The competition between two major companies in the country persisted. Everyone was curious who would end up victorious between the two. As Zion Inc. tripled the purchasing price on buying Qing Tian Groups's shares, Feng Tianyi counterattacked by arrogantly raising the stake by five tis the amount on buying Zion Inc.'s shares.
Now, the ball was back on Zion Inc.'s side and everyone was waiting for them to make the next move. Would they still insist on devouring the wounded lion or would they end up as the lion's next al?
President Cai called for an ergency eting with the board. None of them had expected that the devil would make such a reckless move and raised the purchasing price of their company shares.
"President Cai, we cannot keep this anymore. I don't think Feng Tianyi is joking this ti. We would lose the company in the blink of an eye if this persisted!" Soone from the board complained, voicing out their frustrations over the matter.
F*ck. Who told them to piss off the devil? If they knew that Feng Tianyi would pounce on them like this, throwing money at their faces as if it was nothing, they wouldn't lose face and fortune right now.
Five tis of the purchasing amount? No wonder so of the shareholders had willingly delivered their shares to the devil, serving it on a silver platter!
When Cai Jiahao announced his intention to acquire Qing Tian Group after Song Huifen descended as its leader, they thought that this wouldn't be easy, but there was a possibility that they may truly win this ti against the inexperienced Feng Tianyi.
Now, they were experiencing the effect of being the devil's prey. If they could turn back the ti, these shareholders and the board would vehently go against Cai Jiahao's idea to go after Qing Tian Group.
Who said Feng Tianyi had lost his viciousness over the years of his absence? The devil was still as ruthless and as despicable as they could rember! Only this ti, he made a decisive move without giving them a chance to retaliate or to back out!
So how were they supposed to save themselves now? Zion Inc. had lost a trendous amount of money from this purchasing war with Qing Tian Group, and it seems to be draining faster at this rate.
Cai Jiahao was also at loss right now. He was sweating profusely in his seat. When Feng Tianyi first competed with them by doubling the purchasing amount for Zion Inc.'s shares, he thought that the devil was quite desperate to prove himself to everyone, this was why he willingly raised the bar by buying the Qing Tian Group shares thrice of the original amount.
How was he supposed to know that the devil would be so petty that he would offer five tis the amount for their company shares? Cao Jiahao underestimated the current Feng Tianyi, and it was too late for him to nd it. He would have to face the consequences of his actions.
Suddenly, the door of the eting room opened and the devil that everyone was thinking about made a sudden arrival. Feng Tianyi was sporting his devilish grin, a dark coat hanging loosely over his wide shoulders and with a sturdy cane in right hand.
His chilling aura was enough to leave everyone stupefied by his arrival. If anything, they should be running for their lives right now as Feng Tianyi's presence ant he was aiming for the kill today.
"Y-you… what are you doing here?!" Cai Jiahao raised to his feet and pointed a finger to the devil, who just casually took a seat at the other end of the table on the chair that his bodyguard pulled for him.
Feng Tianyi crossed his legs, he took a sweep look around him, liking how these old farts shivered under his gaze. If they didn't dare to oppose him as soon as he temporarily took over the managent of Qing Tian Group, they wouldn't be in this situation right now.
"What am I doing here? President Cai, as a shareholder, owning fifteen percent, how can you not invite to this ergency eting you called today? I'm quite offended to be honest. If so little bird didn't tell that there's a shareholders' eting today, I wouldn't be able to make it in ti." The devil said with sarcasm.
President Cai was taken aback by Feng Tianyi's domineering attitude. It seed like the devil wasn't giving him any face right now. He truly shot his own foot this ti by making Feng Tianyi his enemy.
"Please proceed with your eting. I would like to know what y'all plan to do next." Feng Tianyi gestured with a wave of his hand for them to continue what they were talking about before his arrival. However, none of them had the guts to talk and voice out their opinions with him around.
Feng Tianyi was scarier in person compared to the rumors about him. How could they offend such a man that could send them into the pits of hell with a snap of his fingers?
"You aren't going to talk?" Feng Tianyi frowned when he saw that everyone averted their eyes, refusing to acknowledge what he said, but this was already expected. If his beautiful wife hadn't given him a good opening, he wouldn't be able to enjoy seeing these greedy old farts squirm in their seats.
"Fine. Since neither of you wanted to talk about the future of Zion Inc., I will inform you what will happen." His eyes flashed nacingly at the other shareholders, especially to Cai Jiahao.
"You have two choices. It's either to surrender Zion Inc. willingly to Qing Tian Group or watch it crumble on its own with your own eyes." Feng Tianyi raised his hand and ordered his assistant to pass the deed of sale of the shares to the rest of the shareholders.
"Qing Tian Group is willing to buy your shares at five tis the amount of your market share price. I'm giving you one week to decide." He announced to everyone.
