With a sense of foreboding, the woman quickly scanned the ground with her Divine Sense, trying to find what she wanted.

As she searched, doubts arose in her heart.

"Previously, the Black Light Army was dispatched, and then the villain who refused to help disappeared without a trace. Until now, there have been very few sightings of the Horned Ones. I wonder what change has occurred here."

The woman was the girl with the folding fan who had been saved by Lin Xin earlier.

Her grandfather died at the hands of the Horned Ones, yet she also harbored hatred for Lin Xin.

After her humiliating escape last ti, she joined the Black Lotus Sect and beca a mber.

Her return this ti was to complete one of the tasks published by the Black Lotus Sect.

Since the departure of the Horned Ones, the power of the local natives quickly recovered, slaughtering or subduing many of the Horned Ones, restoring their ruling force.

But although both the Black Lotus Sect and the Golden Lotus Cult regained their authority, the people of the Scorched Earth Nation still feared the Horned Ones, fearing when they might return.

Thus, nurous investigation tasks about the land of this final battle sprang up like bamboo shoots after the rain.

At the thought that her grandfather had died on this land, the woman’s eyes imdiately filled with the fire of hatred.

And that villainous monk, had it not been for his refusal to help, how would my grandfather’s soul have perished?

In her agitation, the woman sped across the vast grasslands, flying towards a red cave in the distant corner of the sky.

Hee hee hee...

Suddenly her ears twitched slightly, as if she heard so inexplicable laughter.

Looking around, she saw the surroundings were empty, devoid of any life, with only the wind howling chaotically.

Hee hee hee...

The woman was about to leave and continue on her way when she again heard that mysterious laughter.

"Who goes there!? How dare you play tricks!?"

She shouted sternly. Drawing her Longsword from her back, she vigilantly scanned the surroundings.

Suspended in mid-air, she listened intently for a while.

The laughter rang out once more.

Hee hee hee....

The woman finally located the source of the sound.

She suddenly wielded her Magic Sword and charged obliquely to the lower left.

A bright sword light thrust forward abruptly, causing her whole body to spin rapidly like a high-speed gyro.

Clang!

A figure, entirely black, burst out from beneath the grass, wielding a snow-white Longsword, fiercely striking against her sword light.

With the sound of tal clashing, the person seed on the verge of collapse, unable to sustain any longer, spewing blood all over.

He fell directly to the ground, motionless.

The white Longsword in his hand howled as it spun rapidly in mid-air, finally landing with a hum into the nearby grass.

The wind blew past the sword’s blade, making a sound that was eerily similar to laughter.

The woman landed gently and glanced at the man.

His body was covered with bruises and bloodied cuts, seemingly caused by imnse internal pressure, which led to his Qi-Blood becoming congested and causing him to bleed to death.

"Already on his last breath, and yet he was able to withstand my full-force strike..." The woman was sowhat astonished.

Upon further inspection of the man’s corpse, surprisingly, there was no True Yuan cultivation at all; he was simply an ordinary mortal!!

"How is this possible!?" The woman was shocked, her expression no longer calm.

Even a casual swing of her sword could instantly blow a mortal to pieces, not to ntion her full-power strike, which could obliterate an ordinary person without leaving a trace.

Yet this person only suffered minor injuries, and if he wasn’t already at death’s door, the outco could have been uncertain.

"Could it be....!?" She suddenly thought of a possibility. Her gaze sharply turned to the white Longsword embedded in the ground nearby.

The blade’s unique design imdiately caught her eye.

"Indeed, there seems to be sothing unusual about this weapon."

The woman’s heart ward, and she swiftly flew over to examine the Longsword closely.

The sword was entirely pale white, but upon close inspection, it faintly shimred with a pink hue.

The pink blade was adorned with nurous pale-white smiling face mask patterns, its curved tip forming an arched strange blade.

The sword had no handguard. The entire Longsword looked like an intricately carved long iron rod, very peculiar.

The wind passing over the edge of the blade occasionally elicited a thread of laughter similar to the eerie chuckling she heard before.

"This sword...it’s not ordinary, probably a special Divine Weapon!" The woman felt a slight excitent.

"Perhaps it’s a special treasure left behind by the Dragon Vein Universe during their retreat."

She glanced at the mortal’s corpse not far away, quickly weaving a story in her mind of a mortal wielding a Divine Weapon, fighting a life-and-death battle with the Dragon Vein Universe’s Horned Ones.

"To the victor belong the spoils. This sword is destined to be mine."

The woman extended her hand, gently releasing blue threads.

The threads were used specifically for poison and other safety tests.

Having tested that there were no toxins or harmful spells, she felt reassured and gently grasped the sword’s hilt.

Buzz....

As she held the hilt, a vague joy was transmitted from the sword, flooding into her heart.

She exerted force to pull it out.

The blade was drawn out of the ground with a single pull.

The sharp blade was flawless, smooth as a mirror, reflecting one’s face.

"What a splendid sword!" The woman was delighted, injecting True Yuan into it and casually swinging forward.

Swoosh!

A blazing white Sword Light shot out fiercely, instantly amplifying the original power of the Sword Light several tis.

"So strong!!" The woman was shocked at heart.

Her Divine Sense swiftly began imprinting on the Longsword, while her finger lightly slashed across the blade, drawing blood to perform a blood recognition ritual.

After the imprint was engraved, a massive amount of information surged from the Longsword, entering the woman’s mind.

Upon carefully reading this information, the woman was initially surprised, and then overwheld with ecstasy.

"With this sword in hand, who in the world could still be my match!? It can actually absorb the opponent’s power and superimpose it onto myself! Such might is simply incredible!"

She gripped the Longsword tightly, looking once again at the distant blood-red hole in the sky.

"With this sword in hand, I can fully explore and hunt the dual-horned creatures within the big hole.

These damned dual-horned creatures, I just have to start from the weak and build up step by step, the final power... simply... unimaginable!!"

An inexplicable, sinister ambition and desire for revenge surged wildly from the bottom of the woman’s heart.

She no longer wanted to think more, soared up on her Escape Light, and shot rapidly toward the blood hole in the sky.

In no ti, she reached the edge of the blood hole, where several wandering giant dual-horned birds were casually sliced in half by a single sword strike, their entire bodies bursting into a rain of blood falling below.

"Hahahaha!!!" The woman’s eyes slightly reddened, surrounded by a faint crimson aura, eerily bizarre.

The resistance from the dying dual-horned birds was absorbed by the Longsword and superimposed onto her.

Clearly feeling the power surging in, the woman finally understood how that mortal was able to withstand her full-strength sword strike.

"A re mortal could wield this sword against , but as a cultivator of my level, with this sword, I’m simply invincible!"

Without a mont’s hesitation, the woman charged into the blood hole.

She needed revenge! To elevate her status within the Black Lotus Sect, she needed vast accomplishnts.

Inside the blood hole, large dark red giant dual-horned bats rushed toward her.

The woman casually swung her sword, easily slaying hundreds of bats.

The more power she absorbed, the faster she beca, and her Protective Aura grew stronger. In an instant, she had a presence that was stronger than her original Realm.

"Die for !!!"

The woman laughed wildly, not noticing the small human face gradually bulging on the side of the sword blade.

On the surface of the white sword blade, the small human face appeared indifferent, its gaze sweeping over the increasingly frenzied woman, then silently reverting back to its original state, disappearing unseen.

The woman slaughtered recklessly along the way.

At first, it was dual-horned animals, then gradually dual-horned people began to appear.

This place was originally entirely sealed, but with the retreat of the strong ones like the Dragon Vein Universe, this Mysterious Realm was then abandoned, slowly revealing its entrance.

The remnants here were rely so mindless puppets or servants.

The woman slaughtered her way through, quickly reaching the end of the blood hole.

"Is there no way forward?"

Holding the Longsword, she looked at the solid wall of clouds in front of her.

"If there’s no path, I will carve one out!"

Her expression beca faintly frenzied, the red at the corners of her eyes growing more vivid.

Raising her hand with the sword, she unleashed all the power she had accumulated for a long ti, coupled with her own strength, and fiercely struck the wall of clouds. The thick white Sword Light, like a tangible blade, struck fiercely onto the red cloud wall.

Boom!!!

A dark red explosion suddenly erupted, and the woman didn’t even let out a sound, as the massive recoil shattered her flesh and blood, destroyed her soul, reducing her to fragnts smaller than molecules.

The powder-white Longsword, against the laws of physics, instead of retreating, surged forward, piercing the blood-colored cloud wall sharply.

With a hiss, it surprisingly penetrated inside.

The cloud wall was broken through layer by countless layers, soon entering a passage seemingly soaked in blood.

The Longsword swiftly advanced, darting through the tunnel like an arrow.

The winding passage wasn’t very long, taking only a few minutes before the Longsword blasted through a blood-colored barrier.

Roaring and spinning, it fell from the high heavens.

Plop!

The blade plunged into the golden desert below, remaining motionless.

In the rolling ocean of the desert, sothing seed to be startled by the blade.

"Sothing fell down from the passage."

A group of dual-horned people, dressed in ragged hemp clothes, riding black Sand Lizards, rushed over from afar.

"Over there!"

One sharp-eyed individual first spotted the Longsword, hastily dismounted from the Sand Lizard and rushed over.

Slap.

A large hand steadily grasped the Longsword, pulling it out from the sand.

"What a Divine Weapon Blade!" The dual-horned man holding the Longsword showed a greedy look, glancing at his companions rushing over from behind.

"Trading this should be enough for , Old Nine, to live a carefree life forever."

A slight surge of greed welled up in his heart.

A faint crimson began to tinge the man’s eyes.

Swoosh!

He suddenly turned around, slashing out with the sword obliquely.

Two people hastily rushing over, having dismounted from the Sand Lizard, were caught off guard, and their bodies were cut in two.

The dual-horned man was stunned, unable to believe his full-strength slash was nearly twice as powerful as usual!!

This slash would have been fitting if struck by the captain, but he could actually deliver it too...

His eyes imdiately filled with wild joy!
