Bai Yiran arrived at the company at five past eight. She had requested everyone to be there by ten past eight, and most of the team mbers were already present, except for Brother Zhou.
The team mbers were all staring at the clock, silently praying that Brother Zhou would show up soon, or else they would have to start work even earlier.
Finally, Brother Zhou strolled in right on ti, and everyone sighed a breath of relief.
Xiao Zhang walked in holding a bouquet of flowers. Brother Zhou looked at Xiao Zhang with disdain, "Is it still for her?"
Xiao Zhang nodded and headed towards Bai Yiran’s office.
"Huh! So unseemly..." Brother Zhou muttered, glancing at Bai Yiran’s office, and then turned to his desk, booting up his computer.
Bai Yiran was surprised to see Xiao Zhang bring in the flowers, "Didn’t I ask you to tell the florist not to deliver, even if soone placed an order?"
Because she didn’t know who sent the flowers, and they almost ca daily, Bai Yiran was quite fed up.
Xiao Zhang looked troubled, "But today’s florist is different."
Bai Yiran looked at the bouquet with a bit of helplessness, "You can have it. No matter which florist delivers it, please just deal with it for ."
It wouldn’t have been so bad if Bai Yiran knew who was sending them, but she had no idea and couldn’t be bothered to guess who this tedious person might be. They could keep sending, but she could keep refusing. Bai Yiran didn’t enjoy playing such hide-and-seek gas; she knew that if the flower sender had any motives, they would reveal themselves sooner or later.
At nine o’clock, there was a routine morning eting. As it was the end of the month, Yao Zhiqing demanded the sales departnt increase their performance and specifically pointed out the declining trend in Group One’s performance. Bai Yiran was a bit stressed; she knew the main reason for Group One’s performance issues was her. With Brother Zhou leading, the group mbers had beco negative and lax in their work. The only breakthrough to change Group One’s status was Brother Zhou.

After breakfast, Xiao i lay on the bed in her bedroom, unable to calm down, her mind churning over the events of the morning.
Turning over, Xiao i got out of bed, exited the bedroom, and slowly walked towards Bai Yiran and Leng Yichen’s bedroom.
That ring from the morning was stunning; she had never seen a diamond as large as a pigeon egg. When Bai Yiran held that ring, Xiao i thought the diamond was so dazzling she wanted to try it on, if only for a mont.
Quietly arriving at the door, Bai Yiran had asked Sister Liu to put away that ring in the morning. It should be stored in the room.
Just a quick try, and then she could put it back...
Xiao i thought to herself as she gently pushed the bedroom door open a crack.
"What are you doing?"
Sister Liu’s voice suddenly sounded behind Xiao i, startling her with a loud scream, "Ah!"
Xiao i’s scream attracted Xu Juan and Xiao i’s mother, "What happened? Why did you scream?"
Turned around in a panic, Xiao i looked at Sister Liu with the anxiety akin to being caught red-handed.
"I..." Xiao i didn’t know what to say. Could she really admit she wanted to sneak into Bai Yiran’s bedroom and try on her ring?
Sister Liu held a deep disdain for these people, so her attitude towards them wasn’t friendly, "I saw her at Mr. and Mrs.’s bedroom door without knowing what she was doing, so I asked."
Xu Juan glared at Sister Liu, "Can’t you ask more gently? Don’t you know Xiao i is now carrying our Yu Family’s child?"
Sister Liu muttered under her breath, "This is Leng Family. Why isn’t your Yu Family’s child staying at the Yu Family?"
"What did you say!" Xu Juan, feeling embarrassed by Sister Liu’s comnt, was furious, "I am Yichen’s aunt, the closest person to him beside his dad!"
"You are wrong." Sister Liu, equally tired of dealing with these people these days, snapped back, "Our Mr. is closest to the old master and our lady, and in the future, to their own children. You don’t even rank!"
Xu Juan was rendered speechless, her face flushed red from frustration.
As the two argued uncontrollably, Xiao i clutched her stomach and began to cry out in pain.
