Feng Tianyi's face continued to darken as Liu Ruoyan continued to spout nonsense against his wife. She wanted him to kick Tang Moyu out? Where did this woman's brain go? Who was she to demand to kick soone out of his hosted event, whether it was Tang Moyu or any other guests they had tonight?
He was sure he delivered his warning to this dumb woman, clearly telling her not to ss with him again, but why was it that Liu Ruoyan was still chasing after his wife and tried to deliver her own head on a silver platter?
If it wasn't for this woman, he wouldn't be constantly on the edge, wondering if Tang Moyu was upset with him because he hadn't stopped this woman from seeing their children weeks ago. He also couldn't help but be worried about her blaming him for being the reason why Liu Ruoyan and the Liu family would cause her problems in the future.
Not that he would allow her to deal with them alone. He would rather send the whole Liu family to hell before he would allow them to lay a hand against his lovely wife.
Liu Ruoyan froze when she realized that Feng Tianyi hadn't said anything in return. It was then she noticed the overwhelming and suffocating aura emanating from him.
"W-wha—" But her words caught on her throat as she stared in shock.
"Liu Ruoyan, didn't I tell you to never ddle in my affairs again?" Feng Tianyi's words sent shivers down her spine.
Liu Ruoyan had of course seen him like this before, but his anger had never been directed to her at an intensity like this, never like this. She had never imagined that there would be a day that Feng Tianyi would treat her like this in this lifeti.
This kind of fear was incomparable to the fear she felt the last ti she had spoken with him. This kind of atmosphere was so suffocating that she couldn't stop herself from trembling.
"Brother Tianyi…"
"Don't call that. I forbid you to call that. You are nothing to , Liu Ruoyan." Feng Tianyi sneered right at her face nacingly.
Right now, Liu Ruoyan wanted nothing to do but run away from Feng Tianyi, from his frightening gaze that was suffocating her. It was at that ti that her grandfather appeared once he heard what was happening between the devil and his spoiled granddaughter.
What had his granddaughter done to offend the devil this ti?
Elder Liu stepped forward and pulled Liu Ruoyan away, hiding her small form behind his back. Perhaps, they might have spoiled her rotten, to the point that she didn't know where to stop now.
Certainly Feng Tianyi and the Song family weren't the people his family would dare to offend. Even though Liu family had vast businesses within the country, they were only able to reach the status they had now because the Song family helped them at the lowest point of their lives.
"Elder Liu, you know I respect you, but I didn't know that one of your family mbers looked down on now." Feng Tianyi threw a nacing glance towards Liu Ruoyan. "Does the Liu family think so lowly of because I'm not officially part of the Song family?" He questioned the older man.
Elder Liu had to pacify the devil's wrath before Feng Tianyi inflicted damage in their family business. It wasn't easy for them to reach and had the life they had now and he wouldn't dare to lose everything just because his granddaughter covet soone whom she shouldn't have.
"Then why does your granddaughter speak like a fool just now, daring to demand to kick Tang Moyu out of here? Liu Ruoyan, who do you think you are?"
The devil's eyes spoke volus that reminded Elder Liu and Liu Ruoyan of the reason why many feared Feng Tianyi several years ago. Just how many had lost their fortune and ans of living because of this man?
"It's my fault, President Feng. I admit my mistakes. Please spare this once." Liu Ruoyan understood now why her family had never antagonized Feng Tianyi for as long as she could rember.
Her eyes then caught sight of Tang Moyu, who was lazily watching them as if she had nothing to do with her misfortune tonight. Liu Ruoyan's lips trembled. If it wasn't for Tang Moyu, she wouldn't lose her face in public tonight. Even Feng Tianyi stood up to protect her, but why?
Noticing her gaze on his wife, Feng Tianyi obviously knew at once that Liu Ruoyan was pushing the bla and cursing Tang Moyu in her heart right now. But how can he allow Liu Ruoyan to put the bla on Tang Moyu?
"You said that Miss Tang purposely tripped you, but why would she do that?" He questioned her.
Liu Ruoyan, who hadn't expected Feng Tianyi to throw such a question, glanced at Tang Moyu, then at her grandfather. Why was he even asking him such a question?
"I—" She stuttered.
"Who amongst you saw Tang Moyu tripped Miss Liu?" Feng Tianyi asked those who had been near his wife and Liu Ruoyan's company. The won only could only bite their lips and looked away, avoiding eye contact with Feng Tianyi.
Those who had seen what happened chose to hold their tongues, in fear that they may be dragged into the issue. It was Liu Ruoyan and Xing Yiyue who tried to pick a fight with Tang Moyu anyway, and the empress hadn't said anything in return.
Heh, if anything, they would have done the sa thing Tang Moyu did if Liu Ruoyan said those nasty things to them.
