Did Qin Jiran accept his sister's terms only because he was so selfish that he neither cared if he was the first nor last so long that he could be with Tang Moyu? Tang Beixuan wondered.
As soone who'd been in love with Li ili for a long ti, he could understand why Qin Jiran would do that. Even he was willing to accept anything and everything so long as he could prove his sincerity towards Li ili, but the woman refused to see him beyond being her best friend's little brother and still treated him like a boy.

"You can tell?" Tang Beixuan didn't think that it was that obvious that Qin Jiran could suspect what was troubling him.
Feng Tianyi shrugged, pulling the break of his wheelchair and standing up on his feet with the help of the table in front of them, catching the younger man off guard.

"I'm sorry, Beixuan but I don't think any person would like to be followed around, especially won." Feng Tianyi replied, at least Tang Beixuan was opening up to him, although he wasn't sure what was really the problem.
"I know." Tang Beixuan said, almost whining. "For five years, I've patiently waited for her. But it doesn't seem like she could see all my efforts and kept wanting to chose another man around her age." He grumbled.
"You an, she's older than you?" Feng Tianyi didn't think that Moyu's brother would prefer to date older won, but he had to give him so points for that. Five years he said, that's a long ti to adore a person without expecting anything in return. So he was after that woman since he was nineteen or in his twenties?
"She is." Tang Beixuan sounded so lost right then. "I wanted her to see as a man, not so foolish kid who used to have a crush on her. I thought by coming back, finishing my studies, she would start to see in a different light, but no… She rejected , again."
He was trying to understand where Li ili was coming from, however, he couldn't help but be annoyed. Li ili was using his own sister as a reasoning why they couldn't be together sounded ridiculous to him. Tang Beixuan didn't think that his sister would oppose him dating her best friend as long as he took the responsibility that ca with the relationship seriously.
