation, we actually had the sa dream?” King Ares rolled out of bed, his desire for sleep gone, “Since our bond, although our minds are connected, we’ve never had the sa dream, and at the sa ti no less!”

He put on his clothes, his expression grave, “This is definitely not an ordinary dream, it’s a revelation, a prophecy!”

Torrential Volcano, no lava in sight, only the volcano lake.

The Torrential Flood Dragon suddenly surged out of the water, water cascading from its head as it looked up at a small patch of starry sky above the volcano, muttering to itself, “I haven’t dreamt in a long ti, it’s strange, a volcano that could actually erupt a great tree.”

Shaking its head.

It didn’t linger on the thought and with a splash, dove back into the volcanic lake.

Fengling Plain.

Willem Ginnari was leaning on Pseudo-Kinnaly Dragon Lily, sound asleep, when suddenly, he woke up with a start.

Lily woke as well, her head stretching over, asking in her mind what was the matter.

Willem shook his head, “Nothing much, just had a dream about a volcano erupting… An odd volcanic eruption that brought forth a great tree… Human dreams really are strange, where would you find such a volcano.”

Turning over, he continued, “Alright, let’s go back to sleep, tomorrow we still need to fight on the Snowfield.”

Saying so, he reached out and touched the book next to him emitting an inky fragrance, “The Path of Humans and Dragons,” taking it in hand, “Teacher is already a second-tier High Illusion Dragon Knight, we need to step it up. If the Dragon Domain Lord can’t break through, how could we face Teacher with honor!”

Pyro Lykin Kingdom, within the palace.

King Debuloye Firelight, putting on his coat, was equally conversing in his mind with his Contracted Dragon, “This is strange, how could both of us have the sa dream? Could it an, Sunshine, that you’ve made a breakthrough in grasping hope?”

“No progress,” ca the straightforward reply from the Sunshine Giant Dragon.

“Then what is it?” King Debuloye furrowed his brows, “No good, I must go to the Thunder Voice Conference and inquire.”

Shadowfla Volcano.

The Shadowfla Dragon suddenly opened its eyes, the boiling magma illuminating the mouth of the volcano in a red glow, casting an even more fierce silhouette.

“How odd, this dream…” the bubbling Magic Power Dragon Tongue resonated, echoing in the silent mouth of the volcano, “Dayti thoughts lead to nightti dreams? Just today, Russell ntioned ice cream as so cosmic tree seed, and at night, Shadowfla dreams of ice cream erupting into a tree?”

Thinking thus.

The Shadowfla Dragon suddenly shivered, then looked to the south in astonishnt, as if its vision could penetrate the thick volcano and witness the magical and unpredictable changes happening in the warm lands to the south.

“What a powerful force!”

“A force Shadowfla has never felt before, yet it carries an air familiar from ice cream!”

“This is no dream!” It rose up and with a flap of its wings, landed upon the mouth of the volcano, crouching as it gazed into the southern night sky, “It’s ice cream, it has erupted from a volcano… Russell ah Russell, you don’t ride Shadowfla, but you’ve ridden a tree!”
