Chapter 613: Chapter 609: The Last Gloomy Dreamland

The blizzard gradually subsided, and Shuang He stood on the shoulder of the Frost Snow Giant, staring at the surrounding ruins of the Star Attraction Array, unable to contain his rage.

However, when he lowered his head and looked at the Frost Snow Giant beneath him, from the neck to the chest and then to the waist, a huge diagonal gash, an involuntary seriousness flashed through his heart, recalling the sword that had been imprinted in his mind.

That was a strike from a Golden Thunder Knight, bursting forth with unrivaled sharpness powered by the Thunder Elental Power.

This force was more fierce than the Dragonfla spewed by a dragon.

In his mory, the strongest attack from the Dragon Knights he had previously faced was only so much. But it was very clear to him that this Golden Thunder Knight had not utilized the power of a dragon.

“Human ants… their potential is greater than imagined!” Shuang He suppressed his own roar, striving to calm the shock, “The Star Attraction Array is destroyed, unless I do not leave its side, that human ant will return!”

He looked at the two dead Frost Snow Giants, falling silent for a mont, then waved his hand and took the lead in leaving the broken ruins of the Star Attraction Array.

The Frost Snow Giants were not very willing, but after a few roars, they still picked up their companion’s bodies and followed Shuang He away from the place.

After the Frost Snow Giants had left for quite a while.

The air rippled like water, and Russell reappeared: “Whew, the plan went smoothly, Shuang Da was shocked by , and he doesn’t plan to rebuild the Star Attraction Array… We really are an invincible team, Shuang Da can’t stop us, neither can Shuang He!”

At this mont, Russell was spirited and proud.

Harpies Hape appeared: “Russell, I’m going back to ltdown Volcano.”

“Go ahead,” Russell nodded. “I won’t be returning yet, that strike just now, the Supre Secret Technique: Sword of the Sun, I still need to contemplate it more… The vestiges of the Sword of the Sun are still in the air, making it the perfect ti to reminisce.”

After bidding farewell to Hape, Russell suspended himself in midair, legs crossed, with Dragonfla spreading in all directions, delicately feeling the enlightening sword he had just experienced.

That was a further advancent of the Secret Technique: Sword of Thunder.

He had touched a higher and more mysterious set of rules, which he nad according to the philosophical terms from his old Earth ho as the Supre Secret Technique: Sword of the Sun.

“With the Sword of the Sun, there must be a Sword of Shadow… Water, fire, earth, wind, thunder, light, ice, dark, the opposing elent of thunder should be ice.”

Thunder is the ultimate movent, producing power.

Ice, however, is the eternal silence, producing power.

“Magic power, magic power… Magic in motion is thunder, magic at rest is ice,” Russell was defining the elental attributes simply. The attributes of the elents were categorized into eight major types, but this does not an that magic power is composed of particles from eight kinds of elents.

Rather, magic power in different states exhibits different properties, thus being divided into eight statuses.

Therefore, there are eight types of elental power.

“This blizzard, strictly speaking, is almost the sa as the ice attribute of elental power, only it originates from the Frost Star World… I wonder if I can comprehend the ice power of the Frost Star World here, and from it learn the Sword of Shadow?”

Thinking this, Russell felt a surge of excitent.

If he could comprehend such a Sword of Shadow, it ant that the vast snowfield would truly beco his ho field, even facing the Frost Snow Giants’ holand would not be daunting—comprehending the Sword of Shadow, Frost Star would beco his second hotown!

Just the thought was thrilling.

However, Russell soon collected his thoughts and focused on comprehending the Sword of the Sun.

Waiting for the eruption of the Little Dream Dragon Volcano, waiting to form a bond with the Shadowfla Dragon, his strength would naturally reach its peak. Yet, even so, Russell never missed any opportunity to enhance his abilities, never ceasing to grow stronger.

Dragon Calendar 5587, March 16th. On this night, having comprehended the Supre Secret Technique: Sword of the Sun, Russell returned to his familiar Cigar Manor to sleep.

He thought it would be an ordinary night.

But unexpectedly, tonight, along with a familiar “caw” sound, the Gloomy Dreamland silently descended!

“Ah, Ice Cream!” Russell stood in the Gloomy Dreamland, exclaiming.

“Caw caw!”

The Little Dream Dragon’s form had completely transford, no longer the cartoonish little fat dragon whose head made up one-third to a half of its body, but now an amber-colored being with a standard dragon form, having grown significantly.

Of course, it still looked plump, like a baby dragon.

On its head, still perched the Sword Butterfly, thorn bush, Flat Louse, gecko, and five amber worms, cocking its head.

“You’ve beco prettier again, Ice Cream!” Russell laughed heartily.

As he observed the Little Dream Dragon, the Little Dream Dragon also observed him; Russell too had a new transformation, his body though short-limbed like a cartoon character, had now beco outlined by Golden Thunder elents.

“Caw!” the Little Dream Dragon called.

Russell imdiately understood, this was the Little Dream Dragon saying he had also beco more handso—reciprocal flattery, an essential daily interaction between dragon and human.

However, just as Russell was about to mount the Little Dream Dragon,

the Little Dream Dragon suddenly opened its mouth and spoke clearly, “Russell!”

“Ah?” Russell was stunned for a mont.

The voice was indistinguishable between a little boy’s or a little girl’s, crisp and full of childishness, but each note precisely struck Russell’s heart, “You can speak? Ice Cream, you can speak now!”

“Yes,” said the Little Dream Dragon, looking at Russell with pride.

“Cool, my Ice Cream, that’s really cool, you know!”

“I know,” said the Little Dream Dragon, and then it made a motion as if to put its hands on its hips, but due to its short forelimbs, it couldn’t really manage it, “I’m about to erupt like a volcano.”

“When, where?” Russell quickly asked.

“I don’t know.”

“You don’t know?”

“I don’t know.”

“Can you make the volcano erupt in the ruins of the ltdown Volcano?” Russell asked, his eyes intense and spirited as he looked at the Little Dream Dragon.

The Little Dream Dragon tilted its head, then shook it, “I don’t know.”

“Ah?”

Unfortunately, the Little Dream Dragon had no idea; it only felt that it was about to erupt, but it didn’t know where it would happen and couldn’t control it.

“This is the last ti, dreaming.” The intelligence of the Little Dream Dragon seed to be at the level of a six or seven-year-old child. “Russell, when I erupt like a volcano, I’ll grow up, turn into a big dragon, and then I’ll co find you to play!”

“Is this the last Gloomy Dreamland?” Russell was surprised.

“Yes.”

“Alright, I’ll wait for you, Ice Cream,” Russell clenched his fist, cheering for the Little Dream Dragon, “Try hard to erupt, no matter where, I will find you, and then we will fly high and dig deep, becoming the most powerful Dragon Knight on the Dragon Sleep Continent!”

“The most powerful Dragon Knight!” The Little Dream Dragon cheered along.

Then, Russell mounted the Little Dream Dragon, and in that mont, the Gloomy Dreamland was completely brightened, seemingly boundless and vast, already enveloping the entire Blackfla Plains.

“There’s Polly!”

“Ga!” The Little Dream Dragon called out towards the direction of the bamboo forest, instantly pulling Polly into the Gloomy Dreamland, still in the form of a golden pony Primordial Spirit.

“Ice Cream, long ti no see!” Polly greeted.

The Little Dream Dragon held its head high with pride, giving a slight nod in response to Polly, leaving Polly quite annoyed—despite its strength, the Little Dream Dragon still maintained a disdainful attitude towards it, and it was heartbroken.

“Ice Cream, this is Senbula,” Russell pointed towards another figure outlined by magic lights in the bamboo forest.

“Ga!”

With a call, the Nightmare Beast Senbula was also pulled into the Gloomy Dreamland, taking on the form of a purple pony sketched with thunder.

This was its first ti entering the Gloomy Dreamland.

It took a while to co to its senses, “Ice Cream Your Highness, Princess Polly!”

Ice Cream gave it a sidelong glance, still holding its head high with the sa disdainful look, which undoubtedly made Polly feel much better.

Ice Cream did not just look down on it; aside from Russell, it looked down on everyone else.

“Co on, let’s also call Uroboros!” Russell led the Little Dream Dragon to pull the Ouroboros Snake into the Gloomy Dreamland, turning it into a cartoonish earth-colored snake, its tail now more twinkling compared to before.

“Are we ready, Russell? I’m about to take off!” The Little Dream Dragon spoke.

The Dream-Eater Boar Tapir had always lived at Red Castle, so it was destined to miss this family gathering in the Gloomy Dreamland.

Russell thought for a mont and guided the Little Dream Dragon to fly into a nearby oak forest, “Ice Cream, try again, see if you can pull Hape in.”

“Can’t,” the Little Dream Dragon shook its head.

“Try again,” Russell insisted.

Despite several shouts from the Little Dream Dragon directed towards the magic outline of the Harpies Hape, Hape didn’t move.

“Ah!” Russell completely gave up; Phantom Beasts and Pseudo-Dragons without a Gloomy Dreamland talent simply couldn’t enter.

However, he quickly thought of sothing else and commanded, “Ice Cream, let’s also look for Fairy Saiban. Maybe we can still fleece Saiban’s wool.”

“Ga!” The Little Dream Dragon’s eyes lit up, and then it shouted loudly towards the surrounding oak forest, “Saiban!”
