Floor 33. First Boss. Twin Headed Dragon….
There was a massive mountain in front of , and examining the area around , it seed like there used to be a forest which had been completely burned down to ashes not so long ago. At a distance, I found a behemoth monster sleeping soundly, and I slowly and carefully walked towards it.
Taking a look at the sleeping Twin Headed Dragon in front of , I realised that…
'This is going to be a pain,' I recalled as I observed that giant dragon in front of .
It was an S4 Grade Monster with at least 3 different modes. It had super regeneration ability along with dual energies, breathing fire from one and lighting from another of his heads.
Unsurprisingly, it had fire and lightning resistance maxed out and no matter what kind of attack, if it is fire or lightning, it won't do a di against it.
Though that wasn't the main problem, the problems were the applications of such resistance, combined with the physical aspects of this guy, made it almost impossible to kill it.
I an like, because of the fire resistance maxed out, this guy had quite a solid resistance against dark and light magic combined, and because of lightning magic, which was actually a prototype of lightning added with ice, its ice and water resistance were quite solid as well.
If that wasn't all, because of its dragon nature as a ruler of the sky, this guy had a natural resistance against air attacks as well.
'Honestly, if it wasn't for special elents like space, blessed light, death energy, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that this guy has complete resistance against every natural elent that exists,' I thought before I smiled as I recalled how I defeated this guy when I was rely an S-grade back then… not that I am much different right now.
"Well… it took two weeks of continuous fighting before I finally defeated it… My blood is really strong though… or more like, "My rejection fragnt is really overpowered," I thought as I recalled how I had to lace my weapons with my own blood and bring it down.
'His regeneration doesn't work when I use my blood,' I thought. I stretched my back a little before I moved towards him, taking out my sword.
As I moved towards that behemoth, it noticed my aura and turned to look at before its eyes locked with mine.
"It had been a while since I saw another challenger coming here," the Twin Dragon spoke with slight curiosity as he looked at and I nodded at him as I answered him,"the na is Reaper. It is an honour to et the Great Dragon Fulminate and Great Dragon Flak."
Hearing my words, the Dragon's head turned at with a surprised look on both of his faces.
"Hooo! Have you heard of us?! That's really surprising. Who are you, young challenger?" The Dragon spoke as he observed with great interest.
Of course, I knew him. Talked with him for months as I fought and he told so many things about himself, which made curious if all dragons talked as much as he did.
"I guess, I did. There aren't many legends since the records are more or less lost, but still I have heard bits about the Twin Dragon that ravaged the sky, protecting the Dragon King before they were lost sowhere in space and ti," I entertained them a little as I thought it won't be much of a difference if I took a few minutes here before I start the fight.
"True! True! That was one of our best monts in our entire life!" the fire head spoke.
"Glad that they decided to honour us enough to let our tale pass through ti!" the lightning head spoke before fire spoke again,
"Tell , youngster, how is the outside world?"
"Netherrealm? I am sorry. I am from another world who ca here to acquire the blade hidden in this dungeon. Not much I can speak about this place," I spoke fully knowing that they can see what happens in this realm. Perhaps they were testing ?
"Idiot! Well, I guess it is my mistake that I didn't specify. Of course you wouldn't know," spoke the fire head before the lightning dragon continued,
"We can actually see what happens in this realm. What we wanted to know was about the world you ca from… though what planet are you from? None of the challengers actually ca from the sister planet of this realm."
"Sister planet?" I asked with a lot of curiosity. Nothing like that was ntioned the last ti I ca here…
"It is sothing that you should not know, young one," lightning head said politely and I didn't pry any further before I spoke,"Planet Vermillion." Their eyes turned open wide before they glanced at each other and it made confused again. Last ti, they… no such situation ever ca up where they asked about my own planet. They just kept talking about and themselves.
"Is this fate?" fire head, Flak asked.
"Perhaps it is?" lightning head, Fulminate replied.
Then both of them turned at with a really curious gaze at .
"If you don't mind us prying," Flak spoke.
"Can you answer a question for us?" Fulminate completed the sentence.
"Well… Perhaps if you could let pass to the next floor?" I joked with a smile, but…
"Sure," Fulminate spoke with a smile.
"As long as we get to hear what we want to hear," Flak continued.
"You will get to pass from here," Fulminate finished.
"Huh?! You will? Okay… I may not be really omniscient but maybe my knowledge pool can answer your question," I spoke with slight excitent as I could skip so many days' worth of ti by just answering a question.
Though it made curious what the question was.
"Okay. So tell , young challenger, has our lord's son, Dion Tempest, taken his rebirth on that planet yet?"
