Many people found it unbelievable, but since the news ca from the Celestial Heavenly Store, they had no choice but to believe it. The store had proven itself ti and ti again, gaining the trust of the people.
"How could they have a Fire Resisting Robe?!" the City Lord exclaid in shock.
He had always thought the Celestial Heavenly Store was mysterious and powerful, but their continuous release of magical devices left him confused and disbelieving.
He had his share of travels around the Magma Plain; though he hadn't been to all the cities and the imperial capital, he had visited most of the surrounding cities, including the human imperial capital.
Yet, he had never co across such a magical device. The Boiling Desert Compass had already blown his mind, and now, a robe that could resist fire had been created by the store.
How insane was that?!
Taking a deep breath, he looked at his butler, who shared the sa deep shock etched on his face. "We need to get our hands on the robe."
In the Magma Plain, the most active elent was fire, which could erupt at any location. Most of the rare resources were located near boiling volcanoes.
Apart from that, most of the beasts in the plain were of the fire elent, which included humans and other races like the Necoris.
Now, with a robe that could make people immune to fire, how could they not be crazy about it?
"Let's go to the store," the City Lord commanded in a firm voice.
Just as the City Lord prepared to rush to the Celestial Heavenly Store, all four clan leaders were doing the sa.
Combining the Fire Resisting Robe with the Boiling Desert Compass, they could easily leave Dongping City and try their luck in other parts of the land.
Inside an inn, Wu Xia and her group were having breakfast when a guard rushed in.

Everyone seated around the round table raised their heads and looked at the guard. What could be more shocking than the death of the Crimson Shadow Bandits?

Looking at their faces, the guard took a deep breath and cleared his throat.
"The Celestial Heavenly Store has created a Fire Resisting Robe, and they are going to sell it."

"What did you say?" Mr. Hu exclaid, his eyes widening as he stood up. He gripped the guard's shoulder tightly and demanded impatiently, "Do you an a robe that can resist fire?"

"Tell quickly," he snapped.
Filled with pain, the guard wanted to cry, but no tears ca to his eyes. He could only nod.
Receiving confirmation, everyone gasped in shock.
"How is that possible?!" Wu Xia shouted, ignoring her image.
"I don't believe it," Ye Bi shook her head, denying the possibility.
They ca from a more powerful and prosperous city and had never heard of such a magical robe. If such a robe existed, they would have known about it long ago.
Besides, it wouldn't appear in such a backward city.
"Believe it or not, the store will hold an auction for it tomorrow, and only a few are eligible to participate."
"I still don't believe it," Ye Bi remained adamant. The Wu clan was a top clan in their city, and only a handful of clans were on par with them.
Yet, they did not have such a magical robe. How could so backward store claim to have created such a thing?
Wu Xia ignored her maid and turned to look at Mr. Hu, "We need to participate in the auction."
"I know," Mr. Hu nodded and turned to the guard. "Find out how we can participate in the auction."
"Yes, I'll find out right away," the guard nodded, his eyes filled with anticipation as he rushed out of the inn.
Returning to their seats, everyone had lost their appetite, their minds filled with thoughts of the magical robe.
Though they tried to ignore the possibility, given how powerful and mysterious the store was, they couldn't dismiss it completely.
For ten minutes, they waited patiently, glancing at the entrance now and then. Many tis, Mr. Hu wanted to rush out of the inn and confirm the news himself, but he managed to control his impulses.
Tapping his feet repeatedly, he glared at the entrance while Wu Xia fared no better. The only one who remained calm was Ye Bi, still convinced such a robe couldn't appear in the store.
"They're lying. This is a ruse to get everyone's attention. Perhaps they're trying to get our attention because the young miss paid that rascal one gold coin," she muttered, her voice dripping with disdain.

Finally, the door was pushed open, and the guard rushed in.
"Did you find out?" Mr. Hu asked impatiently.
"Yes," the guard nodded.
"Tell us quickly."
"For us to participate in the auction, we must be part of the store's adventurer team," the guard announced, his voice losing its excitent.
"What do you an?" Wu Xia asked, raising her brow in confusion.
Without holding anything back, the guard told them everything he had found out about the store's adventurer guild.
When everyone learned of the store's bizarre way of doing things, they fell silent, their minds baffled.
Why would a store have an adventurer guild? they thought, unable to wrap their heads around it.
Moreover, what exactly was an adventurer?
The more they thought about it, the more confused they beca.
Finally, Wu Xia broke the silence.
"I've decided to et the store owner," she announced with firm determination. "If it is as the store proclaims, we can't miss the chance to collaborate with them."
