The following days passed by peacefully without any issues. Tang Moyu was starting to get used to being a housewife, looking after their twins while Feng Tianyi started to pick up more responsibilities at Qing Tian Group, still choosing to work from the comfort of their ho.
He managed to get more ti to focus on his work after he finished his obligation of writing his book that had recently been launched. Tang Moyu had been worried about her husband.
He was still in charge of Xiao Xing, and yet he decided to take more workload for Qing Tian Group. However, Feng Tianyi assured her that it wasn't sothing he couldn't deal with by himself.
As Tang Moyu joined her twins, along with Huo Yunhao and Lan Yunru that lazy afternoon, he overheard the children talking about Lan Xiyan and her father.
"So Yunyun is our cousin? Really?" Little Star's round eyes looked at Lan Yunru in amazent. The girl certainly didn't want a new sibling, but she welcod Lan Yunru as her cousin easily.
"En…" The young girl smiled bashfully to her friends. "It turns out that Uncle Yan is my real daddy." She inford them.
"Ohh…" Huo Yunhao was surprised, but didn't have an opinion over it, while Xiao Bao only stared at her blankly. His young mind was thinking that there was no such thing as coincidence in their lives.
What was supposed to happen will happen. Although a person's choice would lead to a different outco, there were still things that cannot be avoided. Just look at his mommy and daddy.
Although the two had t twice in the past and forgotten each other, they still ended up being together in the end. Lan Yunru must be destined to et her daddy through him and Little Star. Thinking about it, perhaps it might be one of the reasons why he and his twin sister easily accepted Lan Yunru into their group.
"You have a daddy now, so don't be sad anymore, Yunyun!" Little Star told her cousin.
"En.. I also have cousins to play with now." Lan Yunru said with a bright smile.
Tang Moyu's lips curled into a slight smile, hiding it behind her cup. No wonder Song Fengyan had reverted to his old self again. He was smiling and grinning, as if none of those dramas happened recently.
"So are you staying with Uncle Yan now?" Huo Yunhao asked.
"Yes. Mommy said she would be gone for a week for work, so she allowed to stay with daddy while she's away." The girl answered.
It was rare for Tang Moyu to enjoy such a peaceful day, but she couldn't help but be worried about her husband.
"Enjoying your snack without ? I thought my wife would be kind enough to bring so." A shadow fell over her, as soone leaned behind her and whispered in her ear.
"Tianyi!"
The man chuckled before cupping the side of her face gently, giving her a sweet kiss on her lips. They could hear the children's voices as they continued to play in the garden. When they parted, Feng Tianyi rested his head against hers and smiled.
"Hmm.. is this another cake Auntie Lu made for you?" He licked his lips. "Very sweet."
Tang Moyu blushed and lowered her head, inwardly chastising herself for still blushing like a teenage girl who was being teased by her crush.
"I thought you were busy, so I didn't want to disturb you. Baobao and Little Star have already eaten their share, but I saved a slice for you."
Feng Tianyi released her face and took a seat across her, while Tang Moyu imdiately poured him a cup of tea. He picked up a fork and started eating his dessert.
"You are done with your work?" She asked her husband.
"You worry too much, Moyu. Aren't they the sa load you usually handled when you were at Tang Enterprise?" Feng Tianyi chuckled at her worried expression.
Could she finally understand why he was worried sick when she was always working overti, almost leaving her with no ti to spend with him and their little buns?
Tang Moyu drew her brows together and nodded in response. How could she argue when he put it that way?
"Fine. By the way, are you sure you don't want to oversee Xiao Xing yet?"
The sooner she could join Xiao Xing, the sooner she would be able to help her husband by lessening his workload.
"Depends on how long you want to rest? You've always been working, even on the weekends. This the first ti you took a break from work in ages, don't you want to savour it?" Feng Tianyi countered her.
According to Li ili, soon after Tang Moyu gave birth to their twins, she had already resud working. Her life only revolved around her work and looking after their little buns, almost leaving her with no ti for herself.
How can Feng Tianyi allow her to work again so soon? He wanted to give her at least a month to enjoy the ti she had away from work. At least a month or two, although he knew she had been restless these days, barely doing minimum work for Xiao Xing.
Tang Moyu had been working hard for their little buns' future, how can he not do the sa??Now that they were married, Feng Tianyi didn't want her to suffer on her own. He wanted to be a good husband and father who could provide for his little family.
They were enjoying the day, watching the children when their peaceful ti was disturbed by the loud ringing of Feng Tianyi's phone. The devil picked up his phone and frowned seeing his mother's assistant calling him.
They rarely called him, and if they did, it was only to send more work to him.
"What is it?" Feng Tianyi answered the call, not wasting ti.
"Young Master! Please co to the hospital! Madam… Madam has collapsed at work!"
