The first woman who spoke shrugged. The news ca as a surprise to everyone when they heard that President Yun was getting married. Aside from the empress who had secretly married Feng Tianyi, there was no other woman that had been involved with Yun Zhen.

"I don't know who she is, but one thing is for sure that she's not part of their social circle. From what I heard, the bride is soone President Yun knew for a long ti."

Su Jingli eyed his sister but she never made any indication that she was bothered by their conversation. He was worried that she would take their words seriously, but Su Jingyi had known and been aware of the difference in social status between her and Yun Zhen.

The won giggled to themselves and alighted from the elevator even before the Su siblings reached their floor.

"Why are they talking as if you don't deserve Brother Zhen? I didn't know such won in the high circle speak like that." Su Jingli scowled as the doors of the elevator closed, giving them so privacy.

"Not all, Jingli ,and I don't think they are part of the circle," his sister replied nonchalantly. She had already expected that their wedding would attract attention from both classes.

Su Jingyi had t enough high class won for the past decade to know who was real and who was just bragging. She didn't need to defend herself to those won who threw shade on her. What was the point of doing it anyway? It would be just a waste of ti.

The door opened again and this ti, they alighted then went straight to the decorated reception area where they were both hit with the heavenly scent of baked goods. Su Jingli's mouth watered at once.

"Oh, it's a good thing I ca with you, Sis." He grinned at his sister.

Su Jingyi eyed him for a mont and shook her head, walking up to the front desk to confirm her appointnt with the pastry chef.

"I'm here to see Chef Lu as per our agreent," she told the receptionist. "The na is Su Jingyi."

The woman behind the front desk checked the schedule and smiled back at Su Jingyi.

"Ah, yes. Good afternoon, Miss Su. Please have a seat. Chef Lu will be with you montarily."

"Thanks," Su Jingyi replied and joined her brother who had already taken a seat to one of the leather couches, busy fl.i.c.k.i.n.g through various catalogues.

"What do you think of this one?" asked Su Jingli, holding a page of a huge wedding cake that was at least six tiers with pink and white ribbons decorating each tier.

Su Jingyi laughed. "I don't think Yun Zhen would like that. I'm pretty sure he would kill if I chose that cake."

"Hmm, I don't know, Sis. I an, Brother Zhen doted on you so much, I don't think he would have the heart to say no if you really want it." Her brother laughed with her.

While Su Jingli was happy to see his older sister getting married, starting a new chapter of life with Yun Zhen, he couldn't help but feel that he was about to lose her. Perhaps it was because he used to be pampered and looked after by her that he wasn't used to sharing her attention with another man.

"What is it?" Su Jingyi asked when she noticed that he suddenly fell silent.

Su Jingli shook his head and smiled.

"Nothing. Just thinking how beautiful my sister would be on her wedding day. I still can't believe you are getting married."

Su Jingyi felt the sa. If soone told her a year ago that she was getting married to Yun Zhen of all people, she would have given that person a good beating for daring to utter such an impossible thing right to her face.

"Ahem."

Their attention shifted to the chef that ca with a wide smile on his face while giving Su Jinyi an inquisitive look. He might have been curious as to what kind of woman President Yun was about to marry as many people had been curious about the bride's identity and family background.

"Chef Lu? I'm Su Jingyi and this is my brother," she introduced herself.

Chef Lu smiled and shook her hand. So it turned out that President Yun's wife had a classic beauty. Su Jingyi's face was pleasing to one's eye. Unlike other won who splurged on makeup and dresses to make their appearance look better, Su Jingyi's appearance was more like a businesswoman who knew what she wanted and needed.

Although her dress wasn't a branded one, her long sleeved white blouse, cream high waist shirt and pair of high heels were enough to give everyone an impression that she was a person they couldn't look down on.

This wasn't the first ti Su Jingyi received such a look from strangers. In fact, even before she started dating Yun Zhen, the re fact that a re nobody like her could stand next to him was enough for so people to raise a brow at her.

Yun Zhen ca from a prominent and prestigious family, so it was only natural for so people to assu that he would marry a woman with the sa status as him. However, this had never been an issue for Yun Zhen. He deed Su Jingyi worthy to stand by his side, regardless of what people thought of her.

If people thought that Su Jingyi would be bothered by their differences then they would be disappointed. Because she and Yun Zhen had known each other for a long ti, they already knew how each other thought.

"Good afternoon, Miss Su. It is truly an honor for you and President Yun to consider this humble chef to make the cake for your special day. Now please," Chef Lu clapped his hand and gestured to a hotel staff mber to lead the siblings to the next room where they could discuss the choices for the wedding cake.

The staff gave the siblings a polite bow.

"Please," he said, motioning to the room at the end of the hallway.
