Inside the Crimson Jade Pavilion's main hall, three people sat in a room on the highest floor, looking at the bustling city below.
"Do you know what is going on in the barren land?" Branch Manager Gong asked, with slight puzzlent written on his face.
"The barren land has been in chaos these past couple of days," he added.
"I don't know…" Branch Manager Yu shook her head. "But I guess it must be related to the Su Sacred Clan. The barren land is in chaos."
"I guess so?" Manager Gong nodded.
"We must make sure to destroy them when the director arrives. We can't let such a pest exist in our land," he added with grievance evident in his tone.
Hearing this, Wu Bin and Manager Yu exchanged subtle glances and shook their heads.
'Destroy the Su Sacred Clan?! It's easier said than done,' Wu Bin thought in disdain.
With the Su Clan now holding power over the barren land, how could it be easy to destroy them?
Not to talk of them having such absurd armor that was impossible to imitate.
They've learned in the past couple of days that the Celestial Heavenly Sect soldiers had special armor worn by their elite soldiers, which was twice as powerful as the normal tal Bone Construct.

When both branch managers heard her question, their expressions turned into awe, and they nodded.
"I didn't believe such a thing could be possible, but when I tried it, I was shocked!" Branch Manager Gong said, his voice laced with shock and awe.
"I even asked one of my subordinates to travel to other barren lands to test its claims, but it was all true," Branch Manager Yu added.
"Even in the recent ti before the arrival of the Bloodmoon Envoy, I didn't think such a thing was possible… but now…" Wu Bin said, her voice trailing off.
"That's why I insisted that we must destroy them completely and get the secret of these magical inventions from that boy nad Su Yen. I believe he must be the one creating them," Branch Manager Gong insisted, his eyes shining with unhidden greed and jealousy.
Looking at the greed on his face, Wu Bin and Branch Manager Yu also couldn't contain the jealousy in their hearts.
As branch managers, they all knew the allure of such devices. Perhaps the armor may not get the attention of powerful clans outside the barren land.

He was planning to recruit over one million soldiers and equip them with at least tal Bone Construct.
Also, the Celestial Heavenly Sect military barracks would be situated at every part of the barren land.
Therefore, they needed a large capital to fund their military campaign in the shortest ti.
