In the sky, a large group of monks dressed in variegated attire relentlessly pressed down the monks of the green-clad family, forcing them to retreat continuously.

The leaders on both sides hovered in the direct center, confronting each other.

On the side dressed in green was an old man with white hair and one eye leading the way, followed by so middle-aged n and won, and finally, the young people, who appeared to be the chiefs of the tribe.

The variegated-dressed side was led by a tall, middle-aged man with a wooden expression.

"Kongzhu Xin, at this point, just hand over the treasure. Your Kongzhu Family is guilty of harboring it. Even if you were twice as strong, no matter how much longer you struggle, you can’t keep it," he said.

"I’ve already said it countless tis, there is no treasure. You have also searched our Kongzhu Family many tis. Aren’t you willing to give up yet?"

The old man’s face turned extrely ugly as the sounds of his clan’s children facing imminent death echoed around him.

But these top forces dared not make a move. He was very clear that if they acted, the opponent’s stronger top forces would also make a move.

If it were to co to that, they might lose even the slightest hope of resistance.

"Jing’er, Ming’er, co here quickly!"

The person on the other side transmitted a sound towards Lin Xin’s side.

Kongzhu Ming and his sister quickly led Lin Xin flying over there. A few people tried to intercept them, but they were forced away by an invisible glow emitted with a wave of their hands.

Suddenly, a blue light saber flew from the side, aiming straight at Lin Xin’s flank.

Clang!

Kongzhu Jing stretched out her hand and blocked Lin Xin, her forearm armor actually reflecting the long saber and sending it flying.

"Be careful! Stick close to !" Kongzhu Jing hurriedly said.

The power Lin Xin had just summoned slowly receded, as he looked at Kongzhu Jing, seeing her pale face but pure eyes filled with urgency as she gazed at the ongoing standoff in the air, seemingly very worried.

It seed that her action just now was genuinely out of kindness. Such purely kind-hearted people were extrely rare in this day and age.

"It was those people from the Shunxing Sect again! They really are bullying too much!" Kongzhu Ming muttered angrily under his breath.

"Jing’er, you take them to the city to rest first. It won’t be a total assault for a while," he whispered quickly. "Let all of them leave on their own tomorrow morning. It’s probably not safe here anymore."

"Understood," Kongzhu Jing quickly replied.

She led Lin Xin and the rest directly down to Mountain City without staying.

Around them, the battle in the air continued. Kongzhu Jing brought Lin Xin to a small hall already occupied by others, then hurried off, making him promise not to go out at will and to just stay put.

Inside the hall were people with panicked faces, so dressed as rchants, so as couples, and even so in tattered clothes who seed to be beggars; yet everyone was offered good tea and food. There was no discrimination.

Lin Xin soon found a place to sit, and quickly soone brought him tea and food in a wooden box that slled quite fragrant.

"Brother, did you also venture into the Forbidden Land and couldn’t find your way out?" a seemingly rugged black man sitting beside Lin Xin leaned in and asked in a low voice.

Lin Xin, wearing dark red Armor and a helt visibly overlaid with a heavy black cape, did not like a common man.

The black man, with a long saber slung across his body and a white skull necklace around his neck, was clearly recognizable as a monk.

Among those seated here, only he and Lin Xin looked like monks.

So he decided to take the initiative to strike up a conversation.

"What Forbidden Land?" Lin Xin asked casually. "I’m just passing through here."

The man looked incredulous. "This whole area for thousands of miles is a land of certain death. You say you’re just passing through, but with such a vast range, how exactly are you passing through?"

Lin Xin didn’t want to engage further, as more talking would lead to explanations about his purpose here, and more words could an more mistakes.

After handling him cursorily, he simply closed his eyes. He was not here to act like an unknown monk resting for a night.

As he activated his Secret Technique, little red lights gradually appeared around him.

"Indeed... this is indeed the Primordial Demon Race I’ve been searching for!" he thought with a hint of excitent.

The Forbidden Land, huh? No wonder the lady’s nature was so pure. Probably because she had t very few people, always stayed in this Forbidden Land, and thus had managed to maintain an innocent heart. Even passersby beggars were kindly taken back for shelter and given food and drink.

Outside the hall, the sounds of whistling and explosions ca intermittently, clearly the earlier group had begun to fight.

In Lin Xin’s vision, while his eyes were closed, clusters of bright red flas flickered chaotically not far from him.

"As expected of the Primordial Demon Race. So many Demon Talisman Seeds..."

Suddenly, his eyes widened, sensing a huge red light as fiery as a column of fire, stronger than a thick Evil God’s embryo.

The sounds of fighting outside were drawing closer.

"Hand over the Divine Weapon, or today will be the day your tribe is entombed," an exceptionally calm and cold man’s voice ca from afar.

The people inside the hall instantly beca sowhat panicked.

Lin Xin stood up, and the black-faced man beside him did the sa.

"Damn it! Is the Shunxing Sect trying to wipe us out completely?"

"Brother, let’s together...." Before he could finish, he turned his head and found Lin Xin had already disappeared.

"Uh...."

********************

Lin Xingao moved swiftly through Mountain City, ignoring the red dots moving all around him in the Secret Techniques, which were clearly Talisman Seeds carried on soone’s person. Instead, his target was the densest cluster of fire columns in the entire Mountain City!

The Escape Skill unfolded, and he dashed forward through walls and over obstacles, transforming into a mass of black Demonic Qi, rapidly heading towards his target under the cover of shadows.

Having just passed through a corridor sared with corpses and bloodstains, he suddenly heard the clashing sounds of swords and blades ahead.

"Who goes there? Show yourself!"

A voice charged straight in his direction. Astonishingly, soone had detected him despite his more than a hundred evasion points, combined with being under the influence of the Escape Skill.

Lin Xin’s heart tightened, and he stopped hiding, instead appearing from his state of Demonic Qi.

The combatants in the corridor were two won in green outfits and two n in Black Armor. One of the n was fighting against two, his face bearing a bizarre and vile grin as he occasionally aid at the private areas of the two won. His strikes were neither light nor heavy, clearly no longer simply fighting but harassing them.

The two won were overwheld, unable to retaliate. They had expressions of grief and anger, but their bodies involuntarily reacted to the stimulation, showing the opponent’s adept skills.

The one who had detected him was one of the n in Black Armor, but with unimpressive skills that seed to be of a special talent, similar to the Ming Qing and Ming Yi brothers back then.

"You are shaless!"

One of the oppressed won said, her voice filled with tears.

"Shaless? Hehe. I haven’t shown you the worst of it yet!"

The attacker chuckled lasciviously.

The other one, however, had his gaze fixed on the direction Lin Xin ca from.

"Be careful, soone is coming."

"What’s the rush? I’m enjoying this. Is there even anyone in Mountain City worth worrying about?"

The two conversed nonchalantly.

Lin Xin ignored them and let his gaze fall directly on the large copper door behind the two won. The surface was full of dents, clearly having been tested many tis by previous attacks, but none had succeeded in opening it.

"Leave within ten breaths," Lin Xin’s voice bood deeply, "or else, remain here forever."

"Oh?"

Finally, the two n started to take Lin Xin seriously.

"What an arrogant tone. I want to see how you’ll make stay here dead," one of the vile n burst into action, striding towards Lin Xin.

He suddenly accelerated, his arms swinging with afterimages as he ferociously aid for Lin Xin’s head, apparently intending to crush it in one move.

A layer of faint black light covered his body, enhancing his defense, physique, and strength.

Since the opponent insisted on seeking death, Lin Xin felt no need to be polite any longer.

He extended his hand and reached straight for the man’s forehead.

With that single motion, due to the incredible speed and power, as soon as his palm touched the man’s forehead, it was like a needle touching a balloon—the head, still bearing its helt, instantly exploded.

Blood and brain matter splattered backward, covering the ground.

The Black Armor man who had been standing by the copper door watching the scene froze, as did the two won in green.

The others who had just appeared behind Lin Xin were also stunned.

But it didn’t end there. Under Lin Xin’s grasp, the residual impression of his hand transford into a tangible burst of black Demonic Qi Hand Seals, swept past the headless body, and slamd hard onto the copper door behind.

Thud!!

A loud, muffled sound followed, and a clear imprint of a human hand appeared on the copper door.

Gurgle...

The man in Black Armor continued to stand there dumbfounded, completely petrified by Lin Xin’s strength. But it wasn’t just the power that frightened him.

It was the headless body he was staring at.

"Do you...do you know who he was???"

Lin Xin glanced at him.

"You killed him... you killed the brother of Wuerdi from the Shape-shifting Cave....!!"

The man in Black Armor began to tremble. Although Wuerdi’s brother was arrogant and troubleso, with his low cultivation only adding to the issues he caused everywhere, he had always obediently partnered with him, keeping things quiet due to his terrifying background.

But now, the situation was severe. This man had been killed right in front of him, his head brutally smashed open.

Wuerdi, the second heir of the Shape-shifting Cave! Unlike the Show Spirit List, these people disdain appearing on such a list. They are born with bloodline powers that grant them unmatched advantages over others from the mont of their birth.

Thus, their target was the Heavenly List!

Not aiming for the first five positions of the True Monarch of Yin, but for the entire twenty of the Heavenly List!

That also represents the strongest of Central Prefecture, even the entire Underworld.

But now, one of the second heirs had died.

Though he was a half-brother without the heavenly demon bloodline, he still had the thick blood ties, especially to Wuerdi who extrely valued his family.

"This is it... it’s all over...." he seed to lose any desire to resist, collapsing to the ground.

"Not only am I going to die, but my family, my children... everyone will die!"

He dropped his head, trembling uncontrollably.

"You can choose to kill if you can manage," Lin Xin ominously swept the man with his gaze.
